In humid environments (seaside, water, etc.), it is recommended to equip the power station with a moisture-proof bag. If water is found inside the product, do not use/start it again. Please take countermeasures to prevent electric shock before touching the power station. Put it in a safe and waterproof open area and contact customer service immediately.
-
It is not recommended to use the power station to supply power for safety-related emergency medical equipment,
including but not limited to: medical grade breathing machine (hospital version CPAP: Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), artificial lung (ECMO, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation). It can be used to supply power for home version CPAP at home and does not require continuous professional monitoring. Follow your doctor’s advice and consult the manufacturer for any restrictions on the use of the device. For general medical equipment, pay attention to the power condition to ensure that power does not run out. -
Power supplies will inevitably generate electromagnetic fields when in use, which may affect the implantable medical devices or normal operation of personal medical devices, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aides, defibrillators, etc. If any of these medical devices are used, first consult the manufacturer about the restrictions on the use to ensure the power station is operating at a safe distance from implanted medical devices.
-
When the power supply is connected to the refrigerator load, in the conventional mode, the power fluctuation property of the refrigerator may cause the power supply to shut down automatically. It is recommended that for refrigerators storing medicines, vaccines or other high-value items, when connecting to the power supply product, please long press and hold the light button to turn on “Never Off” state to ensure continuous power supply. The user should pay attention to the status of the power supply power loss.
-
During the push-pull movement of this product, do not place other items on this product.

Charging
AC Charging
Quick charging technology is designed for AC charging. You can control the
charging power via the AC charging speed switch. The slow charge mode is on by
default when the power station is turned on and can be switched to quick
charge mode by pressing the button. If the current is continuously higher than
20A, the charging input port will start the self-protection function and the
charging overload protection switch will automatically trip. Press the charge
overload protection switch to restore charging after confirming no fault.
Quick charge and slow charge can be switched by the button.
Use standard AC charging cable for fast charging. AC charging cable should plug directly into a 12A (or above) wall mounted socket. We take no responsibilities for any damage caused by using unofficial AC charging cable and other failures to follow instructions.
PV Charging
Users can attach dual solar panels to charge the power station.
- Please follow the solar panels’ user documentation.
- Before connecting the solar panel(s), check whether its output voltage is within power station specifications to avoid damage to power station.
- The interface of this power station is DC7909. If an adapter cable from MC4 to DC7909 is needed, one will need to be purchased separately.
Constant power
This product has the function of constant power output, which is closed by default. Short press the LCD display button and power button at the same time to enter the setting parameter interface, and short press the LCD display button to cycle through the pages. Page 0 can control the switch of constant power mode. Entering into this page, displaying OFF means constant power off state, and displaying On means constant power on state. In this page, short press the power button to enter the parameter modification mode, at this time, the power percentage icon is flashing, in the parameter modification mode, short press the LCD key to set the constant power mode on or off, short press the power button again to exit the parameter modification mode and confirm the modification of the parameter. In the setting interface, short press LCD display key to turn page to page 1, you can set the restoration of factory settings, the default display in the page is 0. Short press power button to enter the parameter modification mode, by short press LCD display key to select whether factory settings are needed, short press power button when the display value is 1, exit the parameter modification mode and perform the operation of restoring the factory settings, and the restoration of the factory settings jumps to 0. When the operation is completed, press the LCD display button and power button at the same time to exit the setting parameter interface.
Constant power output function is more suitable for heater and motor instead of all electrical equipment. It is not suitable for some electrical appliances with voltage protection (such as precision instruments). Constant power output function application is subject to actual testing
UPS Function
When the power station is connected to the mains power grid through the AC
charging cable, it can use the AC output port to function as a UPS. The power
station will be in bypass mode (AC power from the grid, not the battery). If
the grid suddenly loses power, the power station will automatically switch to
inverter/battery mode within 14 ms. This function is a non-professional UPS
function and does not support OmS switching. Do not connect it to devices that
require a high output uninterrupted power supply, such as data servers and
workstations, or use it after multiple tests to confirm whether it is
compatible. It is recommended to use only one device during use, and do not
use multiple devices at the same time to avoid overload protection.
Anti-Slip Gloves
Two anti-slip gloves are wrapped in the front and rear handles to prevent
mishandling the power station.
Troubleshooting
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What kind of battery is used?
A. Lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4).
Q. What equipment can be connected to the AC output ports?
A. The AC output has a high power rating and maximum power, which enables
it to supply power to most household appliances. Check the equipment power
prior to connecting to make sure the power of all connected equipment is lower
than the power station’s rated power.
Q. How can I tell how much power supply time is remaining?
A. The power supply time displays in the LCD panel for estimation of
equipment with stable power consumption.
Q. How do I know the power station is charging?
A. When charging, the power station’s LCD will display the remaining
charging time. The SOC will blink and input power
will display.
Q. How do I clean the power station?
A. Clean the unit with a dry, soft and clean cloth or tissue.
Q. How do I store the power station?
A. Turn it off and keep it in a dry and ventilated place. Do not expose
the power station near water. For long-term storage, charge and discharge
every 3 months (i.e. discharge to 0%, charge to 100%, then discharge to
48%-52%.

Maintenance
- It is recommended to use or store the power station between 68~86°F (20~30°C) ambient temperature. Keep the power station away from water, heaters and metal parts.
- For long-term storage, charge and discharge every 3 months (i.e. discharge to 0%, charge to 100%, then discharge to 48%-52%.
- For safety, do not store power station with temperature above 113°F (45°C) or below 14°F (-10°C).
- If the capacity is lower than 1%, charge to 60%. Long-term storage with serious power shortage will cause irreversible damage to the battery cell and shorten the service life of the product.
- If the capacity is seriously insufficient and idle time is too long, the product will enter deep sleep mode, and the product can only be used after being charged.
- After charging or discharging this product, you must wait for more than 30 minutes before using it.
