Manual Operation
-
Select handpiece ratio:
– 1:5, 1:3, 1:2, 1:1, or 20:1 Ratios – Unit automatically switches to Implant Mode
– 8:1 Ratio – Unit automatically switches toEndo Mode. -
Select speed, torque setting and irrigationsetting by using the up/down buttons.

Select Motor Direction
-
Select Torque: Auto Stop (Green Light) Maximum (Orange Light) Limiting (No Lights)

Select Flow On/Off
Preset Operation:
- Select Preset by pressing one of the buttons numbered 1-5
Changing Presets:
-
Select desired handpiece ratio, speed, torque, and irrigation settings as indicated above in Manual Operation.

Press and hold Preset button where you want new settings to be stored.

Follow Prompt:
– “Save To Preset (#)?”
Press Preset button #1 (YES) -
Observe Confirmation:
– “Preset (#) Setting Saved”
NOTE: Software Version: Appears briefly when unit is turned on.
Calibrating Handpiece
-
Preselect ratio of handpiece being calibrated by using Ratio Up/Down buttons:
(Note: Unit switches to Implant Mode when 1:5, 1:3, 1:2, 1:1, or 20:1 ratios are selected or Endo Mode when 8:1 ratio is selected.) -
Insert a file, bur, or drill into the handpiece.

Press CAL button .
-
Follow Prompts:
– “Add Handpiece to Motor”
Press Preset button #1 (NEXT).
– “Free Run in Progress, Please Wait…”
– “Calibration Successful!, The Result is Saved” …OR:
– “Calibration Failed!”
Press Preset button #1 (RETRY), or button #3 (EXIT)
Installing new software (takes 30 seconds):

Turn off unit
-
Pull back blue plug from slot and insert new software memory card.
-
Turn unit On
-
“Memory Card Detected. Re-program?”
Press Preset Button #1 (YES) to install new program. -
“Presets will be erased. Continue?” Press button #1 (YES).
-
“Programming successful. Eject card.”
-
System reboots.
Variable Foot Control Functions
-
Allows for variable speed up to the speed set on the display.
-
Four hands-free buttons ensure greater infection control:
Orange: Steps between the Preset buttons.
Yellow: Changes micromotor direction.
Lavender: Increases torque with each consecutive press of pad, up to 5 increments — 6th press of pad returns to original setting.
Teal: Water pump On/Off. Press and hold pad to cycle through flow in 10% increments. -
Use the attached handle to easily reposition the foot control.
Cleaning
- Console: Wipe the console with a soft cloth and mild detergent or a 10% bleach solution (1 part household bleach to 9 parts water).
- Motor: Autoclave according to the included instructions.
- Handpiece: Spray with lubricant/cleaner and autoclave according to the included instructions.
- Silicone tubing: Autoclave according to the included instructions.
Restoring Factory Defaults
- Turn main power switch OFF.
- Wait two seconds, then turn main power switch back ON.
- As the Aseptico startup marquee scrolls across display screen, press and hold the Calibration (CAL) button.
- At the “Recall Factory Setup?” prompt, press Preset Button #1 (Yes) to restore factory defaults, then when asked, press the #1 Button again to confirm. A beep will sound.
(NOTE: All customized Presets will be lost when factory defaults are restored.)
Select 20:1 Handpiece Type
- Repeat first 3 Steps above under “Restoring Factory Defaults”.
- Repeat 4th Step above under “Restoring Factory Defaults”, EXCEPT press Preset Button #3 (No) at the “Recall Factory Setup” prompt.
- A “Select 20:1 Handpiece” prompt will display* . Press Button #1 or #2 to select either Mont Blanc® , Eco Line®, , Impulsion® , or AHP-85-SS handpiece.
- The System will confirm the handpiece selection then automatically restart with the selected handpiece enabled. “MB”, “ECO”, “IMP” or “SS” will display beneath the 20:1 ratio indicator.

a registered trademarks of MK Dent.
( *) The System will also allow the user to select either Mont Blanc® ,
Impulsion® , Eco Line® or AHP-85-SS 20:1 handpiece settings when: the System
is turned on the first time; after factory settings are recalled; or, after
the System is reprogrammed with the memory card.
