LINDINSPECT® is a browser-based user interface for Lindinvent’s system. LINDINSPECT® makes operational data from for climate control installations and other equipment in the property available for visualization, analysis and control in a single interface. The tool is adapted to a specific property by choosing how program modules in the LINDINTELL server software are to be presented.
LINDINTELL is described in a separate product description.
Function
Via LINDINSPECT®, the authorized user has access to a variety of key data and functions. The climate situation and the degree of use in the property can be monitored.
Registered and calculated values are presented in real time. Operating data is logged and can be presented directly in graphs that the user can customize.
LINDINSPECT® enables:
- that the operating situation in facilities becomes available for monitoring and control from a user-friendly and visually guiding web interface.
- that real estate data can be visualized and made available i diagram form or as individual values on an overview screen.
- that the room layout in the property is made available through one or more plan views, which allows users to orient themselves and monitor the situation on a whole floor.
- that trends from logged values can be presented in graphs and diagrams for analysis and follow-up.
- that alarms and service needs around the property’s installations can be administered in one and the same system.

The menu to the left shows which functions LINDINSPECT® supports in the current property. The user can search for property data via the main menu or directly via linked diagrams on the home page.
Plan views
In a plan view, property managers can easily view property data via node signs showing where control equipment and sensors are located. Via the node sign, windows can be activated for presentation and input of values from the individual node. Different graphic symbols and colors are used to orient the user and to indicate differences in state. The color of individual node signs is changed by the system after a color scale to show how nodes are distributed from highest to lowest value. Presence can be indicated via a figure in the node sign.
