Pairing with Chime:
To pair the doorbell with the chime:
- Long press the button on the Chime for 20 seconds until the red LED light flashes.

To connect the doorbell to the Echo Show, follow these steps:
- Add the doorbell to the ‘CloudEdge’ App and set it up as per the user guide.

- Download the Amazon Alexa App and link your accounts to enable live viewing of the doorbell via Echo Show.

What is the purpose of pairing with the Chime?
Pairing with the Chime allows for synchronized notifications when someone

Please mind the battery polarities when installing.
Charge your doorbell
Before the doorbell installation, please charge up your doorbell for about 8-10 hours till the charging LED turns BLUE from RED.
Compatible charger
USB-compatible mobile phone charger (DC 5V = 1A-2A).
App download
Search ‘CloudEdge’ in the App stores or scan below QR codes to download the App.
Set up doorbell
- Press your doorbell to activate, and you will see the LED indicator flashes red (once per second). If not, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to restore factory defaults.
- Start setting up your doorbell following the in-app instructions.
- Tips
- Please operate the setup near your Wi-Fi router.
- Make sure your phone is connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- Make sure the doorbell is turned on, and its indicator LED is flashing red. If not, press and hold RESET for 5 seconds.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is good, and the Wi-Fi password is correct.

Press the doorbell button to send a pairing signal, and your chime will sound to react, together with its blue LED flashing. Chime pairing succeeds.

A1: Yes, there is a Li-ion battery built in. Thanks to the low power consumption technology, a full charge lasts for more than 2 to 3 months in our lab test environment (Lab test condition: 10 events per day, 15 seconds of video recording per event). -
Q2: Does it work with the existing mechanical chime?
A2: No. The doorbell comes with a battery-powered wireless chime to notify people when your visitor presses the doorbell button. And our wireless chime is 100% wireless, you can place it almost everywhere you like. The transmission distance in open space is more than 100 meters (328 feet). -
Q3: How many wireless chimes can be added to the doorbell?
A3: You can add several wireless chimes to work with your video doorbell. And one chime can be paired with upto 8 video doorbells. -
Q4: Does it support customized Motion Detection Zones?
A4: Yes it does. You can customize the detection zone in the doorbell settings. -
Q5: Does the doorbell support cloud storage?
A5: Your doorbell supports local video storage by TF card. And you can also activate the cloud storage service in the App to back up video clips into the cloud server. There is a 7-day free cloud recording trial service.
How do I connect the doorbell to the Echo Show

Add your doorbell to ‘CloudEdge’App.
Please install and set up your doorbell, following the user guide in the doorbell package. -
Configure your Amazon Echo device.

Plug in your Echo.
Plug the power adapter into your Echo Show and then into a power outlet. You must use the items included in the original Echo Show package for optimal performance. In about a minute, the display will turn on and Alexa will greet you. -
Set up your Echo Show
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Echo Show. During setup, you will connect your Echo Show to the Internet, so have your Wi-Fi password and Amazon login available. -
Getting started with your Echo Show
Interacting with your Echo Show
* To power on and off your Echo Show, press and hold the Mic/Camera button.
* A short press of the Mic/Camera button will turn off the microphones and camera and the LED will turn red.
* Your Echo Show will automatically turn on the screen when you walk into the room or say “Alexa.”
* To access Settings, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Download the free Amazon Alexa App to your phone or tablet. The Alexa App helps you get more out of your Echo Show. Link your Amazon accounts, and add skills to enable live viewing your doorbell via your Echo Show. -
Sign in to your Amazon account → More → Skills & Games → Search for ‘Cloudedge’.
