Take out and pair it

When using for the first time, take out the left and right earphones at the same time. When the white light and ice blue light of the earphones flash alternately, the earphones will enter the automatic pairing mode.

How to wear headphones correctly

Product Description

Touch Operation

Connect with Bluetooth device

Open the Bluetooth settings option of the Bluetooth device to be paired, enter the options and find the Bluetooth pairing name of the headset “ERAZER X15PRO”.Click the pairing name to pair.

Indicator Light Description

  • When the headset is turned on:the white light and the ice blue light flash alternately

  • When the headset is turned off: the white light flashes 3 times quickly and then goes out

  • Pairing status: white light and ice blue light flash alternately

  • Connection successful: no light

  • Headphone Charging: The Charging case indicator light is always white, and the headset white light is always on. After the headset is fully charged, the white light turns to ice blue and then goes out, and the Charging case indicator light goes out at the same time.

  •   Charging of the Charging case: The ice blue light of the Charging case indicator flashes.After the Charging case is fully charged, the indicator light of the Charging case is always on.

Power On

Auto power on: The Earphone are taken out of the charging case, the Earphone will be powered on, with the prompt sound of “Du”. Manual power-on: Long press for 3 seconds, the Earphone will be powered on, with the prompt sound of “Du”.

Power Off

Auto power off: Put the Earphone in the charging case, the Earphone will be powered off, with the prompt sound of “Du”. Manual power off: Long press for 5 seconds, the Earphone will be powered off, with the prompt sound of “Du”.

Note: After powering on, if it is not paired with a Bluetooth device for 3 minutes, it will automatically shut down; If it is not connected to a Bluetooth device after 3 minutes, it will automatically power off after 3 minutes, with the prompt sound of “Du”.

Wake up voice assistant

When using both ears, press and hold the left ear multi-function button for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant. When using one earphone, press and hold the left (or right) earphone for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant

Phone mode

Press and hold the left (or right) ear multi-function button for two seconds: call rejection

TRIPLE PRESS

Switch between game mode and music mode (Mono/Binaural operation)

Note 1: When using one earphone, you cannot switch between game mode and music mode. Note 2: The factory setting defaults to music mode

Clear Bluetooth pairing history

When both ears cannot be paired, you need to clear all connected devices and click the left and right earphones 5 times at the same time.

Wireless pairing mode

1. When there is no pairing record for the left and right earphones, the left and right earphones will automatically pair after they are turned on. After successful pairing, there will be two beeps.

2. When the left and right earphones have pairing records, they will automatically connect back when they are turned on, and the prompt will sound “beep”
