Mounting the cooling system for INTEL series 1366 / 1700 / 115X | 1200

1. STEP 1

2. Place the mounting backplate on the back of the motherboard and adjust its ends to the series of your processor.

4. Dismantle fan

6. Install the appropriate mounting bracket for your processor series.

7. Secure it with the screws included in the kit.

8. STEP 4

9. Clean the processor IHS surface with a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol.

10. Apply thermal grease (to get the lowest temperatures use SAVIO GLACIER thermal grease).

11. Remove protective fi lm from the heat sink base and clean it with a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol.

12. STEP 5

13. Place the heat sink on the processor.

14. Secure the heat sink with the screws integrated in the mounting bracket.

15. STEP 6

16. Install the fan on the heat sink.

17. STEP 7

18. Connect the fan power connector to the socket marked as ‘CPU FAN’ on the motherboard.

Safety conditions for thermal grease

• Keep out of reach of children.

• It is forbidden to consume the product.

• In case of skin contact, the contaminated area should be wash with soap and water.

• In the case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

• If vapours enter the respiratory system go to fresh air.

• In case of ingestion it is not necessary to induce vomiting.
  Rinse your mouth with plenty of water.

• In the case of any undesirable symptoms during the situations described above, seek urgent medical attention.

Safety conditions for heat sink and fan

• Use the product in accordance with its intended use, as improper use may damage the product.
• Do not expose the device to moisture.
• The device should be cleaned only with a dry cloth.
• Independent repairs and modification result automatic loss of the warranty.
