The unit includes electrical components (lighting set)
Power supply parameters of electrical components:
- Power supply unit input voltage: 100–240V ~ 50/60 Hz.
- Power supply unit output voltage (powering the LED lighting fixtures): 12V DC. The remaining parameters are listed on the labels of electrical components and in the accompanying assembly instruction manuals.
- Prior to the assembly, be sure to familiarise yourself with:
- The conditions of safe assembly and use and the warnings contained in the instruction manual attached to the lighting set.
- Instruction manual for the assembly of the unit.
Assemble the electrical components in accordance with the instruction manuals provided and in the order shown therein. The assembly must always be done with the power supply unit disconnected from the mains. In some countries, only a qualified professional is allowed to perform actions related to the installation of electrical equipment. In the case of any doubts, contact the local authority responsible for this matter.
In particular, remember that
- The product containing the attached electrical components is intended for use only inside dry rooms.
- The power supply unit should be connected in an easily accessible place, away from heat sources and only to an efficient electrical installation.
- The power supply unit can only power the lighting fixtures supplied with it. Do not connect other or additional lighting fixtures to it.
- The lighting fixtures may only be powered with the supplied power supply unit. Do not connect them to other power supply units.
- During maintenance and cleaning of the lighting fixtures, always disconnect the power supply unit from the mains beforehand. Do not use water or chemicals during these activities. Just wipe with a dry cloth.
- Protect electrical components from spillage and moisture.
- If the lighting is not used for a long period of time, disconnect the power supply unit from the mains.
- Regularly check all lighting components for signs of damage.
It is forbidden to
- Use lighting with any faulty component.
- Carry out repairs by yourself. Damaged components should be replaced by their manufacturer.
- Make any modifications to any component of the supplied lighting set.
- Mechanically strain the power cords in any way (e.g. pulling, stretching, etc.).
WARNING!!
The electrical cords connecting the individual lighting components are a
strangulation hazard for small children. The accessible cords should always be
kept out of the reach of small children. Do not allow children to come into
contact with or play with any component of the lighting set.
Disposal of electrical components (lighting set).
The individual components of the lighting set are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste container. This means that at the end of their useful life, they cannot be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. They should be subject to selective collection of waste.
Therefore, the used electrical components should be removed from the unit (in
a way which is opposite to the assembly process) and handed over to the
appropriate collection and recycling point in accordance with the
environmental protection regulations for waste management in force in a given
country. Information on the location of such points can be obtained from the
local authorities.
If your set contains batteries, dispose of them after use according to the
local regulations for disposal of used batteries.
GUIDELINES FOR FURNITURE CARE
- Please follow the below specified remarks in order to properly take care of your furniture:
- A clean dry soft fabric must be used for cleaning. If the furniture requires thorough cleaning, then you can slightly moistened it with water or cleaning agent designed for furniture cleaning, and subsequently the cleaned elements must be wiped until they’re dry. Metal and glass parts must be cleaned using commercially available cleaning agents designed for cleaning of this type of materials, in accordance with the included instructions.
- Do not use corrosive agents, scouring agents and other agents if their intended use is unknown.
- The cleaning agents must have clear marking that they are intended for cleaning furniture. WARNING!!! High gloss elements, from which the protective foil was removed, may be cleaned and used only after 72 hours.
