Check before riding
Please check before riding to assure safety driving. Battery power
Turn on the switch,watch battery meter indicator,when it approaches the red mark position, vehicle should be charged.

Warning：

• You should regularly check the tires and adjust tire pressure.
• Check after the tire cooled.
• You should regularly check whether there is a puncture on the tire, especially tires leakage phenomenon which should repair immediately. Check whether the tread cuts,whether embedded nails or other sharp objects. Check whether the rim indentation, dent or deformation phenomena.
• When the tire tread wear to the tread wear limit mark, it should be replaced with new tires. Warning:
• If the tire pressure is sub-standard, it will make the tire surface subjected to excessive wear and tear could cause a car accident. Tire pressure which is too low will cause tire slip or prolapsed wheels. It is dangerous to use great wear tire,it will affect the adhesion between the tires and the road surface,resulting in difficult driving on the accident or occurrence.

Riding operation

• Preparation before driving: open the parking lock; put the key into the
  switch, turn it.
  Slowly accelerate the throttle when at start, no throttle when decelerate. Warning: No operate throttle on-off rapidly, otherwise the vehicle will rush out without control.
  Brake operation

• Control the throttle
  If you want to slow down,please close the throttle, and more important is to use two brake systems.

• Warning:
  Drive on wet or loose surface road or in rainy days, please be careful, especially for operation of braking, accelerating or turning.

• Simultaneous operation for front and rear brakes
  Attention: When driving down a steep slope, please close the throttle completely, and use two brake systems to reduce the speed.

• Warning:
  Don’t use single brake at high speed, especially when you are on slippery road or turning corners. Use double brakes to avoid accident. 3.Stop operation Turn the switch to stop the vehicle,and lock the parking lock.

PRODUCT PARAMETERS

Note:
“Continuous mileage” refers to the driving distance of the new battery with sufficient power under the experimental conditions stipulated in GB17761-2018. It generally refers to the uninterrupted cycling at the rated speed and rated load on a 20℃ flat road. In the actual driving process, due to the influence of wind resistance, ambient temperature, tire pressure and load status, the continuation mileage will change.

Manipulative methods and considerations

Description of the manipulation section:
The manipulated part is shown in Figure

1, left brake / 2, far and far light switch / 3, power display / 4, speed display /
5, right brake / 6, knob / 7 headlight switch / 8, electric door lock / 9, horn switch / 10, turn signal switch.

1. Left brake handle (1): it is the rear hub brake handle; the power switch on the brake wheel closes, and the brake light is on.

2. Right brake handle (5): It is the front wheel brake handle and the front wheel brake; close the power switch until the motor stops working, and the brake light is on. Note: in the emergency brake, the front and rear brake should be used, do not only use the front wheel brake, otherwise prone to vehicle side slip.

3. Headlight switch (7) and near-remote light switch (2): When driving at night, first dial the headlight switch to the first gear position. At this time, the instrument light is on and the taillight is on; dial the second gear, the headlights and the near remote light can work; Note: for safety reasons, when driving at night, turn the remote light back to the near light.

4. Turn signal switch (10): the signal indicator light used to turn left or right and change the direction of the road. The middle is the closed position, dial the left turn left, dial the right turn right. When the turn signal is turned on, the corresponding turn indicator light will be displayed on the instrument, and the buzzer will make a “beep” sound.

5. Speedometer (3): Show the driving speed when driving.

6. Power indicator (4): it is a capacity indicator showing the presence of the battery. When the power door lock is in the “ON” position, the power pointer on the instrument is rotated to the corresponding position.
   During driving, the power is indicated at the H position, indicating that the battery is sufficient; when the power is near the Red Border area (L), indicating that the power is insufficient, it should be charged immediately.

7. Rear view mirror (11): thus observe whether there are pedestrians and vehicles behind the left and right sides, to ensure the driving safety when turning or overtaking.

8. Speed transfer (6): located on the right side of the handle, at the start, should gently turn the speed transfer inside, so that your car at a low speed for a distance. If you want to increase the acceleration, you should keep turning the governor and tightening it. If you release the speed knob and return it automatically, your car will slow down and slide.
   When turning the speed transfer, pay attention to avoid the fierce increase of the speed transfer, try to develop the habit of “light turn light put”

9. Electric door lock (8): for the main power switch, is a high current switch, turn on the electric door lock electric vehicle can electric work. Turn the main power supply switch to the “ON” position, and the voltmeter pointer is moved to the corresponding position, then the total power supply is switched on. When parking, please remove the key to the OFF immediately to avoid damage caused by accidentally turning to the speed control rotor.

Starting from driving

Startup

B. Put the key into the switch lock and turn clockwise to the ON position, then the instrument power indicator is on.

Note: After the main power supply is turned on, the rear wheel is on the ground. When the rider is not sitting on the cushion, do not turn the speed control knob to prevent the vehicle from suddenly rushing forward, which can easily cause safety accidents. When parking, as much as possible to avoid losses caused by operation error.

Variable speed:
After electrification, the shift handle can rotate inward (counterclockwise) to accelerate the vehicle, and rotate the shift handle outward (clockwise) to slow down the vehicle. When the vehicle starts driving, do not suddenly increase the speed switch, should gradually turn the speed switch, the speed gradually accelerated that can save electricity and achieve safe driving.

Brake:
When tightening the front and rear wheel handles, the front and rear wheels can be brake respectively.(Left is the rear brake, right is the front brake)

Parking

• A. Should use the turn signal in advance to signal, inform other vehicles, pedestrians to attract attention, and then gradually drive to the roadside;

• B. Turn the speed control knob back, hold the front and rear brake knob, then the brake light is on, inform the pedestrian or vehicle behind;

• C. After the car is completely stopped, turn off the turn signal light and put the key switch to the OFF position;

• D. support a single or double support, but do not park the car on the soft or sloping ground to prevent the vehicle from slanting;
  Lock the steering handle: turn the handlebars to the left; insert the key from the lock OFF, press the key and turn the key to the LOCK position.
  Note：when locking the handlebars,if the handlebars cannot be locked,it means that the handlebars do not turn in place.at this time,the handlebars should be slightly moved from side to side,and the key can be turned at the same time.

• F. Electric vehicles should avoid being placed in places with humid air, humidity is too high, and corrosive gas, so as not to cause chemical corrosion on the surface of electroplating paint on the metal parts and plastic parts of electric vehicles;

• G. electric vehicles should avoid exposure to the hot sun and rain for a long time to avoid damage to the components in the controller, resulting in accidents other than operation failure.

• H. If the single support power switch is damaged, it must be replaced in time to avoid damage.

common faults and troubleshooting

Turn on the power supply, but the instrument does not display;

Turn the speed regulator, the motor does not work.

| 1.  Whether the battery is placed for a long time or aging, and the energy is insufficient;

2.  Check whether the tire air pressure is insufficient;

4, whether the environmental factors, such as strong wind, low temperature, etc.

The battery can not be charged

| 1.  Check whether the charger is well connected with the power supply and the battery;

2.  Check whether the fuse is fused;

3.  Otherwise, it may be regarded as a partial fault of the charger.

Handling of the brake failure state:
Brake failure will lead to safety risks, especially when sliding downhill, prone to accidents. Therefore, the user should check the brake performance before riding, if the brake failure should adjust immediately, or ask a professional to adjust to the best condition. Once the brake is not working when riding, please ride at a very slow speed. In case, you should brake in advance and adjust to the maintenance department as soon as possible to achieve the purpose of safe cycling.

Instant power failure state processing:
There are many reasons for instant power failure, mainly may be poor contact or brake power switch failure. On the one hand, the user can check the after- sales service, on the other hand, the user can self-check the following points.

• A. Check whether the fuse is burned out, check whether the battery connection is loose, and check whether the battery connection main line is loose.
• B. Check whether the brake power switch is reset, whether there is any foreign body stuck, please remove and the brake reset.
• C. Check whether the brake power off switch is short circuit after rain. If there is an available hot fan to dry the “water” in the switch, the power off switch can return to work.

Speed car status processing:
If the electric car appears, please close the door lock for further inspection, or send the maintenance department for inspection and treatment.

Step 2

1. As shown in the figure 1 and 2, release the screws, install the PLASTIC PARTS 1, tighten the screws, As shown in Figure 3 and 4, release the screw, install the dashboard, and tighten the screws,the other side as same.

Step 3

1. Installation instructions for the front section,
   As shown in Figure 1, loosen the screw, as shown in Figure 2, install the wheel head on the axle,pay attention to the point of the hole, In Figure 3, arrange the screw, as shown in Figure 4, tighten the screw with a socket wrench

2. As shown in Figure 1, the back of the wheel head, the screws on both sides are tightened, see Figure 2, the rearview mirror is installed at the aligned hole position, see Figure 3, tighten the screw with a wrench, see Figure 4, install PLASTIC part 2, align with the hole position, push up.

Step 4
As shown in Figure 1, open the seat and loosen the screw indicated by the arrow in the picture. As shown in Figure 2, install the trunk and align the hole position. In Figure 3, tighten the screw with the socket wrench; in Figure. 4, and tighten the screws on both sides with the wrench.

Maintenance

The maintenance is important to electric scooter, if drive at high speed in a bad situation for a long time,must add the times of maintenance; If electric scooter have a big failure or have an accident,must check for mainly spare parts. For example: frame, indicator parts and soon.Repair or change the worn parts to make sure safety.

Notice:
To ensure the electric vehicle safety and reliability, do not allow the electric vehicles are modified. Use original parts or equivalent parts of similar quality during maintenance and replacement. If you use other parts of poor quality, it will affect the performance of electric vehicles and operating functions. Warning: To ensure the safety of personnel, from harm, regardless of any program of maintenance work,be sure to turn the power off, parked the car on a flat hard surface. Attention:
If you store your vehicle more than a month’s time, or to stop using in the winter period, it is required to make maintenance work to bad tires, batteries, etc., aging and corrosion. Often driving on uneven roads,in order to hold the good performance of your vehicle, it must be maintained. Maintenance for battery If the vehicle will not use for a long time, please take out the battery, full charge and store it in a cool, well ventilated and dry place. If the head of battery was corroded, please take out the battery and clean it. Turn off the ignition switch before takeout the battery, take apart the negative pole first. When you assemble the battery, fix the positive pole first, then the negative pole. don’t mix.

Vehicle storage Storage
For long-term storage of the electric scooter, for example, in the winter time, some steps need to be taken to prevent malfunction and damage. Besides, before preparing storage also need to do part of the maintenance work, otherwise, once use the electric scooter, they tend to forget to carry out the maintenance. Replace rear axle gear oil Cover the electric scooter Reuse the electric scooter Take off the electric scooter and clean it, please replace the rear axle gear oil if the storage period is over 4 months. If necessary,charge at time and put on the battery.

Check all items before drive. Try at low speed around free traffic area.

• The POWER SWITCH must be turned in OFF position when charging.
• Before the first use, you should charge the battery for 4-6 hours. Do not recharge the battery for more than 10 hours to avoid overheating the charger.
• When the vehicle begins to run slowly, recharge the battery.
• After each use or once a month minimum recharge time as 6 to 8 hours,less than 10 hours at most.
• Use the only rechargeable battery and charger supplied with your vehicle. NEVER substitute the battery or the charger with another brand. Using another battery or charger may cause a fire or explosion.
• Do not use the battery or charger for any other product.

Disposal Of Battery

• Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
• Do not dispose of your lead-acid battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak.
• Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in your regular, household trash. The incineration, land filling or mixing of sealed lead-acid batteries with household trash is prohibited by law.
