LENVII E655 Handsfree Barcode Scanner

Product Information:

The product is a scanning device that can be connected to a computer via USB, RS232, or USB HID. It has various configuration options and can be used in different scanning modes.

Appearance and Accessories:

• Open the package and check the appearance and accessories.

Getting Started:

1. Connect the device to the computer.
2. Scan the USB Keyboard barcode to configure the device to USB keyboard mode.
3. If the application software requires the serial port, scan USB COM to identify it as a USB COM type and install the driver.

Restore Factory Settings:

1. After restoring the factory settings, the scanning device will be in USB Keyboard mode.
2. To restore factory settings, connect to the computer and scan the USB Keyboard barcode.

Connection and Transmission Scheme:

• USB Connection: Connect the device to the computer using a USB cable.
• RS232 Connection: Scan the RS232 barcode to connect to the RS232 interface.
• USB HID Connection: Scan the USB HID barcode to connect in USB HID POS mode.

Decoding Configuration:

• Configure carriage return and line feed.
• Enable automatic detection mode.
• Enable continuous scan mode.
• Adjust the sound volume of successful decoding.

QR Code URL Barcode Configuration:

• Configure the time interval for reading different barcodes.

Function Configuration:

• Configure barcode reversal.
• Configure Alipay invoicing function in GBK or UNICODE format.

Supplementary Barcode:

• To configure barcodes with English characters, scan the corresponding barcode before configuring.
• To switch between supporting inverted and normal codes, scan the inverted code to configure support for both.
• English character switch is available.
• Safe mode configuration is available.

Product Usage Instructions

To set up the product:

1. Open the package and check the appearance and accessories.
2. Connect the device to the computer using the appropriate connection method (USB, RS232, or USB HID).
3. If using USB connection, scan the USB Keyboard barcode to configure the device to USB keyboard mode. If the application software requires the serial port, scan USB COM to identify it as a USB COM type and install the driver.

To restore factory settings:

1. Connect the device to the computer.
2. Scan the USB Keyboard barcode to restore factory settings.

To configure decoding and other settings:

• Scan the corresponding barcodes to configure carriage return, line feed, automatic detection mode, continuous scan mode, sound volume of successful decoding, and QR code URL barcode settings.
• To configure barcode reversal, Alipay invoicing function, supplementary barcodes with English characters, and other functions, scan the corresponding barcodes as mentioned in the user manual.

Getting Started

Connection and transmission scheme

USB connection
Connect to the computer and scan the “USB Keyboard” bar code to configure the device to USB keyboard mode. In the environment where the application software requires the serial port, scan “USB COM” to identify it as a USB COM type and require the user to install the driver. (The default configuration of this barcode is: 115200 baud rate, 8 data bits , no parity bit, 1 stop bit).

RS232 co connection
To connect to the RS232 interface, you need to scan the “RS232” bar code. By default, carriage return and line feed are added. The serial port configuration is: 115200 baud rate, 8 bits of d ata, no parity bit, and 1 stop bit.

Automatic detection mode
In the automatic detection scanning mode, turn on the low illumination to detect whether a barcode passes by, and when a barcode is detected, turn on the illumination lamp to read the barcode.
