Product Information
The FHD 1080P WEBCAM Model ZC-D7 is a high-definition webcam that allows users to capture video and audio with excellent quality. It is compatible with both MacOS and Windows operating systems. The webcam features a built-in microphone for clear voice recording and supports various software applications such as FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, ZOOM, WhatsApp, Skype, and OBS for Mac.

Product Usage Instructions
System Setting for MacOS If you encounter any problems listed below, please follow the steps to check the system and software settings:

Problem 1: The software could not connect with the VORSCH webcam.
Solution

1. Open System Preferences.
2. Select Security & Privacy from System Preferences.
3. Find the Camera option and grant access to the software. Do the same for the Microphone.

Problem 2: Cannot play the voice or would like to modify the balance of voice?

Solution

1. Open System Preferences.
2. Select Sound from System Preferences.
3. Find the Output option and choose the speakers you are using. Modify the balance as desired.

Problem 3: Voice Volume too low?

Solution

1. Open System Preferences.
2. Select Sound from System Preferences.
3. Find the Input option and choose the Camera or Macbook as needed. Adjust the input and output volume.

Problem 4: Specific Software Connection Problem.

Solution

1. FaceTime: Find the specific Camera option from the Video menu bar and choose it.
2. Microsoft Teams: Find the Setting icon, switch to our specific Camera, and adjust the microphone as needed.
3. ZOOM: Find the Audio and Video options from the left corner and switch to our specific camera. For more detailed settings, find Video Setting.
4. WhatsApp: Open a chat window, click …, and switch to the specific webcam.
5. Skype: Find the Camera Option and switch to our specific camera. For more settings, click the User Portrait icon and find Settings. Modify Audio & Video settings as needed.
6. OBS for Mac: Find Sources from the bottom, click + to add Audio Input Capture and Video Capture Devices, and select our webcam. Adjust settings as desired.

Note: Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on using specific software applications with the webcam.

HOW TO SOLVE

Problem 1
The software could not connect with the VORSCH webcam. Please Check System Privacy first.

1. Please Find “System Preferences”.
2. Please Find “Security & Privacy” from System Preference.
3. Find the “Camera” and Open access for the software. Same as “Microphone”

Problem 2
Cannot play the voice or would like to modify the balance of voice?

1. Please Find “System Preferences”.
2. Please Find “Sound” from System Preferences.
3. Find “Output” from Sound Choose the Speakers you used, and Modify “Balance” as you wish.

Problem 3
Is the voice Volume too low?

1. Please Find “System Preferences”.
2. Please Find “Sound” from System Preferences.
3. find the “Input” of Sound, Choose the “Camera” or “Macbook” as you needed. And modify the Input and Output Volume.

Problem 4
Specific Software Connection Problem.

1. Please Find the specific Camera from “Video” of the Menu Bar and choose.

Microsoft Teams
Find the Setting icon(①), Switch the Camera to our specific Camera(③), and Switch the Microphone as you needed (②).

ZOOM

1. Find the “Audio” and “Video” from the left corner and switch our specific camera. For more detailed Settings, Find “ Video Setting…” in Step 2.
2. For More detailed settings, Find “Video” or “Audio” to change the option as you needed.

WhatsApp

1. Open a chat window and Find
2. Click “…” and Switch the specific webcam.

Skype

1. Find the Camera Option as listed and Switch to our specific camera.
2. For More settings, Click the “User Portrait icon” and Find “ Setting”.
3. Find “Audio&Video” and modify.

OBS for Mac

1. Find “Sources” from the bottom and click “+” of Sources.
2. After clicking “+”, Find “Audio Input Capture” and “Video Capture Devices” and add our webcam.
3. After clicking “+”, Find “Audio Input Capture” and “Video Capture Devices” and add our webcam in.
