Power Supply
Begin by plugging in the power cord into a standard household outlet. The display will flash indicating the time is ready to be set.
Setting the Time
- Hold down the TIME button and then press HOUR button to set the correct hour. The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
- Hold down the TIME button and then press MINUTE button to set the correct minute. Release the TIME button when the correct time is shown on display.
Setting The Alarm
- Hold down the ALARM button and then press HOUR button to set the correct hour. The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
- Hold down the ALARM button and then press MINUTE button to set the correct minute. Release the ALARM button when the correct alarm time is shown on display.
Alarm Function
- Slide the SUPER LOUD/NORMAL VOLUME/ALARM OFF switch to NORMAL VOLUME position for regular alarm volume. The alarm indicator dot will appear on lower right side of display.
- Slide the SUPER LOUD/NORMAL VOLUME/ALARM OFF switch to SUPER LOUD for super loud alarm volume. The alarm indicator dot will appear on the lower right side of the display.
- Slide the SUPER LOUD/NORMAL VOLUME/ALARM OFF switch to AL. OFF position to deactivate the alarm. The alarm indicator dot will disappear.
Snooze Function
Pressing the SNOOZE button after the alarm sounds will cause the alarm to stop and the alarm will sound again in 9 minutes. This will happen each time the SNOOZE buttons is pressed.
Using the Display Dimmer Switch
- Move the DIMMER HI/LO switch to HI position for a brighter display.
- Move the DIMMER HI/LO switch to LO position for a normal display.
Using the Battery Back Up
- Insert two “AAA” batteries into the battery compartment at the backside of clock.
- The battery will keep the alarm and time settings until the power is restored.
- The LED display will not light-up but the alarm will sound at the preset alarm time.
- If there is no battery installed but the power is interrupted, the display will flash at 12:00 and the time and alarm need to be set again.
Battery Warning
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Follow the polarity (+) & (-) to place battery.
- Don’t mix old and new batteries.
- Don’t mix Alkaline, Standard (Carbon-Zinc), or Rechargeable (Nickel-Cadmium) batteries.
- Incorrect battery placement will damage the clock movement and battery may leak.
- Exhausted battery is to be removed from the product.
- Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time.
- Don’t dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.

Digital Alarm Clock
This lightning flash and arrowhead within the triangle is a warning sign alerting you of “dangerous voltage” inside the product.

- Do not block any ventilation openings, Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (induding amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding – type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

WARNING:

- All above markings were located on the bottom external enclosure of the apparatus, except for label of Date Code was pasted inside the battery compartment. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall not be placed on apparatus.
Caution : Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
WARNING : The battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
