What to do if the microphone of earphone is not working?
- Check to see the microphone is not being blocked.
- Check to see if the microphone is being held at the adequate distance
- For it to be able to pick up the voice.
- Check if the microphone was not exposed to any hazards like direct sunlight or fire.
- Check if the microphone was not exposed to water above the resistance or dipped in any liquid.
- Check if the mic hole is not clogged with dirt of sweat. If so, use cotton swab or toothpick to clean out the port holes or a dryer to dry out any water that maybe collected.
What to do if the earphone is not turning on / one side earcup is not working?

Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e., the jack is properly inserted into the device

No, it is not water resistant and water proof so it is advisable that you do
not submerge the product inside water to avoid any mishap.

Yes, Bassheads 900 comes with an in-line microphone. The microphone also
features in-built noise isolation technology.
Does it come with noise cancellation?
Yes, BassHeads 900 comes with passive noise cancellation.
How to Answer/End call?
- Single click on the MFB button would result in answering an incoming call.
- Once done talking, single click on the MFB button on the mic unit of the earphone once, would result in ending the call.
How to Reject call?
Press and hold the MFB button for 2 secs on the mic unit of the earphone would
result in rejecting incoming calls
How to play/pause?
While playing music, single press on the MFB on the mic unit of the earphone
would result in pausing the music
While on pause, Single press on the MFB on the mic unit of the earphone would
result in playing the music again.
How to change music tracks?
While playing music, double pressing the MFB button results in skipping to the
next track.
While playing music, triple pressing the MFB button results in going back to
the previous track.
