Safety Precautions
- This product is NOT a toy, keep away from children and pets.
- Only use the device according to the instructions in this manual.
- Never use the device for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not open this device or attempt to repair the unit yourself if it is not working properly. Doing so risks fire, shock or injury.
- When not in use, the device should be stored in a dry, cool location, away from sources of water or heat.
- Do not expose device or power cable to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, humid or wet conditions.
- Do not submerge in water. Do not use in a location where the device or power cable could fall into liquid.
- Unplug the charging cable when not in use. Do not pull the charging cable to disconnect, or use the cable as a handle.
- Do not use if device or charging cable is damaged. If device or charging cable is damaged, it MUST be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent before using again.
- Low battery may cause dysfunction.
- Do not over charge battery.
- Attachments on the back of your smart device can impede effectiveness of the wireless charger, and lead to overheating. Remove attachments from your smart device before charging on this wireless charger.
- This device contains a built-in battery and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Please consult the local authorities on the correct way to dispose of this device.

Instructions
Be sure to fully charge the speaker before using for the first time.
Charge the Speaker
- Plug one end of the included charging cable into the USB-C charging port on bottom of the speaker.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a USB-C power source, such as the USB-C port on a computer or into a certified USB-C adapter (not included), and plug into a wall socket.
- The speaker LED indicator will glow RED when charging and turn off when fully charged.
- On lower power, you will hear a voice prompt saying “Battery low” indicating that the speaker needs to be recharged.
Pair & Connect with a New Device
- Press and hold the [Multi-Function] button for 3 seconds to power ON. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Power on.” The speaker LED indicator will flash BLUE rapidly indicating the speaker is in pairing mode.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on your smart device and search for new devices.
- When you see “Bamboo RGB” listed, tap it to connect. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Speaker connected” when paired successfully. The speaker LED indicator will glow BLUE.
- Previously paired speaker will pair automatically after they are powered on.
- Press and hold the [Multi-Function] button again for 3 seconds to turn off the speaker.
- Note: The speaker will automatically shut off after 5 minutes when it is disconnected.
Play & Calling

Press the [Multi-Function] button to play/pause your audio.

Press the [+] button to skip to next track;
Press and hold the [+] button to increase volume. -
Press the [-] button to skip to previous track;
Press and hold the [-] button to decrease volume. -
When there is an incoming phone call, press the [Multi-Function] button once to answer an incoming phone call, and again to end a phone call.

Press twice on the [Multi-Function] button to redial the last dialed number.
Reset the Speaker
- If you have trouble pairing your speaker, forget the pairing name “Bamboo RGB” from the list of the connected device and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Follow the instructions under “Pair & Connect with a New Device” to pair with the speaker again.
Wireless Charging Instructions
- Plug one end of the included charging cable into the USB-C charging port on bottom of the speaker.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a USB-C power source of at least 2A output, such as the USB-C port on a computer or into a certified USB-C adapter (not included), and plug into a wall socket.
- The Wireless Charging LED indicator will glow RED to indicate the wireless charger is in standby mode and ready to begin charge.
- Place a wireless charging enabled mobile device on the wireless charging surface, the mobile device will begin to charge automatically.
- The Wireless Charging LED indicator will glow GREEN to indicate that your device is charging properly.
- If your device does not begin to charge, try repositioning your device on the wireless charging surface. You may need to remove the case of your device to charge properly.
- Remove your device from the wireless charging surface when it is fully charged.
Note
- If the Wireless Charging LED indicator is flashing GREEN when the wireless charger is in use, either the device is NOT wireless charging enabled, or there is an object between the device and charging pad interfering with the charging process.
- To achieve a better wireless charging experience, minimum 5V/2A power source is required.
Note on Safety Features
The wireless charging will automatically power OFF when the wireless charging
surface is overheated, or when a metal object, such as a coin, is placed on
the wireless charging surface. The Wireless Charging LED indicator will flash
GREEN to warn of automatic shutoff.
