Product Usage Instructions

To use the Wormhole – CrossLink App for Display Sharing:

1. Open File Explorer > This PC > CrossLink This PC Windows
   (C:)

2. Click on WormholeCrossLink.exe

3. In the app, select the files you want to share.

4. Click on Share.

FAQ

Q: How do I find Wormhole CrossLink Share if it’s not visible in the app?
A: Click on “Show more options” in the menu to reveal additional sharing options.

Installation Guide

• Step 1: Install the Wormhole CrossLink App on the iPad®/iPhone®
• Step 2: Connect the JCH422 to both the Windows® and iPad®/iPhone® devices. Then install the built in driver on to the Windows® computer
• Step 3: After installing the driver, the CrossLink icon will appear on the bottom right corner of the Windows® computer. Installation complete!

Functions and how to use

Display Sharing:

• From Windows® to iPad®/iPhone®:
  Open the CrossLink App on the iPad®/iPhone®, then select Extend or Duplicate in the “Windows® to iPad®/iPhone®” tab.

• From iPad®/iPhone® to Windows®:
  Open the CrossLink App on the iPad®/iPhone®, then select Start Projection in the “iPad®/iPhone® to Windows®” tab.

• Exit Display Sharing:
  Three-finger long-press the iPad®/iPhone® screen to bring up the Auxiliary Menu, then touch the “Exit” button to exit display sharing.

Data Sharing

From Windows® to iPad®/iPhone®:

1. Keep the CrossLink app in the foreground on the iPad®/iPhone®.
2. Select the files and right click, then select Wormhole CrossLink Share. (If you can’t find Wormhole CrossLink Share, please click “Show more options” on the menu)
3. Click “Share” on the dialog.

From iPad®/iPhone® to Windows®:

1. Select the photos (files) and click the share icon in the app, then select the CrossLink app.
2. Click “Share”.

Whiteboard

• On iPad®/iPhone®: When sharing the screen from Windows® to iPad®/iPhone®, touch the double arrow icon in the top right corner of the screen to bring up the whiteboard tool.
• On Windows®: When sharing the screen from iPad®/iPhone® to Windows®, click the palette icon in the top right corner of the window to bring up the whiteboard tool.

LIMITED WARRANTY

j5create offers a limited 2-year warranty. The user’s wear & tear damage is not included. The user shall call or email j5create customer service with the defect information of the product and obtain a return authorization number. Users are responsible for one-way return freight costs and we will take care of one-way freight back. To obtain a return authorization number, users should have the following information handy when calling or emailing the service team:

1. a copy of the original purchase invoice to verify your warranty
2. a product serial number
3. a description of the problem
4. customer’s name, address, and telephone number

j5create does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. j5create is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports; (c) damage caused by use with non-j5crea te products; (d) damage caused by natural disasters; (e) damage caused by human misuse (lost, accident, abuse, misuse or other external causes); (f) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by j5create; (g) damage caused by service (including upgrades andexpansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of j5create or a j5create Authorized Service Provider; (h) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of j5create; or (i) if any j5cr eate serial number on the product has been removed or defaced. If such a situation occurs, j5create will calculate the cost of materials and repair for your reference. This warranty is given by j5create in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied.

• THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE).
