- Read the following assembly instructions and the safety information carefully.
- Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Store these assembly instructions carefully. When passing the product on to third parties, please also hand over all accompanying documents.

Intended use
The product has been designed for private use as a welding table. Other uses
or modifications to the product are not permitted. The manufacturer assumes no
liability for damage that results from misuse. The product is not intended for
commercial use.

Safety instructions
Danger to life!
Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. Risk of
suffocation.
Risk of injury!
- Do not make any modifications to the product!
- Use the product exclusively for its intended use.
- Before using the product check for correct stability.
- Stand the product on an even surface.
- Use the parking brakes to safeguard against the product inadvertently rolling away.
- Apply the parking brakes when the product is parked.
- Safeguard any work pieces that are lying on top whenever you move the product.
- For your own safety always wear hearing protection, protective glasses, respiratory protection and safety gloves when you are working with the product.
- The product is not for climbing on or playing with! Make sure that people, especially children, do not pull themselves up on the product or lean against it. The product may tip over.
- Do not use the product as a ladder or on which to help you stand.
- Never stand or sit on the product.
- Observe the product’s maximum load. Exceeding the weight limit can lead to damage to the product and/or injuries.
- Warning! With protruding work pieces there is a risk of them tipping over.
- Use the product only on straight surfaces and never on sloping ground/floors. The product and any work pieces that may be lying on it can tip over.
- Use the product only on dry surfaces. Damp or greasy surfaces may cause the product to slip and slide and fall over.
- Store the product in a dry, closed room out of the reach of children.
- All equipment specifically for welding must be appropriate to the welding process, the use and the design of the end product.
Fire hazard!
- Have a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit ready so as to be prepared in case of an accident or fire.
- Combustible parts in the vicinity of the workplace should be removed whenever possible or at least be given adequate protection.
- The welding location should be under constant supervision during breaks.
Avoiding material damage!
- Always release the parking brakes before trying to move the product.
- Check the product for damage and wear before each use. Check regularly that all screw connections are tight! The product may be used only when in good working order and condition
Assembly
To assemble the product you need a suitable screwdriver and a spanner (not
included in delivery).
Note : Do not tighten the screws too much at first for easier assembly.

Assemble the product as shown in fig. B on a flat and even surface (Warning: Assembling the product on a hard surface can lead to scratching both the product and the floor!).
Note : Be sure to assemble the individual parts correctly. -
Tighten all screws.

Place the product on a level and non-slip surface.
Setting/releasing the parking brake (fig. C)
The product has four castors with a parking brake (11) to prevent it from
rolling away. Release the parking brake whenever you want to move the product.
- Press the brake lever (11a) down to block the parking brake.
- Push the brake lever up to release the parking brake.
Using welding magnets (fig. D)
Use the welding magnets (21-24) to position the work pieces at a particular
angle and hold them in place.
Storage, cleaning

When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature. Clean the product thoroughly each time after using it. To do so, use a brush or a slightly damp cloth. Regular care and maintenance of the product guarantee not only safe but also long-term use of this product. Inspect the product regularly for rust and corrosion. Treat the spots you have discovered with an oilcloth and consult a professional.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh cleaning agents. -
Notes on the guarantee and service handling

The product was produced with great care and under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private end customers a three-year guarantee on this product from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in accordance with the following provisions. The guarantee is only valid for material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and that are thus considered wear parts (e.g. batteries) and it does not cover fragile parts such as switches or parts that are made of glass. Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the product has been used incorrectly, improperly, or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the provisions in the instructions for use were not observed, unless the end customer proves that a material or manufacturing defect exists that was not caused by one of the aforementioned circumstances.

Claims under the guarantee can only be made within the guarantee period by presenting the original sales receipt. Please therefore keep the original sales receipt. The guarantee period is not extended by any repairs carried out under the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or as a gesture of goodwill. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
If you wish to make a claim please first contact the service hotline mentioned below or contact us by e-mail. If there is a guarantee case, then the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge to you or the purchase price will be refunded, depending on our choice. There are no further rights from the guarantee.
Your legal rights, in particular guarantee claims against the respective seller, are not limited by this guarantee.
