Access Point
Network Topology
A typical network topology for APs is shown below.
Note: Images may differ from your actual products.
Some APs can be configured and monitored centrally via
a controller or the control software. For details, refer to
the product specifications and the manual for the relevant
product, controller, or control software.

Hardware Installation
APs can be connected or mounted in various ways to
meet diverse needs. For installation instructions, refer
to the Quick Installation Guide included in the product
package.
Safety Information

Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. If you need
service, please contact us. -
Do not use the device where wireless devices are not allowed.
For indoor APs: -
Keep the device away from water, fire, humidity or hot environments.
For outdoor APs: -
Keep the device away from fire or hot environments. DO NOT immerse in
water or any other liquid. -
Adapter should be used indoors where the ambient temperature is lower
than or equal to 40°C.
For APs powered with adapters:
- Do not use damaged charger or USB cable to charge the device.
- Do not use any other chargers than those recommended.
- Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily
accessible.
For APs with power cords:

The plug on the power supply cord is used as the disconnect device, the
socket-outlet shall be easily accessible. -
Plug the product into the wall outlets with earthing connection through
the power supply cord.
For APs with plugs: -
The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily
accessible. -
(For the 3-pin-plug version) Plug the product into the wall outlets with
earthing connection through the plug.

For Class A APs, APs without adapters, or Wall Plate APs supporting only
PoE power supply:
