- If the device (Laptop / Chromebook) thickness is more than the gap between the SS racks, adjust SS racks to create enough space for your device.
- A removable and lockable top panel area is used to place power adapters.

- Internal Configurations: CNC-10 comes with two additional racks in addition to the divider base and top rack allowing charging space to be configured to meet device needs.
User Instructions
Operation and User Interface

Using the CNC-10 is very simple; unlock the door and load the device into the cabinet, plug the device it it’s a pre-loaded charging cable.

CNC-10 will charge the device based on the device’s settings. Once charged CNC-10 provides a maintenance charge keeping devices ready for use.

Unlock and lock the cabinet via the control panel. The cabinet is equipped with an electro-magnetic lock that engages while the unit is powered. A mechanical key lock is available for additional security and administrative use.

Press the Lock Icon to lock and unlock the door. The cabinet door will not unlock during UV-C disinfection. Press stop to end UV-C disinfection to activate the lock button

UV-C bulb life is monitored by the bulb life countdown meter. Press the “bulb” icon to see the number of hours the bulb has been in use.
Care and Maintenance
- Keep the cabinet exterior clean with a mild cleaner on a soft cloth for exterior surfaces.
- Interior service should be cleaned via compressed air once a month or as needed.
- Medical-grade stainless steel racks should be wiped down with mild cleaner once a month or as needed.
- UV-C bulb has a bulb life count-down feature on the control panel and bulbs should be replaced around the 10-hour mark.
Bulb Life & Replacement
- For maximum efficiency, change bulbs when one no longer works or more than 6,000 hours
CAUTION: UV Lamps contain mercury – manage per your local disposal laws. A lamp breaking is extremely unlikely lo have any impact on your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove the parts, preferably with gloves. Put them in a sealed plastic bag and take il to your local waste facilities for recycling. Du not use a vacuum cleaner.
Determining Time
The germicidal properties of the (8) 254 nm UV-C bulbs used in the CNC-10™ are documented to provide up to 4-log (99.99%) disinfection with just 2 minutes of exposure time. Additional time settings may be used for other organisms not listed. The following list is provided as a guide of which organisms become deactivated within 2 minutes:

Installation Instructions
Accessing the Charging hub and wiring for your devices
- Access the CNC charging hub by unlocking the top panel, and lift panel using the provided handle.
Fitting Devices Inside Cabinet
SETTING UP DEVICES:
- Step-1: Open the door
- Step-2: If your devices are less than 7.25” wide, place them directly onto the shelves.
- Step-3: If your devices are more than 7.25” wide, remove the thumbscrews from the left/ right sides and pull the center shelf out.
- Step-4: Place devices so that all surfaces are completely exposed.
- Step-5: If needed, place less items inside to avoid crowding.
- Step-6: Begin Disinfection process

Disinfect and charge laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
Overview:
- Support infection control initiatives with ultraviolet (UV-C) light sanitization to encourage more frequent disinfection without the use of corrosive chemicals. CNC-10™ effectively kills 99.9% of infectious pathogens from laptops, tablets, headphones, VR headsets, and other electronic devices.
- The UV-absorbing, transparent window with an electro-magnetic locking system keeps users safe while devices are being disinfected. Disinfection cycle times, from 2 minutes to 20 minutes, can be customized depending on workflow and efficacy needs.

Bulb Life & Replacement

- Step-1: With your unit unplugged from an electrical outlet, open the door.
- Step 2: Remove the thumbscrews from the left side and pull the upper, middle & lower shelves out.
- Step 3: Wearing cotton gloves, rotate the old bulb counterclockwise to release it from the lamp socket. Install a new bulb by placing it into the lamp socket and rotating clockwise until you hear a click.
- Step-4: Plug the unit back into an electrical outlet and reset the Bulb Use Hours counter by pressing “Bulb Use” for 6 seconds. Then, enter “0 – 3 – 1 – 4” when prompted.
