Product Usage Instructions

Attaching the Air Duct:

  1. Remove the duct screw from the main body of the fan.
  2. Align the air duct with the hole and insert the screw.
  3. Tighten the screw until secure.

Mounting the Fan:

  1. Loosen the mount’s locking knob. Then press and hold the release button and seat the receiver onto the 5/8-inch stud.
  2. Tighten the locking knob until secure.

Adjusting the Tilt:

  1. Support the body of the fan with one hand and loosen the tilt locking knob.
  2. Tilt the fan into position, and tighten the locking knob until secure.

Fan Operation:
Warning: Before turning on the unit, make sure the fan is securely attached to the stand, turned off, and no objects are sticking in the air inlet or outlet.

  1. Plug the power cord into a power socket.
  2. Rotate the fan speed control clockwise until you hear a click and the power indicator lights up green and the fan starts to run.

Note: The fan produces a loud noise during operation and it is not recommended for use with audio recordings.

Changing the Fuse:

  1. With the fan unplugged, loosen the fuse cover in the direction of the arrow.
  2. Replace the 5 A fuse, and tighten the cover until secure.

  1. Q: What should I do if my fan is making unusual noises?
    A: Check for any loose screws or objects stuck in the fan that might be causing the noise. If the issue persists, contact Impact Customer Service for assistance.

  2. Q: Can I use this fan for audio recordings?
    A: It is not recommended to use this fan for audio recordings as it produces a loud noise during operation.

One-Year Limited Warranty

This Impact product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
