DOOR LEAF

Sections comprising section-joints, PU foam finger pinch protection with foam- encased reinforcement profile, panel thickness 42 mm, section joins thermally isolated with finger trap protection, end-caps made from galvanised steel plate. Finished surface, inside Grey white, sim. RAL 9002. Shop painted special solid colours are available similar to RAL colours, except preadolescent, light, metallic colours.

Note: Dark surfaces and direct sunlight can cause the panels to bend. This is taken into account in the door construction by means of internally mounted reinforcement profiles for doors from 4 m width. However, even with reinforcement profile(s), deflection cannot be completely prevented, which may impair the function. Additional reinforcement profiles are optionally available.

• Hardware parts/Tracks: Frames made from galvanised sheet steel. Ball-bearing drives.
• Coverings : A range of side and lintel coverings are available for order.

• Locking and operation: Manual doors can be ordered with outside handle. Automatic doors with shaft drive
  frequency 400 without mechanical locking.

Extra layer of protective transparent coating is available for all special colours except DB703 and all N-FM colours. Smooth panels with RAL9005 and DB703 are only available in structured paint texture.

Motif window frames made from PUR, painted to match door colour. Double glazed acrylic window cassette or perforated aluminium ventilated sheet. Coated in colour tone similar to standard colour, wood colour tones in elaborate two- tone coating. Overall frame dimension W x H = 450 x 263 mm.

LIGHT BAND SECTIONS FOR Normality OVERHEAD SECTIONAL DOORS

The height of the continuous light band sections always corresponds to the height of the panel sections. Continuous
light band are made of aluminium profiles with finger pinch protection, and in some case integrated reinforcement profile.
Various acrylic glass fillings can be selected, profiles and glazing beads anodised E6/EV1. Glazing double-pane 27 mm clear. Bottom and top section cannot be glazed. For door width 5,000 mm or bigger, only one light band is possible. Max door width is 6,000 mm.

GARAGE DOOR OPERATORS PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

DOOR OPERATOR – FREQUENT 400 VOLT

• Drive in traditional industrial design, which acts on the balance shaft.
• The motor can be positioned on the left or right

Most of the accessories used for the Magic operators can also be used in combination with the industrial operator. One exception: External emergency release of the drive is not possible for gates with industrial drives. Therefore, gates with industrial operators are not suitable for installation in garages without a separate entrance.

The door operator consists of:

• Motor
• Control unit
• 7m cable motor/control
• Optosensor unit
• Mains cable with 400V plug
• Mounting bracket
