Product Usage Instructions

  1. Getting Started:
    Ensure the blender is placed on a stable surface near a power outlet. Insert the plug into the socket.

  2. Operating the Blender:
    Fill the blender jar with ingredients, ensuring not to exceed the maximum capacity. Secure the lid properly. Select the desired speed setting using the control panel.

  3. Safety Precautions:
    Always unplug the blender before cleaning or when not in use. Do not operate the blender with wet hands. Keep hands and utensils away from the blades during operation.

  4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    After each use, detach the jar and blades for cleaning. Use mild soapy water and a sponge to clean the parts. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The following requirements should be strictly observed in order to avoid situations hazardous for human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance:

  1. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
  2. Ensure that the power supply grid voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance before operating it.
  3. Use the appliance for domestic purposes only.
  4. Do not pull the power cable if it touches sharp edges, is jammed by any objects or entangled.
  5. Do not route the power cable and do not place the device itself in locations with high humidity, on hot surfaces, near heating appliances or open flames.
  6. Do not touch the rotating attachments while operating the unit with your hands or any objects!
  7. Do not use accessories and spare parts other than supplied by the Manufacturer.
  8. Install only the attachments of the same type simultaneously.
  9. Handle hot liquids with utmost care.
  10. Take care that long hair and clothes do not hang down over the operating appliance.
  11. Do not use the device continuously for more than 5 minutes.
  12. Do not use the appliance to process hard foods, such as frozen butter. Overly viscous products can overload and damage the motor.
  13. Do not use the appliance if:
  14. the power cable is damaged;
  15. the appliance has visible damage;
  16. the appliance has been dropped;
  17. the appliance has been exposed to moisture.
  18. The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or mentally handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. Take precautions not to let children play with the appliance.
  19. Ensure that the mixer is turned off when not in use!
  20. Do not use the appliance at ambient temperatures below 0 ºС and above 35 ºС.
  21. Do not leave the plug in the socket if:
  22. if the appliance doesn’t work properly (excessive noise, vibration, etc.); • during cleaning;
  23. before and after each use.
  24. Do not pull or carry the appliance by its power cord.
  25. Disconnect the appliance from power supply before maintenance and if the appliance doesn’t work properly (excessive noise, vibration, etc.).
  26. Before disconnecting the appliance from power supply ensure that the speed selector is in the “0” position. Grab the plug, not the power cable. In case of power cable damage it should be replaced, to avoid dangerous situations, by the Manufacturer, a service centre or similar skilled personnel.
  27. Do not attempt to repair the fan or to replace any parts yourself. If any malfunctions occur, apply to the nearest service centre.
  28. Special instructions for transportation (shipment) and sale: none.
  29. Should You decide to transfer the appliance to another person, please pass the present manual over along with it.

ATTENTION!

  • Risk of injury! Never touch the rotating attachments with bare hands, replace attachments only after the motor has come to a full stop!
  • Fire Hazard! Do not allow the appliance to contact with flammable liquids and combustible materials! In case of damage to the power cable or any other part of the appliance immediately disconnect it from power supply and apply to a service centre authorized by the Manufacturer. In case of an unauthorized intervention into the appliance or non-observance of the operating requirements listed in the present manual the Manufacturer’s warranty will become void.
  • Never submerge the appliance body, power cable and plug in water or any other liquids.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

  • Motor unit, complete (unit, holder) – 1 pc.
  • Glass beaker, complete (beaker, lid, measuring cup, blades) – 1 pc.

OPERATING PROCEDURE

Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the device. Remove all packaging materials. Clean the glass (see the section “Appliance care”). The blender glass is delivered assembled.

To collect it after cleaning, follow these steps:

  • Place the knife in the blender cup holder.
  • Align with the bottom of the glass and fix it by turning clockwise.
  • Place the blender cup on the body, aligning the labels on the glass and the body, and turn the glass clockwise until it locks.
  • Place the ingredients in a blender glass. Do not fill the blender glass above the most extreme mark.
  • Insert the measuring cup into the opening of the lid and close the blender cup with it. Make sure that the blender cup is installed correctly and fixed.
  • Plug the power cord into an outlet.
  • Select the desired speed using the switch (from 1 to 4). If you want to speed up the mixing process, select the P (pulse) mode and hold the switch in this position for a few seconds. To obtain the desired consistency, turn the switch to mode P several times. After releasing the switch, it will return to the “0” position. To grind harder products, select mode TURBO, the device will work with maximum power.
  • If you decide to add ingredients while the appliance is running, turn the switch to the “0” position, remove the measuring cup and add the products to the blender cup through the hole.
  • To complete the operation, set the switch to the “0” position. Wait until the motor stops. Then remove the lid and remove the contents.

ATTENTION! Do not open the lid of the blender cup while the appliance is in operation. The continuous operation time should not exceed 2 minutes. Between two continuous cycles, it is necessary to take 10 minutes of rest. Allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature before performing the next operating cycle. It is forbidden to put the following items in the appliance to avoid damage: bones, large pieces of hard, frozen foods or hard foods such as turnips.

MAINTENANCE

  • Turn the appliance off and pull the plug from the electric socket before cleaning.
  • Remove the glass beaker from the motor unit.
  • Wash all parts of the beaker in hot water with soap. Clean the blender immediately after use.
  • Rinse the parts in pure cold water and let them dry. Do not touch knife blades. Some foods, such as beets, etc., may leave stains on the body of the appliance. To remove them, wipe the device with a damp cloth.

ATTENTION! Rinse blades thoroughly after each use!

CAREFULLY! Blades have sharp edges!

DISPOSAL

GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE TERMS

  1. The guarantee shall be valid if the following documentation conditions are observed:
    The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the of appliance model, serial number and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer’s signature in the Warranty Card. The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible or ambiguous.

  2. The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed:

    • the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual;
    • the safety rules and requirements are observed.
  3. The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation and setup of the appliance at the owner’s location.

  4. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

    • mechanical damage;
    • normal wear of the appliance;
    • non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user;
    • improper installation or transportation;
    • natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer’s or Seller’s control;
    • ingress of foreign objects, liquids or insects into the inside of the appliance;
    • repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons;
    • use of the appliance for commercial purposes (loads exceeding normal domestic application), connection of the appliance to utility and telecommunication networks incompliant with national technical standards;
    • failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance:
    1. remote control units, rechargeable batteries, replaceable batteries (power cells), external power supply units and chargers;
    2. consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits, hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers);
    • for battery-powered appliances – operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries;
    • for rechargeable battery-powered appliances – any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging.
  5. The present guarantee is provided by the Manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights determined by the applicable legislation and does not limit these rights in any way.

  6. The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer’s or third persons’ property if such damage is inflicted as the result of nonobservance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances.

  7. Service centers will only accept appliances in a clean state (there should be no food residues, dust or other contamination on the appliance). The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the design and specifications of the appliance without prior notice.

FAQ

Q: How can I troubleshoot if the blender is not turning on?
A: Check if the power cord is properly connected to the outlet.  Ensure the power switch is in the ON position. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Q: Can I blend hot liquids in this blender?
A: It is recommended to allow hot liquids to cool slightly before blending to prevent pressure buildup. Always start at a low speed when blending hot ingredients.
