Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the charger to an AC power outlet on a wall, PDU, UPS, or furniture that supports AC device charging.
  2. Connect a smartphone, tablet, handheld gaming console, or other mobile device to the USB-C port on the charger using a compatible charging cable (sold separately).
  3. Place an Apple Watch or earbuds capable of magnetic charging onto the 3W MagSafe charging pad.
  4. When all devices have been charged to the desired battery level, remove the devices and unplug the charger from its power source.

General Safety Instructions

  • Unplug the charger from its power source when not in use.
  • Do not place the charger near heat sources or open flames.
  • Do not operate the charger near water sources or allow liquids to splash the charger and any connected devices during use.
  • Do not attempt to clean the charger with any liquid cleaning product or let it be submerged in water for any period.
  • Avoid using the charging stand in temperatures that exceed the maximum recommended operating temperature of 77°F (25°C).
  • If charging functionality is halted, inconsistent, or nonfunctional, it is possible that one of the safety mechanisms in the charger has been triggered and there may be incompatibility with the device plugged into the charger, or due to the area temperature triggering the overheating protection. Alternatively, unplug the device and check for damage to the device, charging cable, or charger before attempting to use the charger again.

Operating Instructions

Note:
The charger is intended to be used with smartphones, tablets, handheld gaming consoles, and other devices that require 30W of power or less. Attempting to charge a laptop or other device that typically demands greater than 30W of power can result in reduced charging output and overheating of the charger.

  1. Connect the charger to an AC power outlet on a wall, PDU, UPS, or furniture that supports AC device charging, such as a lamp or bedside table.
  2. Connect a smartphone, tablet, handheld gaming console, or other mobile device to the USB-C port on the charger using a compatible charging cable (sold separately).
  3. Place an Apple Watch or earbuds capable of magnetic charging onto the 3W MagSafe charging pad.
  4. When all devices have been charged to the desired battery level, remove the devices and unplug the charger from its power source.
