Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.

- Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.

- In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

Remove the marked part.
-
Remove the marked part.
* Remove the screw.
* Tightening torque: Panel, to D-Pillar , 4.5 Nm
9. Remove the panel.
10. Remove the nut.
11. Remove the panel.
12. Remove the marked part.
13. Remove the marked part.
Vehicles with seven seats
14. Remove the marked part.
All vehicles
Note!
Do not loosen the bolts more than 2 turns.
Note!
The clips consist of two parts.
15. Remove the clips.
Use special tool: T9995919, PULLER (SEAL-PINION,CAM-CRANKSHAFT)B200-6304
16. Remove the marked part.
17. Remove the screws.
Tightening torque: Cargo anchor, to body , 13 Nm
18. Repeat on the other side.
19. Remove the panel. Repeat on the other side.
20. Remove the screw. Repeat on the other side.
21. Loosen the marked detail.
22. Disconnect the connector.
All vehicles
23. Remove the panel. Disconnect the connectors.
24. Repeat the steps when removing on the opposite side.
Accessory installation
25. Use detail according to the image.
26. Connect the connector.
27. Route the wire adjacent to existing wirings. Install the cable. Use a cable tie
Caution!
Do not attach clamb to the sunroof draining hose
28. Route the wire adjacent to existing wirings. Install the cable. Use a cable tie
29. Route the wires adjacent to existing wirings. Install the cables. Use a cable tie
30. Connect the connector. Reinstall the removed part.
31. Route the wire adjacent to existing wirings. Install the cable.Use a cable tie
32. Disconnect the connector.
33. Connect the prerouted wiring harness.
34. Secure the connectors. Use a cable tie
35. Position the wiring harness excess as illustrated. Install the cable. Use a cable tie
36. Install component that comes with the accessory kit. Connect the connector.
37. Install the marked component. Make sure that the weather strip goes on top of the panel.
Use: Interior trim remover
38. Tighten the bolts.
39. Position the wiring harness excess as illustrated. Install the cable. Use a cable tie
40. Remove the protective film.
41. Remove any traces of glue. Use a mixture of 50% Volvo concentrated washer fluid and 50% water. Repeat on the other side.
Installation
42. Reinstall the removed parts in reverse order.
