Instructions for use
- Plug in, the product enters into standby state;
- Place the mobile phone device and Earphones with QI enabled function in the wireless charging induction area for charging
- Place the Smart watch on the watch charging position for wireless charging;
LED Light indication
Power on: the blue light is always on for 3 seconds and goes off into
standby mode
Cell phone work: the right blue light is always on
Earphones work: the left blue light is always on
FOD/abnormal: blue light blinks
Watch work: No LED indicator, watch itself shows charging state
Common Abnormalities Troubleshooting
- Device does not support wireless charging
- Check if there is any metal/magnetic foreign object between the device and charger
- Check that the protective case of the device is too thick beyond the induction range of the coil: remove the protective case to charge
- Adapter power is not enough or damaged: replace the adapter and data cable
- Magnetic interference of household appliances: re-plug the data cable and change the charging location
- When there are metal objects in the charging area rotation, the charger will automatically identify and power-off protection on.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why do wireless charging and induction products generate heat when charging?
During the charging process, there will be a certain amount of magnetoelectric conversion loss, and this part of the loss will be converted into heat, causing the phone and the charger to generate heat, which is a normal phenomenon.
Precautions
- The stand charging coil is for fast charge(15W/10W/7.5W), the the back base charging coil is for regular charger(5W), so please put your Phone on stand for fast charging, put your Earphones/other Phone on the back base for regular charging.
- At normal room temperature(75℉-82℉ ), phone and watch fast charge.At 86℉-93℉ room temperature, phone and watch slow charge.Above 100℉ room temperature, Due to Over Temperature Protection System of phone and watch, it may stop charging before temperature cool down.In winter,charging speed is faster than in summer.
- It can only be used indoors or in a dry environment, and avoid placing or using it in a high temperature, humidity, strong static electricity and strong magnetic environment;
- For your safety, please do not plug and unplug electrical appliances with wet hands;
- Keep out of reach of babies and children;
- Do not use if the product gets into water or is stuck with dirt or dust;
- Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and repair without authorization.
