IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the following:

THIS APPLIANCE DANGER – To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock,
or injury:

Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Remove the battery pack immediately.

Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.

Except when charging, always remove the battery pack immediately after using.

The filling aperture shall not be opened during use.

The liquid or steam must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical components, such as the interior of ovens.

The steam is hot, do not spray towards the operator, bystanders, or pets, otherwise they will be scalded

Remove or disconnect the battery pack after using and before carrying out user maintenance or cleaning on the appliance.

The appliance shall not be left unattended while it is connected to the battery pack.

The appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.

Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is in use or cooling down.

This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. -
The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.

The tool shall be recharged only with the specified charger for the battery. A charger that may be suitable for one type of battery may create a risk of fire when used with another battery.

Use battery operated tool only with specifically designed battery pack. Use of any other batteries may create a risk of fire.

When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like: paper, clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause sparks, burns or a fire.

Do not incinerate the tool even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire.
Additional safety rules for your steam cleaner
- Always allow the steam cleaner to cool before storing.
- Do not leave the steam cleaner unattended when in use.
- This product is designed for light domestic use only, it is not designed for industrial purposes and every care has been taken to make the steam cleaner safe, accidents can happen. By following the simple safety guide, you can avoid serious accidents.
- Be aware that heat may be conducted to combustible materials that are out of sight.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture. Store indoors. Read instruction manual before using.

- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or invalids.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged battery pack, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Always turn all controls to “off” first, then remove the battery pack.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR BATTERY PACK
a) Do not dismantle, open or shred battery pack.
b) Do not expose battery pack to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct
sunlight.
c) Do not short-circuit a battery pack. Do not store battery packs haphazardly
in a box or drawer where they may short-circuit each other or be short-
circuited by other metal objects. When battery pack is not in use, keep it
away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or fire.
d) Do not subject battery pack to mechanical shock.
e) In the event of battery leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact
with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with
copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
f) Do not use any battery pack which is not designed for use with the
equipment.
g) Keep battery pack out of the reach of children.
h) Always purchase the battery pack recommended by the device manufacturer for
the equipment.
i) Keep battery pack clean and dry.
j) Wipe the battery pack terminals with a clean dry cloth if they become
dirty.
k) Battery pack needs to be charged before use.
Always use the correct charger and refer to the manufacturer’s instructions or
equipment manual for proper charging instructions.
l) Do not leave battery pack on prolonged charge when not in use.
m) After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and
discharge the battery pack several times to obtain maximum performance.
n) Recharge only with the charger specified by WORX. Do not use any charger
other than that specifically provided for use with the equipment.
o) Retain the original product literature for future reference.
p) Use only the battery pack in the application for which it was intended.
q) Remove the battery pack from the equipment when not in use.
r) Dispose of properly.
s) Do not mix cells of different manufacture, capacity, size or type within a
device.
t) Keep the battery away from microwaves and high pressure.

environmental protection, please do not discard batteries in the trash.
After the batteries’ life cycle is ended, then please call

INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for steam cleaning.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the machine, read the instruction book carefully.
WARNING: Keep the machine pointed away from yourself and others when
operating.
Always remove the battery pack when machine is not in use. Failure to do so
could result in possible serious personal injury

Filling with water
NOTE: Please fill with cool water or you will cause damage to the water
tank.
NOTE: It is suggested to use distilled or demineralized water if your
water contains a high level of mineral content.
NOTE: Please ensure that the water level in the water tank remains
sufficient, and refill the water tank promptly whenever the water level is
low. Turn off the steam cleaner before refilling the water.
NOTE: It’s possible that there is some leftover water in the water tank

OPERATION|
Press and hold down the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the machine
– The white light will start flashing and then will become solid before the
machine starts to work.
– Wait for about 8 seconds for the steam to come out.
NOTE: When using the machine for the first time, it will take a little
longer (≈20 s) for the steam to come out.
NOTE: When you use your SteamStorm for the first time or after it has
been idle for a long period, it will automatically perform a self-check to
ensure that all systems are functioning properly. This process may take up to
20 seconds before steam is generated.
WARNING: Keep the steam cleaner away from people, pets, and plants before

Steam cleaning
-Use a slight back-and-forth motion over the area you are steaming.
NOTE: Please ensure that the ball valve is submerged in water during use.
WARNING: Do not touch the steam outlet area while the steam cleaner is
working Press the on/off button to turn off the machine after cleaning.| See

ATTACHMENT OF ACCESSORIES
A number of accessories have been supplied with this product and are required
for use in different applications.

NYLON BRISTLE BRUSH
The NYLON BRISTLE BRUSH is utilized for scrubbing stubborn dirt and grime. -
GROUT TOOL
The GROUT TOOL is utilized for scrubbing small cracks and crevices. -
FABRIC STEAMER AND CLOTH
The FABRIC STEAMER is utilized for refreshing upholstered surfaces such as car interiors, car seats, patio
cushions, pillows, and more. -
FLAT SCRAPER TOOL
The FLAT SCRAPER TOOL is utilized for removing sticky messes. -
ANGLE CONCENTRATOR TOOL
The ANGLE CONCENTRATOR TOOL is utilized for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or surfaces.
FOR BATTERY TOOLS
The ambient temperature range for the use and storage of tool and battery is 0
°C-45 °C (32 °F-113 °F).
The recommended ambient temperature range for the charging system during
charging is 0 °C-40 °C (32 °F104°F).
MAINTENANCE
Remove the battery pack from the machine before carrying out any adjustment,
servicing or maintenance.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your machine in a dry place. Keep
the motor ventilation slots clean.
Keep all working controls free of dust. If you see some sparks flashing in the
ventilation slots, this is normal and will not damage your machine.
CLEANING
-
Fill the water tank with water (100ml or more).
-
Add 5g of citric acid to the water tank.
-
Insert a fully charged battery pack into the machine.
-
Turn on the machine and allow it to operate until all the water in the tank is depleted.
NOTE:
• Avoid using the machine for cleaning during this process to prevent acidic substances from causing damage to the cleaning surface.
• The steam emitted during this process may appear yellow-brown, and there may be drops of yellow-brown liquid, which is the dissolved dirt inside the machine and is considered normal. -
Refill the tank with clean water and let the machine run until the steam appears normal.

Use a clean towel to wipe the steam outlet area, ensuring there is no residue of citric acid.
NOTE: Regularly using citric acid for cleaning contributes to maintaining product performance. Please follow the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations and use the cleaner recommended by the manufacturer.
STORAGE
Remove the battery pack from the machine before storage.
- Allow the steam cleaner to cool before storage.
- Remove any connected accessories and drain any remaining water in water tank before storage.
- Store in a secure, dry place out of the reach of children.
- Do not place other objects on the product.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom | Possible Causes | Possible Solution |

The machine turns on but fails to emit steam and the indicator light does not

Defective battery| Replace with a new battery pack.
The machine fails to emit steam. The Indicator Light does illuminate.| No

Red light flashing| Temperature fault of battery| Turn off the machine and
remove the battery. Wait until the battery
temperature returns to normal status.

Battery is low| Replace with a new battery pack or recharge the battery pack.
Defective machine| Contact service agent.
