Product Overview

Product Installation

1. Place the stand fan on a flat and stable surface.

2. Insert the fan’s pole into the base and secure it in

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Installation Procedures
NOTE Before installation, first remove 7-shape screws from the pole, remove the Spinner and Plastic nut from the motor shaft, and then install. 1 Chassis installation
Align the lower pole and the chassis, and then fasten securely with chassis screws.

EN 2.1 Pull out and fix the internal pole (column) after adjusting the height by way of tightening or loosening the knob.
2.2 Install and fix the machine body by way of tightening or loosening tighten knob.

3 Installation of Rear Grill Align the holes of rear grill with the protruded points on the motor housing.

4 Installation of Plastic Nut Screw clockwise the plastic nut tightly to fasten the rear grill.

5 Blade installation After the installation of blade, rotate the blade with your finger to make sure the blade works normally.

6 Spinner installation Screw counterclockwise the spinner tightly, and then install the front grill.

7 Installation of Front Grill
7.1 From top to bottom align the clips of the front grill with the uppermost mesh of the rear grill. After the alignment is correct, look from back to front according to the diagram.

7.2 Press the grills in order with both hands. A sound of “click” will be heard when installed right.

Function description
° The key is for switching on the fan. The fan will be started at low speed. Press the key again, it will be switched off.
° When the TIMER key is touched repeatedly , the time to be set for air delivery increased step by stepFor instance, if the fan operation is required to be set for 7hours, this key must be touched repeatedly so that the pilot lamps for 1, 2 and 4 hours lighten together.
° It means that the set time is 1+2+4=7hours. The time setting indicated by the pilot lamp will increase gradually by a unit of 1hour. Don’t press the TIMER key when the fan is required to operate continuously. At the moment all pilot lamps don’t light.
° In power-on state, press this Swing key to turn on/off swing.
° Press the wind speed key to select set the wind speed in the following sequence:level 1 ¹ level 2 ¹ level 3¹ Nature Wind.

Remote Controller
· The remote control should be normally used within 5 meters of the front of the product and 30 degrees of the deviation angle.
· The battery contains many heavy metals, acids and bases, etc., which may threaten human’s health; Waste batteries should be recycled separately.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The fan requires minimal maintenance. Do not try to fix it by yourself. Refer it to qualified service personnel if service is needed. 1. Before cleaning and assembling, unplug the fan power. 2. To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor, keep vents at the rear of the motor free
of dust. Do not disassemble the fan to remove dust. Please wipe the exterior parts with a soft cloth soaking and a mild detergent. 3. Do not use any abrasive detergent or solvents to avoid scratching the surface. 4. Do not use any of the following as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner. 5. Do not allow water or any other liquid entering into the motor housing or interior parts. 6. Be sure to unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning. 7. Plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft cloth moisten with mild soap.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Operation of your appliance can lead to errors and malfunctions. The following tables contain possible causes and notes for resolving an error message or malfunction. Additional Conventional Warranty Conditions

The products imported by Midea Italia s.r.l. (hereinafter “Midea”) and marked with the trademark. “Midea” are covered by the legal warranty for lack of conformity, which is provided for in Articles – of the Consumer Code and for which the seller is liable in respect of goods sold in its sales outlets. For the period of two years from the time of purchase, the consumer may at any time benefit from the legal guarantee covering conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, and provided that the conformity defect is reported to the seller within two months from the date of discovery of the defect. Additional conventional warranty conditions This document contains the warranty conditions recognized by Midea Italia, s.r.I. (hereinafter “Midea”) with reference to the Products marketed and installed in
the Territory and accompanied by the CWC.These conventional warranty conditions respect the rights recognized to the consumer of D.Lgs.n./ and the following amendments and additions (hereinafter, the “Consumer Code”) and by Articles bis et seq. of the Italian Civil Code and, in any case, do not limit, exclude or prejudice the consumer’s right to benefit from the guarantee of conformity for which the seller is responsible. The Conventional Warranty offered by Midea (hereinafter the “Conventional Warranty”) is effective and applicable only in respect of and in favour of the purchasers of the Products having the characteristics and quality of consumers, as defined and established by the Consumer Code (hereinafter the “Consumers”). The tax document of purchase must be shown at the time of the request for intervention and to the personnel of the service center at the time of the repair intervention, . The labels affixed to the Product and indicating the model and characteristics of the equipment, as well as the serial numbers of the Product itself must be intact, not altered or made illegible. . the Product shall be installed by a professional installer having all licenses and certifications required by law, and shall be installed and used in compliance with all regulations in force in the Territory of installation and in accordance with the provisions of the installation and use manuals enclosed with the Product itself Midea is not responsible for any loss of this certificate and is not required to issue duplicates. The Conventional Warranty, when effective, consists of the repair or replacement free of charge of Product components with defects or manufacturing faults. Midea may arrange for the replacement of the Product with a new one, or in the event of the unavailability of such Product, with another equivalent. The replacement of the Product does not modify or extend the validity of the Conventional Warranty, which always starts from the date of purchase of the original Product. Warranty services are provided by Midea through a network of Technical Assistance Centres (hereinafter referred to as the “TAC”)authorised by Midea. The validity of the warranty is subject to the verification of the existence of defects or defects of the components constituting the Product,carried out by an authorised TAC. After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all costs related to spare parts and labor necessary for the repair of the Product.

Exclusions By way of example but not limited to, some cases of ineffectiveness and exclusion of the coverage of the Conventional Warranty are listed: a. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not cover routine maintenance and periodic inspections such as; filter cleaning, filter replacement, heat
exchanger cleaning and other activities to check and set the Product or to adjust or modify plugs or cables. b. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not provide cover in the event that it is established that periodic maintenance has not been carried out or has
been carried out in an irregular manner, in accordance with the prescriptions and indications set out in the Product’s instruction booklet and user manual. c. The contractual warranty is ineffective and does not provide cover if the Product is used for non-domestic purposes, in any event, if it is used in the course of a
commercial and/or entrepreneurial and/or professional activity. d. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage in the event of loss of parts,accessories and components of the Product. e. The conventional warranty does not cover direct damage and faults resulting from the use of the Product in a manner not specified in the instruction manual and
the Product’s user manual and in any case outside the Product’s intended ratings, or from sudden changes in the mains voltage to which the Product is connected, as well as faults caused by liquid infiltration, fire, inductive/electrostatic discharges or discharges caused by lightning, surges or other phenomena external to the Product. f. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for direct or indirect damage caused by improper or negligent use of the Product or in the event of installation or storage of the Product outside the environmental conditions provided for its correct functioning, as indicated in the user manual that accompanies the Product. g. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for defects arising from the imperfect installation of the Product or, in any case, when the Product has not been installed by a professional installer equipped with all the licenses and legal certifications. h. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage in case of use of the Product that does not comply with what is indicated in the user manual that accompanies the Product. i. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for damage resulting from leaks and spills of water or other liquids attributable to defects in the constituent components of the product. j. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for direct or indirect damage caused by negligence, weather events, falling materials, accumulation of ice in the units of the Product, accumulation of impurities or residues in the connecting pipes and connection of the Product, contact of the Product with liquids or moisture. k. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for direct or indirect damage caused by tampering by unauthorized personnel and by the use of components, spare parts or consumables not approved by Midea as suitable. l. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not provide coverage for damage resulting from the transport and handling of the Product, even if such damage is reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. m. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not cover all parts subject to wear and tear as a result of use, such as batteries, filters, seals, buttons, doors and doors, knobs, lamps, handles, plastic parts, accessories and similar components that are not affected by faults or manufacturing defects found in the first months from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product. n. The Conventional Warranty is ineffective and does not offer coverage for damage or compensation to food, clothing and the like inserted in the product, following its malfunction or failure. o. INSTALLATION
Installationsschritte
HINWEIS Entfernen Sie zunächst die L-förmigen Schrauben von der Stange sowie die Drehmutter und die Kunststoffmutter, bevor Sie mit der Installation beginnen. 1 Sockel installieren
Richten Sie die untere Stange und den Sockel miteinander aus und verbinden Sie beide Teile mit den Schrauben des Sockels.

7 Vorderes Schutzgitter installieren
7.1 Richten Sie die Clips des vorderen Gitters von oben nach unten beginnend mit der obersten Strebe des hinteren Gitters aus. Verriegeln Sie die Clips nach der korrekten Ausrichtung von hinten nach vorn; siehe Abbildung.

Funktion
· Mit dieser Taste schalten Sie das Gerät ein. Das Gerät startet mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit. Durch erneutes Drücken schalten Sie das Gerät wieder aus.
· Mit jedem Drücken der TIMER-Taste erhöht sich die Betriebsdauer schrittweise. Wenn das Gerät zum Beispiel 7 Stunden lang laufen soll, drücken Sie die Taste so oft, bis die Anzeigen 1, 2 und 4 gleichzeitig leuchten.
· Die Betriebsdauer beträgt dann 1+2+4=7 Stunden. Die von den Anzeigelampen angedeutete Betriebsdauer erhöht sich mit jedem Drücken um jeweils 1 Stunde. Drücken Sie die TIMER-Taste nicht, falls das Gerät kontinuierlich laufen soll. In solch einem Fall leuchtet keine der Timer-Anzeigen.

OSZILLATION
WINDGESCHWINDIGKEIT

· Drücken Sie diese Taste während des Betriebs, um die Oszillation ein-/ auszuschalten.
· Mit dieser Taste wählen Sie die Windgeschwindigkeit wie folgt aus: Stufe 1 ¹ Stufe 2 ¹ Stufe 3¹ Natürlicher Wind.

Fernbedienung
· Die Fernbedienung hat eine Reichweite von 5 Metern zur Vorderseite des Geräts sowie einen Winkelbereich von 30 Grad.
· Die Batterie enthält Schwermetalle, Säuren, Basen, usw., die gesundheitsschädlich sind. Die Batterie muss daher getrennt vom Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Das Gerät muss nur geringfügig gewartet werden. Versuchen Sie nicht, es selbständig zu reparieren. Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von qualifizierten Fachkräften durchführen. 1. Trennen Sie vor der Reinigung und Demontage das Gerät vom Netzstrom. 2. Um eine adäquate Luftzirkulation um den Motor herum zu gewährleisten, müssen die
Belüftungsöffnungen an der Rückseite des Motors immer sauber sein. Zum Entfernen von Staub darf das Gerät nicht demontiert werden. Wischen Sie die äußeren Oberflächen mit einem weichen Lappen, den Sie mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel leicht anfeuchten, ab. 3. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel oder Lösungsmittel, da diese die Oberfläche zerkratzen würden. 4. Verwenden Sie keine der folgenden Reinigungsmittel: Benzol, Verdünner. 5. Achten Sie darauf, dass weder Wasser noch andere Flüssigkeiten in das Motorgehäuse oder die inneren Teile eindringen. 6. Trennen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung vom Netzstrom. 7. Reinigen Sie Kunststoffteile mit einem weichen Lappen, den Sie mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel leicht anfeuchten. Entfernen Sie Rückstände mit einem trockenen Lappen.

NOTA Prima dell’installazione, rimuovere prima le viti a di 7 dall’asta, rimuovere il Girante e il Dado di Plastica dall’albero motore, quindi installare. 1 Installazione del Telaio
Allineare l’asta inferiore e il telaio, quindi fissarli saldamente con le viti del telaio.

2.1 Estrarre e fissare l’asta interna (colonna) dopo aver regolato l’altezza serrando o allentando la manopola.
2.2 Installare e fissare il corpo della macchina serrando o allentando la manopola di serraggio.

7.1 Allineare dall’alto verso il basso le clip della griglia anteriore con la maglia più alta della griglia posteriore. Dopo che l’allineamento è corretto, guarda da dietro in avanti secondo il diagramma.

Description des Fonctions
· Il tasto è per accendere il ventilatore. La ventola verrà avviata a bassa velocità. Premere nuovamente il tasto e si spegnerà.
· Quando si preme ripetutamente il tasto TIMER, il tempo da impostare per l’erogazione dell’aria aumenta gradualmente. Ad esempio, se il funzionamento della ventola deve essere impostato per 7 ore, questo tasto deve essere premuto ripetutamente in modo che le spie luminose per 1, 2 e 4 ore si accendano insieme.
· Questo indica che il tempo impostato è 1+2+4=7 ore. L’impostazione dell’ora indicata dalla spia aumenterà gradualmente di un’unità di 1 ora. Non premere il tasto TIMER quando la ventola deve funzionare continuamente.

Telecomando
· Il telecomando dovrebbe essere usato normalmente entro 5 metri dalla parte anteriore del prodotto e a 30 gradi dell’angolo di deviazione.
· La batteria contiene molti metalli pesanti, acidi e sostanze basiche, ecc. che possono compromettere la salute dell’uomo. Le batterie usate devono essere riciclate separatamente.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Il ventilatore richiede scarsa manutenzione. Non cercare di ripararlo da solo. Rivolgersi a personale di assistenza qualificato se è necessario un intervento di manutenzione. 1. Prima della pulizia e del montaggio, il ventilatore deve essere scollegato. 2. Per garantire un’adeguata circolazione dell’aria al motore, mantenere le bocchette di
ventilazione nella parte posteriore del motore libere da polvere. Non smontare il ventilatore per rimuovere la polvere. 3. Pulire le parti esterne con un panno morbido imbevuto di un detergente delicato. 4. Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi abrasivi per evitare di graffiare la superficie. Non utilizzare benzina o diluenti come detergenti: benzina, diluente. 5. Non lasciar entrare acqua o altri liquidi nell’alloggiamento del motore o nelle parti interne. 6. Assicurarsi di scollegare la spina dalla fonte di alimentazione elettrica prima della pulizia. 7. Le parti in plastica devono essere pulite con un panno morbido inumidito con sapone neutro. Rimuovere accuratamente lo strato di sapone con un panno asciutto.

REMARQUE Avant de procéder à l’installation, il faut d’abord retirer la vis en forme de 7 du poteau, retirer la turbine et l’écrou en plastique de l’arbre du moteur, puis procéder à l’installation. 1 Installation du Châssis
Aligner le poteau inférieur et le châssis, puis fixer solidement à l’aide des vis du châssis.

2 Installation du Poteau

2.1 Tirer et fixer le poteau interne (colonne) après avoir réglé la hauteur en serrant ou en desserrant le bouton.
2.2 Installer et fixer l’unité principale de la machine en serrant ou en desserrant la molette de fixation.

5 Installation des Pales Après l’installation des pales, faire tourner les pales avec votre doigt afin de vous assurer qu’elle fonctionne normalement.

7 Installation de la Grille Avant
7.1 De haut en bas, aligner les attaches de la grille avant avec la maille la plus haute de la grille arrière. Une fois l’alignement correct, regarder de l’arrière vers l’avant comme indiqué sur le schéma.

Description des Fonctions
· La touche permet d’allumer le ventilateur. Le ventilateur démarre à faible débit. Appuyer à nouveau sur la touche pour l’éteindre.
· Lorsque l’on touche plusieurs fois la touche TIMER, la durée de fonctionnement du ventilateur augmente progressivement. Par exemple, si le ventilateur doit fonctionner pendant 7 heures, il faut appuyer plusieurs fois sur cette touche pour que les lampes témoins de 1, 2 et 4 heures s’allument en même temps.
· Cela signifie que la durée réglée est de 1+2+4=7 heures. La durée indiquée par la lampe témoin augmentera progressivement par unité d’une heure. Ne pas appuyer sur la touche TIMER lorsque le ventilateur doit fonctionner en continu. A ce moment, toutes les lampes témoins ne s’allument pas.

· Lors de la mise sous tension, appuyer sur cette touche Swing pour activer/désactiver la balançoire.
· Appuyer sur la touche de débit de ventilation pour sélectionner le débit de ventilation dans l’ordre suivant : niveau 1 ¹ niveau 2 ¹ niveau 3¹ Ventilation Naturelle.

Télécommande
· La télécommande doit normalement être utilisée à moins de 5 mètres de l’avant du produit et à 30 degrés de l’angle de déviation.
· La pile contient de nombreux métaux lourds, des acides et des bases, etc., qui peuvent s’avérer néfaste pour la santé humaine. Les piles usagées doivent être recyclées séparément.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Le ventilateur nécessite peu d’entretien. N’essayez pas de le réparer vous- même. Référez-le à un technicien qualifié si une réparation est nécessaire. 1. Avant le nettoyage et l’assemblage, le ventilateur doit êtredébranché. 2. Pour assurer une circulation d’air adéquate vers le moteur, gardez les évents à l’arrière
du moteur exempts de poussière. Ne démontez pas le ventilateur pour enlever la poussière ou les débris. 3. Veuillez essuyer les parties extérieures avec un chiffon doux imbibé d’un détergent doux. 4. N’utilisez pas de détergent abrasif ou de solvants pour éviter de rayer la surface. N’utilisez pas les produits suivants comme nettoyant: essence, diluant, acide. 5. Ne laissez pas l’eau ou tout autre liquide pénétrer dans le carter du moteur ou dans les pièces internes. 6. Assurez-vous de débrancher la source d’alimentation électrique avant de nettoyer. 7. Les pièces en plastique doivent être nettoyées avec un chiffon doux imbibé de savon doux. Retirez soigneusement le film de savon avec un chiffon sec.

DÉPANNAGE

L’utilisation de votre appareil peut entraîner des erreurs et des dysfonctionnements. Les tableaux suivants contiennent les causes possibles et des conseils pour résoudre un message d’erreur ou un dysfonctionnement. Il est recommandé de lire attentivement le tableau ci-dessous afin d’économiser votre temps et l’argent que pourrait vous coûter un appel au centre de service.

Problème
La machine ne fonctionne pas correctement après son installation

Cause
° Le câble d’alimentation n’est pas branché ou présente un mauvais contact.
° L’interrupteur de l’unité principale n’est pas enclenché .

Solution
Vérifier que la fiche soit correctement insérée dans la prise.
Allumer l’interrupteur sur l’unité principale.

La télécommande ne fonctionne pas

° La batterie doit être remplacée.
° La télécommande est utilisée à plus de 5 m du ventilateur.

Remplacez les piles.
Rapprochez la télécommande du ventilateur et assurez-vous qu’elle pointe directement vers le panneau d’affichage.

Conditions Supplémentaires de la Garantie Conventionnelle
Les produits importés par Midea Italia s.r.l. (ci-après “Midea”) et marqués de la marque déposée. “Midea” sont couverts par la garantie légale pour défaut de conformité, prévue par les articles – du Code de la consommation et dont le vendeur est responsable pour les biens vendus dans ses points de vente. Pendant une période de deux ans à compter de l’achat, le consommateur peut à tout moment bénéficier de la garantie légale couvrant les défauts de conformité existant au moment de la délivrance, et à condition que le défaut de conformité soit signalé au vendeur dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date de découverte du défaut. Conditions supplémentaires de la garantie conventionnelle Ce document contient les conditions de garantie reconnues par Midea Italia, s.r.I. (ci-après “Midea”) en ce qui concerne les Produits commercialisés et installés sur le Territoire et accompagnés du CWC. Ces conditions de garantie conventionnelle respectent les droits reconnus au consommateur par le D.Lgs.n. / et les modifications et ajouts suivants (ci-après, le “Code de la consommation”) et par les articles bis et suivants du Code civil italien et, en tout état de cause, ne limitent pas, n’excluent pas et ne portent pas préjudice au droit du consommateur de bénéficier de la garantie de conformité dont le vendeur est responsable. La Garantie conventionnelle offerte par Midea (ci-après la ” Garantie conventionnelle “) n’est effective et applicable qu’à l’égard et en faveur des acheteurs des Produits ayant les caractéristiques et la qualité de consommateurs, tels que définis et établis par le Code de la consommation (ci- après les ” Consommateurs “). La Garantie conventionnelle n’est donc pas effective, est exclue et ne peut être invoquée par les acheteurs des Produits qui ne sont pas des Consommateurs et/ou qui utilisent les Produits dans le cadre de leur activité professionnelle et/ou entrepreneuriale et/ou commerciale. La garantie conventionnelle est valable mois à compter de la date d’achat du Produit. En tout état de cause et quelle que soit la date d’achat du Produit, la Garantie conventionnelle perd toute efficacité et n’est plus valable mois après la date de fabrication du Produit, telle que déterminée par les numéros de série apposés sur le Produit. La garantie conventionnelle ne sera considérée comme effective et valable que si les conditions suivantes sont simultanément et intégralement remplies : . Le Produit est accompagné d’un CWC, remis à l’acheteur au moment de la livraison du produit. Le CWC doit être présenté au moment de la demande de service et au personnel du centre de service au moment de l’entretien. . Un document fiscal approprié est disponible, certifiant : (i) la date d’achat du Produit, (ii) le nom de la société et l’identification correcte du vendeur et, (iii) le type et le modèle du Produit acheté, (iv) la qualité du Consommateur. Le document fiscal d’achat doit être présenté au moment de la demande d’intervention et au personnel du centre de service au moment de l’intervention de réparation, . Les étiquettes apposées sur le Produit et indiquant le modèle et les caractéristiques de l’équipement, ainsi que les numéros de série du Produit lui-même doivent être intacts, non altérés ou rendus illisibles. . Le Produit doit être installé par un installateur professionnel disposant de toutes les licences et certifications requises par la loi, et doit être installé et utilisé conformément à toutes les réglementations en vigueur dans le Territoire d’installation et conformément aux dispositions des manuels d’installation et d’utilisation joints au Produit lui-même. Midea n’est pas responsable de la perte éventuelle de ce certificat et n’est pas tenu d’en délivrer des duplicatas. La Garantie Conventionnelle, lorsqu’elle est effective, consiste en la réparation ou le remplacement gratuit des composants du produit présentant des défauts ou des vices de fabrication. Midea peut organiser le remplacement du produit par un nouveau produit ou, en cas d’indisponibilité de ce produit, par un produit équivalent. Le remplacement du produit ne modifie ni ne prolonge la validité de la garantie conventionnelle, qui commence toujours à la date d’achat du produit d’origine. Les services de garantie sont fournis par Midea par l’intermédiaire d’un réseau de centres d’assistance technique (ci-après dénommés “TAC”) agréés par Midea. La validité de la garantie est subordonnée à la vérification de l’existence de défauts ou de défectuosités des composants constituant le Produit, effectuée par un TAC agréé. Après la période de garantie, le client est responsable de tous les coûts liés aux pièces de rechange et à la main-d’oeuvre nécessaires à la réparation du produit.
Exclusions A titre d’exemple, mais sans s’y limiter, certains cas d’absence d’effet et d’exclusion de la couverture de la Garantie Conventionnelle sont énumérés : a. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas l’entretien de routine et les inspections périodiques telles que le nettoyage du filtre, le remplacement du filtre, le nettoyage de l’échangeur de chaleur et d’autres activités visant à vérifier et à régler le produit ou à ajuster ou modifier les prises ou les câbles. b. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas le cas où il est établi que l’entretien périodique n’a pas été effectué ou a été effectué de manière irrégulière, conformément aux prescriptions et indications figurant dans le livret d’instructions et le manuel d’utilisation du Produit. c. La Garantie Contractuelle est sans effet et ne fournit pas de couverture si le Produit est utilisé à des fins non domestiques, en tout cas s’il est utilisé dans le cadre d’une activité commerciale et/ou entrepreneuriale et/ou professionnelle. d. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et n’offre pas de couverture en cas de perte de pièces, d’accessoires et de composants du produit. e. La Garantie Conventionnelle ne couvre pas les dommages directs et les défauts résultant d’une utilisation du Produit non spécifiée dans le manuel d’instructions et le manuel d’utilisation du Produit et en tout cas en dehors des valeurs nominales prévues du Produit, ou de changements soudains de la tension du réseau auquel le Produit est connecté, ainsi que les défauts causés par l’infiltration de liquides, le feu, les décharges inductives/électrostatiques ou les décharges causées par la foudre, les surtensions ou d’autres phénomènes externes au Produit. f. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les dommages directs ou indirects causés par une utilisation incorrecte ou négligente du produit ou en cas d’installation ou de stockage du produit en dehors des conditions environnementales prévues pour son bon fonctionnement, comme indiqué dans le manuel d’utilisation qui accompagne le produit. g. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les défauts résultant d’une installation imparfaite du Produit ou, en tout état de cause, lorsque le Produit n’a pas été installé par un installateur professionnel disposant de toutes les licences et certifications légales. h. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et n’offre pas de couverture en cas d’utilisation du Produit non conforme à ce qui est indiqué dans le manuel d’utilisation qui accompagne le Produit. i. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les dommages résultant de fuites et de déversements d’eau ou d’autres liquides imputables à des défauts des éléments constitutifs du produit. j. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les dommages directs ou indirects causés par la négligence, les événements météorologiques, la chute de matériaux, l’accumulation de glace dans les unités du Produit, l’accumulation d’impuretés ou de résidus dans les tuyaux de raccordement et la connexion du Produit, le contact du Produit avec des liquides ou de l’humidité. k. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les dommages directs ou indirects causés par des manipulations effectuées par du personnel non agréé et par l’utilisation de composants, de pièces de rechange ou de consommables non approuvés par Midea. l. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les dommages résultant du transport et de la manutention du produit, même si ces dommages sont signalés au transporteur au moment de la livraison. m. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas toutes les pièces soumises à l’usure résultant de l’utilisation, telles que les piles, les filtres, les joints, les boutons, les portes et les portillons, les boutons, les lampes, les poignées, les pièces en plastique, les accessoires et les composants similaires qui ne sont pas affectés par des défauts ou des vices de fabrication constatés au cours des premiers mois à compter de la date d’achat ou de livraison du Produit. n. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et n’offre pas de couverture pour les dommages ou l’indemnisation des aliments, des vêtements et autres insérés dans le produit, à la suite de son dysfonctionnement ou de sa défaillance. o. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et n’offre pas de couverture pour les coûts des outils ou des services nécessaires pour accéder au produit, ou pour le transport des pièces ou des composants du Produit jusqu’au lieu d’installation en cas d’impossibilité d’accès facile garanti à ce dernier. p. La Garantie Conventionnelle est sans effet et ne couvre pas les défauts imputables à l’obsolescence technologique ou à d’autres composants logiciels/matériels fournis par des tiers à l’égard de Midea.
Les clauses contenues dans le présent document peuvent être modifiées exclusivement par Midea ; aucune variation ou modification ne peut être apportée au présent document, sauf indication expresse de Midea.
