Product Usage Instructions
Step 1
Tighten M3 Cap HD until M3 thread insert is pulled into carbon fiber as shown.
Components: Black 3mm washer
Step 2
Assemble components in the following order:
- Black 3mm washer
- THREAD LOCK BLUE
- Black 0.5mm Washer
- M3x4 BH Black 0.5mm Washer
- M3x4 BH
- THREAD LOCK BLUE
Step 3
Push in the steering pivot ensuring they are properly seated. Make sure the boss is positioned on the top of the steering arm. Use M3 cap head and washers to fit thread inserts.
Components: M3 Washer, M3x10 BH, M3x5 BH, THREAD LOCK BLUE
Step 4
Tighten the Bearing Spacer so that the centre track rod pivots freely but with minimal play. You may require more or less shims to clear the servo body.
Components: M3x16 CSK, Black 1mm Washer, Ball Stud Ultra short, M3 Nut, Black 2mm Washer, Black 0.5mm Washer
Step 5 & Step 6
Tighten M3 Cap HD until M3 thread insert is pulled into carbon fiber. Use the turnbuckles from the kit to assemble the optional steering kit. Adjust camber and steering locks after assembly.
Final Assembly
The steering arm is identified by the indents on the side of the steering arm.
