SETUP

  1. Place the warmer underneath the fitted sheet at the base of the bed. Ensure the warmer is taught and flat against the mattress before replacing the fitted sheet. Also, make sure the plug port is facing upwards and is positioned at the corner of the bed.

  2. Connect the cord plug into the plug port at the corner of the warmer until the plastic hinges “click” into place.

  3. Run the cord down to the floor and under the bed. Do not tangle, crease or pinch the cord between the mattress and box spring.

  4. Plug into a 110-120 volt wall outlet.

  5. Insert 3 AAA alkaline or rechargeable batteries into the back panel of the remote control.

Important Setup Steps:

  1. Ensure the warmer does not bunch up when replacing the fitted sheet or during use. Pull the fitted sheet down firmly to help secure the warmer in place.
  2. When in use, ensure the temperature remains stable.
  3. If the heat becomes too intense, lower the temperature and check the warmer to see if there are any irregularities with the construction or wiring.

Caution: Never leave the warmer on and unattended due to the toxic nature of flame retardant material and/or sprays, these have been excluded from this product to ensure the
safety of our customers. As a result, this product has a recommended lifespan of 2.5 years. With proper care, it is possible to extend that period but you should do so at your own risk.

Using Your SpotWarm Controllers:

  1. To turn on the SpotWarm: Press the middle of the corded controller or the remote control. The indicator light on both the corded controller and the remote will glow a different color depending on which temperature is set. The warmer will take a few minutes to heat up.

  2. To change the heat setting, tap the controller again and the color will change to the next temperature. 15 seconds after selecting a setting, the corded controller will enter
standby mode and the light will dim, while the remote control light will shut off to conserve power. (see below chart for temperature and timer settings associated with the illuminated color.)
CAUTION: ALWAYS turn the SpotWarm “OFF” and disconnect the power cord from the outlet when not in use.

  3. To turn the warmer OFF: Touch the middle of the controller to cycle through the different settings until the indicator light turns white.
Remote Control Low Power Warning: The light will continuously blink for 5 seconds and power off until the batteries are replaced by new ones. During low power, the remote will not send signals to the controller.
If your remote and cord controller become unpaired: Repair by holding down the buttons on both controllers simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear a beep.
