Product Usage Instructions

  • Attach the front panel to the gear side panel using 4 screws. Tighten the screws with the hex wrench.
  • Snap the handle into place.
  • Attach the supporting bar to the side panel at the base with 2 screws.
  • Attach the side panel with the sliding window to the front panel and supporting bar with 6 screws.
  • Attach the front wheels by snapping them into place.
  • Ensure the unit is turned off.
  • Loosen the screw on the battery cover using a screwdriver and open the cover.
  • Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
  • Install 3 new AA batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.
  • Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

ASSEMBLY Instructions

  1. Attach the front panel to the gear side panel with 4 screws. Use the hex wrench to turn 4-5 turns to tighten the screws.
  2. Attach the handle with a one-time snap.
  3. Attach supporting bar to side panel at base with 2 screws.
  4. Attach the side panel with a sliding window to the front panel and supporting bar with 6 screws.
  5. Attach front wheels with a one-time snap.
  • A hex wrench given in this package is not a toy. Please retain this tool for future use. Please store it where the child cannot access it.

INSTRUCTIONS

Battery Removal and Installation

  1. Make sure the unit is turned Off.
  2. Find the battery cover located on the back of the unit, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw, and then open the battery cover.
  3. Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
  4. Install 3 new AA (AM-3/ LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.)
  5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure it.

WARNING

  • Adult assembly is required for battery installation.
  • Keep batteries out of reach of children.

CAUTION
Adult assembly is required. This product contains small parts. For your child’s safety, do not let your child play with the toy until it is fully assembled.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

  • Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
  • Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
  • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
  • Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
  • Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:

  • Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from toy before charging.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Off/Low/High Volume Switch
    To turn the unit On, slide the Off/Low/ High Volume Switch to the Low or High position. To turn the unit Off, slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to the Off position.

  2. Speed Control
    Speed Control allows for 2 Ways to Play. Move the setting to while seated, playing with Shape Blocks, Animal Buttons, Light-Up Number Buttons and Fine Motor Manipulatives. Change the setting to to practice walking.

  3. Mode Switch
    Slide the Mode Switch to choose Explore, Learn or Music Mode.

  4. Light-Up Number Buttons
    Press the five colorful Light-Up Number Buttons to learn about numbers and counting objects in nature.

  5. Animal Buttons
    Press one of the seven colorful Animal Buttons to learn animal names, colors and sounds.

  6. Flower Petal Shape Blocks
    Pop the four Shape Blocks into the Flower Petal Shape Sorter to practice hand- eye coordination while learning about colors and shapes.

  7. Music Button
    Press the Music Button to have fun learning songs and melodies.

  8. Fine Motor Manipulatives
    Flip the caterpillar disc to reveal a butterfly, slide the ladybug, turn the gears, slide the beads, spin the snail bead roller, or play with the peek-a-boo slider.

  9. Weather Dial
    Turn the Weather Dial to explore sunny, rainy, and snowy weather and activities.

  10. Star Lights
    Watch the Star Lights perform a colorful starry light show in time with the music.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
  2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
  3. Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended time.
  4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn the unit Off.
  2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
  3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
  4. Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to use again.
  5. If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.

Environmental Phenomena

  • The unit may malfunction if subjected to radio-frequency interference. It should revert to normal operation when the interference stops. If not, it may become necessary to turn the power Off and back On, or remove and reinstall the batteries.
  • In the unlikely event of an electrostatic discharge, the unit may malfunction and lose memory, requiring the user to reset the device by removing and reinstalling the batteries.
