Product Usage Instructions
APP Download & Installation
- Quick download APP: Scan the QR Code for a quick download of the APP.
- Add Device: On the APP Home page, click on ‘Add Device’ or the upper right + icon. Choose ‘Add Manually’ and select ‘Security & Video Surveillance Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)’ to add the equipment.
- Connect Equipment: Aim the camera lens at the QR Code about 15-20cm away. When prompted, click on ‘I Heard a Prompt’ to proceed. Wait for the equipment to connect to the server.
- Alternate Download: Search for the ‘TuyaSmart’ app in the App Store (for iOS) or App Market, or scan the provided QR code to download.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure both the phone and router are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for proper functionality of the APP.
- Permissions: When installing TuyaSmart APP, ensure all permissions are allowed and the APP is opened.

APP Download & Installation
- Quick download the APP by scanning the QR Code as follows.
- Search for the ‘TuyaSmart ‘ app in the App Store (for IOS)/App Market, or scan the above QR code to download.
- This camera only supports 2.4G WiFi and does not support 5G WiFi routers please make sure, the phone and router network is a 2.4 G WiFi connection To ensure the normal use of the APP function when installing
- TuyaSmart” APP, please allow and open the APPall permissions!
Add Device
On the APP Home page, click on the “Add Device” or upper right “+”, you can choose ” Add Manually” (figure 1), and select ‘Security&Video Surveillance- Smart Camera(Wi-Fi) “(figure 2) to add equipment
- APP appears QR Code distribution network guide interface, aim the QRCode camera lens about 15cm to 20cm (figure 3) when hearing the Prompt, click on the “I Heard a Prompt”, and enter the next step;
- Equipment began to connect to the server, please wait until the completedistribution network. (figure 4)
