SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For your safety, this appliance complies with the applicable standards and regulations.

This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Please read this safety advice carefully. The manufacturer shall accept no liability for any use that does not comply with the instructions.

Your vacuum cleaner is an electrical appliance: it should be used in normal operating conditions.

Do not use the appliance if it has been knocked or dropped and there is visible damage to it, or if it fails to function normally. In this case do not open the appliance, but take it to the nearest Service Centre to your home as special tools are required to carry out any repairs safely.

Repairs must only be carried out by specialists using original spare parts: it may be dangerous for users to try to repair appliances themselves. Use only guaranteed original spare parts (filters, batteries, etc.).

To recharge the battery, please use only the detachable power unit (charger) supplied with the appliance.

Please remove the battery before discarding it.

Please ensure that the appliance is unplugged before taking out the battery.

Please ensure the battery is disposed of safely.

The external flexible cable or cord of this transformer cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged or does not work, the transformer shall be scrapped : do not use any detachable power unit (charger) other than the model provided by the manufacturer and contact Customer Support or your nearest approved Service Centre (use of a universal detachable power unit (charger) voids the guarantee).
If the pins of the plug parts are damaged, the plug-in power supply shall be scrapped. -
Never pull the electric cord to disconnect the detachable power unit (charger).

Always switch off the appliance before maintenance or cleaning.

Do not touch the rotating parts without turning off the vacuum cleaner.

Do not vacuum wet surfaces, water or any type of liquids, hot substances, super smooth substances (plaster, cement, ashes, etc.), large sharp items of debris (glass), hazardous products (solvents, abrasives, etc.), aggressive products (acids, cleaning products, etc.), inflammable and explosive products (oil or alcohol based).

Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid; do not spill water on the appliance and do not store it outside.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who lack experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Children should not clean or perform maintenance on the appliance unless they are supervised by a responsible adult. Keep the appliance and its charger out of the reach of children under 8 years old. -
For other countries that are not subject to European regulations: This appliance is not designed to be used by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by people with no prior knowledge or experience, unless they have had supervision or previous instructions relating to the use of the appliance, from a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

Before using the appliance, please collect all the objects on the floor (please refer to the IFU)

To avoid any incident, do not let the robot pass over other appliances electric cords.

Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate of your vacuum cleaner’s charger is the same as your wall outlet voltage. Any connection error could cause irreversible damage to the product and invalidate the guarantee.

The vacuum cleaner should be put on charge after use so that its battery is always fully charged for optimal dust removal performance and battery life.

For prolonged absences (holidays, etc.), the charger should be unplugged from the mains. This may mean some loss of battery life due to self-discharge.

Do not vacuum large items that may clog and damage the air inlet.
According to model: -
Do not use the appliance on deep pile carpet, animal hair or fringes.

Switch to “min” to vacuum thick or delicate carpets and rugs and fragile surfaces.
-
Switch to “TURBO/BOOST” for optimum dust removal performance (depending on the model) on all types of very dirty floors.

Do not use your vacuum without an engine protection filter.
-
Do not wash the dust collector components or the engine protection filter in a dishwasher.
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR LASER PRODUCTS*

LASER: the navigation sensor contains a Class 1 laser in compliance with the EN 60825-1 standard during all operating procedures.
- Never point the laser at another person.
- Do not look at the direct or reflected beam.
- Always turn off the robot vacuum cleaner when carrying out any maintenance tasks.
- Any change or attempt to repair the robot vacuum cleaner or the navigation sensor is strictly prohibited and poses a risk of hazardous exposure to radiation.
BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS*
*(depending on the model)**
- This unit contains batteries (Lithium Ion) which for safety reasons are only accessible by a professional repairer. Do not place a block of rechargeable batteries with no rechargeable batteries. When the battery is no longer able to old the charge, the battery pack (Lithium Ion) should be removed. To replace the batteries, contact your nearest Approved Service Centre.
- The batteries must be handled with care. Do not put the batteries in your mouth. Do not let the batteries come in contact with other metal objects such as rings, nails or screws. Be careful not to provoke internal short-circuits in the batteries by inserting metal objects through their extremities. If a short-circuit does occur, the temperature of the batteries could rise dangerously, causing serious burns or even catching fire. If the batteries are leaking, do not rub your eyes or mucous membranes. Wash your hands and your rinse eyes in clean water. If discomfort persists, contact your doctor.
It is important that you remove the batteries before throwing away your appliance. In order to do this, visit an authorised Service Centre. Do not throw the battery block into the waste bin; take it to the authorised Tefal Service Centre nearest to your home or to a place specially designated to process such type of waste.

Please refer to the instructions supplied with your robot vacuum cleaner and
the instructions supplied with this accessory so that you are aware of the
instructions for use.
Please take note of the following additions to the safety manual for using
this accessory.
TO BE READ BEFORE FIRST USE
- Do not allow the robot vacuum cleaner to move over the power cable of other appliances or other types of cables as this may result in danger.
- Do not use any cleaning solutions on your robot vacuum cleaner; use water only. Fill the tank up to the maximum level mark.
- The cable must be disconnected from the power outlet before performing any maintenance or before cleaning the appliance.
ENVIRONMENT
In accordance with existing regulations, any end-of-life appliances must be
taken to an approved Service Centre which will take responsibility for
managing their disposal.

Your device is designed to work for many years. But when you decide to
replace it, don’t forget to think about how you can help protect the
environment by allowing it to be reused, recycled or recovered in some other
way. Waste electrical and electronic equipment may contain harmful substances
that can cause harm to the environment and human health.
This label indicates that this product must not be disposed of with household
waste. Take it to a collection point, to the distributor when buying a new
equivalent product, or an approved service center for processing.
Before disposing of the device, remove the battery and dispose of it in
accordance with local laws and local arrangements.

Troubleshooting

Please remove and clean it, its connections, its cover and the suction inlet.
2| Side Brush Error.| Open circuit or short circuit of side brush motor.| The
side brush may be dysfunctionnal. Please clean it and start again. If this
errors occurs multiple times, please contact consumer service.
3| Side Brush Stuck.| Side brush is twisted or stuck.| The side brush may be
entrangled with foreign matters. Please clean and restart the robot.
4| Device Tilted.| When starting, the ground inclination is more than 10 °,
please put the machine on a level ground to start.| The robot is tilted during
startup. Please put the robot on the horizontal ground to start.
5| Front Bumper Stuck.| The front bumper is stuck, not loose/the crash bar or
crash sensor is stuck.| The collision bumper is stuck. Please tap repeatedly
to remove foreign matters. If there is no foreign matter, please relocate it
and then start the robot.
6| Dust box missing.| The dust box is not in place and the cleaning mode is
turned on.| Please install the dust box and filter back, and make sure that
filter and dust box are installed in place. Then please restart the robot.
7| Water tank missing.| The water tank is not in place and the cleaning mode
is turned on.| Please install the water tank or turn off wet cleaning mode.
Then please restart the robot.
8| Anti-drop sensor blocked, please wipe.| Cliff sensor blocked.| The robot
may be suspended. Please relocate it and start. If the anti-drop sensor is too
dirty, it may also cause the fault. Please wipe the anti-drop sensor to
eliminate the fault.
9| Main Brush Error.| Roller brush open circuit or short circuit.| The main
brush may be dysfunctionnal. Please clean it and start again. If this error
occursmultiple times, please contact consumer service.
10| Laser Sensor Stuck.| The laser ranging sensor is stuck by foreign matter,
please remove the foreign matter.| The laser distance sensor is stuck by
foreign matter. Please clear it.
11| Suction Motor Error.| Fan motor open circuit or short circuit.| The
suction motor may be dysfunctional. Please contact consumer service.
12| Laser Sensor Error.| Laser sensor open circuit or short circuit.| The
laser sensor may be dysfunctionnal. Please clean it and start again. If this
error occurs multiple times, please contact consumer service.
13| The passage of the dust collector is
blocked, please clean up.| The host receives the pipe blocking signal sent by
the automatic dust collecting station (depending on model).| Please clean the
passage of the dust collector.
14| Water Pump Error.| Water pump open circuit or short circuit.| The water
pump may be dysfunctionnal. Please clean it and start again. If this error
occurs multiple times, please contact consumer service.
15| The machine is trapped. Please put machine on the ground to restart.| The
machine is trapped, please remove the obstacles around the machine.| The robot
may be stuck or trapped. Please clear obstacles around the robot.
16| Laser Cover Stuck.| The upper cover of the laser range sensor is
squeezed.| The laser cover is stuck by foreign matter. Please clear it.
17| Please check the cover or dust bag of
the automatic dust collecting station.| (Depending on model) There is no dust
bag in the station. The dust bag is not correctly installed. The flip cover of
the station is open.| Please replace the dust bag or close the upper cover of
the
automatic dust collecting station.
18| Laser Sensor Blocked.| The laser ranging sensor is blocked, please clear
the blocking. Multi-reflective environments such as mirrors and metallic
surfaces will also affect the normal operation of the laser ranging sensor.
Please move the machine to a new location to start.| The laser cover is stuck
by foreign matter. Please clean it.
19| Water Tank Vibration Motor Error.| The vibration motor inside the water
tank is open or short-circuited.| The vibrating water tank may be
dysfunctionnal. Please clean it and start again. If this error occurs multiple
times, please contact consumer service.
20| Restricted area detected, please move toa new location to start.| The
machine detects that its position is within the restricted area.| The robot is
too close to a restricted area during starting. Please relocate it to start.
21| Battery Error.Please referto the manual or APP.| The battery is open or
shorted or the battery temperature is too high. The charging voltage is more
than 16.9V and the charging current is more than 1A.| Please open the battery
compartment, check whether the battery is properly connected, and try to
restart the robot. The battery temperature is too high or too low. Please wait
for the battery temperature to be normal. If the error persists, please
contact our consumer service.
22| The wheel is suspended, please put the machine on the ground to start.|
Wheel off the ground.| One wheel is suspended, please put the machine on the
ground to start.
23| Front Sensor Error.| 3D Vision (depending on model) module open circuit or
short circuit.| The front navigation sensor may be dysfunctionnal. Please
clean it and start again. If this error occurs multiple times, please contact
consumer service.”
24| Wheel Motor Error.| The front navigation sensor may be dysfunctionnal.
Please clean it and start again. If this error occurs multiple times, please
contact consumer service.”| One wheel may be dysfunctionnal. Please clean it

25| Wheel Stuck.| Wheel jammed, current value too high/main wheel jammed or
twisted.| If any wheel is stuck, please check whether any foreign matter is
stuck in the wheel and clear it.
