Safety information
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the product for the first time and keep the instructions for future reference.
- This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
- Warning: This product includes lithium polymer batteries.
- Keep products out of the reach of children and pets to avoid chewing and swallowing.
- Product operating and storage temperature is from 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. Under and over this temperature might affect the function.
- Never open the product. Touching the inside electrics can cause electric shock. Repairs or services should only be performed by qualified personnel.
- Do not be exposed to heat, water, moisture, or direct sunlight!
- Please remove the earphones in case of any leakage or excessive heat from the product to avoid burns or rash.
- Please protect your ears against loud volume. Loud volume can damage your ears.
- Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the elector-magnetic environment.
- Microwaves emitting from a Bluetooth device may affect the operation of electronic medical devices.
- The unit is not waterproof. If water or foreign objects enter the unit, it may result in fire or electric shock. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, stop use immediately.

Use Instructions
Pairing the earphones with your smartphone
Step 1. The earphones turn on once they are removed from the
charging case, or press and hold both earphone buttons to turn the earphones
on. You will hear the voice prompt.
Step 2. The RED and BLUE LEDs start blinking on both earphones.
Both earphones automatically enter pairing mode with in 5s. Once paired, one
of the earphones’ LED blinks RED and BLUE, which means they are ready to pair
with your smartphone
Step 3. Switch on the Bluetooth function on your smartphone to
search for nearby devices and pair with “TWS-62”.
You will hear one beep tone after a successful pairing. The earphones will
connect automatically with the smartphone.
Notes: The L or R earphone can be used alone to pair with your
smartphone. In this case only mono sound is available.
During Music Playback
2.1 Press the L or R button once to Play / Pause the track
2.2 Press and hold the R button for 2 seconds to skip to the Next track
2.3 Press and hold the L button for 2 seconds to skip to Previous. track
2.4 Press the R button 3 times to access Siri or Google Assistant.
2.5 Press the R button 2 times to decrease the sound.
2.6 Press the L button 2 times to increase the sound.
During Calls
3.1 Press the L or R button once to answer/end a call.
3.2 Press and hold the L or R button for 2 seconds to reject incoming calls.
Charging earphones & charging case
4.1 Charging via cable: Use the cable provided for charging.
4.2 Connect a USB cable to the computer/adapter and connect the other end to
the charging port of the charging case.
4.3 The screen will light up showing the battery capacity of the device.
4.4 Charging via solar panel: Direct the solar panel to direct sunlight. The
indicator lights up red during solar charging.
Note: Solar charging depends on environmental factors.
Note: Press the charging indicator button to show the capacity or to
pause/continue charging.
Note: If the earphones are placed in the charging case, both will be
charged at the same time.
4.5 The indicator will show the capacity of the charging case
