FOSSiBOT FB3840 Smart Battery Pack

• Dear Customer, thank you very much for purchasing and experiencing the FB3840 Smart Battery Pack product. This product needs to be used in conjunction with the F3600 Pro.
• Before using this product, please read the instruction manual carefully for correct operation.
• In accordance with the transportation requirements for battery products, the battery level of this product is only within 30% when it leaves the factory.
• After unpacking the product, please fully charge it to start your FB3840 experience journey.

Use precautions

1. Please avoid storing and using this product in high-temperature, high-humidity, or direct sunlight environments for an extended period to prevent a shortened battery life and other malfunctions.
   • The product should not be placed near a heat source, as it may lead to significant fires or accidents.
2. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble or modify this product. Improper handling may result in product malfunctions or even fires.
3. Be careful not to drop the product from a high place or let it fall to prevent damage.
4. Please store or use this product in a place inaccessible to children to prevent potential harm caused by the product’s drops and collisions.
5. Please use the original accessories from our company. The use of non-original accessories may result in product defects, and we will not provide warranty service.
6. Please directly connect the product to electrical outlets on walls or similar locations for charging, avoiding the use of extension cords or cable splitters. Product Introduction

• This product is a portable power supply and charging pack with charging and discharging functions. It is mainly used for expanding the parallel capacity of the F3600 PRO Portable Power Station.
• It includes a USB direct current output interface, XT60 solar charging input port, and parallel input/output port.

The following are the main features of this product:

• Using EVE brand lithium iron phosphate battery cells, the battery capacity reaches up to 3840Wh, ensuring extremely high safety.
• Can be parallelized with the F3600 PRO energy storage power supply to increase the capacity of the F3600 PRO.
• It has USB-A and Type-C PD3.0 output interfaces, which can also be used independently in non-parallel mode.
• It has a PV charging function, and can also be charged in non-parallel mode. Multiple protection mechanisms such as battery, circuit, and structure ensure the safety of the product.

  *  **Usage:** Long press the power button for 3 seconds to wake up the system, turn on the LCD display, and long press again for 3 seconds to close Short press the power button to turn on/off the USB ports function.

  * This interface supports solar panel input or car charger input. For details, please refer to page 6 of this manual for ‘Solar Panel Connection’ and for ‘Car Charging.
3.  **Parallel Input and Output**
  * Expansion is achieved by connecting parallel cables to the host. This interface can achieve a maximum input/output of 4000W.
4.  **LCD Screen**
  * Displays the product’s battery level and usage status prompts.
5.  **USB Output**
  * USB output port.

Screen Display Instructions

• Battery Level Display: When this product is in charging mode, the battery progress bar continuously rotates in a clockwise manner, and the battery percentage gradually increases. When the product’s battery level is 0, the battery percentage icon will blink.
• Input and Output Status: When the product is operating, the total input power, total output power, and the cursor for the corresponding working area will be displayed on the screen.
• Alarm Prompt: Refer to the troubleshooting table below for details.

Troubleshooting Table

Battery Pack Connection Instructions

• The host can connect up to two battery packs through a parallel connection, with a maximum capacity of up to 11520Wh. Please connect the product when both the host and the battery packs are powered off.
• After the connection is complete, the screen will display “S1, S2 connected,” indicating a successful parallel connection. Once paralleled, the system can begin charging or discharging.
• During charging or discharging after paralleling, the power will be distributed according to the amount of battery capacity.
• When charging, the charging power is lower for products with high battery levels, and when discharging, products with high battery levels have higher output power.
• If there is no external charging, there may be a short-time power exchange between the host and slave machine.

Precautions

• Do not plug or unplug the parallel cable while the product is operating. Please connect or disconnect the product only when it is in the powered-off state.
• Do not short-circuit the parallel port of the host.

Solar Panel Connection

• In conditions of sufficient sunlight, this product can be connected to a solar panel to facilitate charging. The charging power is determined by factors such as sunlight and weather conditions.
• In this charging mode, we support solar panel inputs up to 200W, and the input voltage should not exceed 50V; otherwise, any resulting product anomalies will not be covered by the warranty.
• We recommend adopting the following two charging schemes;

Car charging

• When the car is in the starting process, you can charge this product by connecting the car charging port on the car to this product using the vehicle charging cable, as shown in the diagram.
• This product supports 12V car charger/24V car charger charging.
• When using this charging method, please pay attention to the following two points
• Please perform this operation with the car in the ‘ON’ state, as otherwise, it may lead to the depletion of the car battery.
• The power of car charging is usually in the range of 90W-120W, resulting in a longer charging time.
• If rapid charging is needed, it is recommended to use mains power.
