Recommendations and Training Guides

Warm-Up

Before each session, a warm-up of 5-10 minutes is necessary.

Breathing

During exercise, do not hold your breath. Breathe regularly, coordinated with your movements. If your breathing becomes too rapid, stop exercising immediately.

Frequency

The same muscle group should have a rest period of 48 hours, meaning the same muscle group should not be trained on consecutive days.

Training Load

Determine the training load according to your fitness level, then practice following the principle of progressive load. Muscle soreness is normal at the beginning of training. With consistent exercise, it will gradually diminish.

Relaxation

Perform a “cool down” of 5 minutes after each training session, especially stretching and relaxing the muscles of the feet to prevent prolonged tension and maintain muscle elasticity.

Hydration

It is recommended to drink water before exercising and avoid consuming food immediately after exercise. Drink water in moderation during exercise, avoiding large quantities to prevent stress on the heart and kidneys.

Stretching Exercises

It is advisable to start with stretching exercises before using the treadmill. Warm muscles are more flexible, so dedicate 5 to 10 minutes to warming up. Before using the treadmill, perform the following stretching exercises:

  1. Forward Stretch:  Slightly bend both knees, lean forward, allowing your back and shoulders to relax. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times (see Figure 1).
  2. Achilles Tendon Stretch:  Sit on a clean mat with one leg straight. Bring the other leg inward, pressing against the inner side of the straight leg. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 2).
  3. Calf and Heel Stretch:  Stand with both hands against the wall, with one foot in the back. Keep the back leg straight and the heel on the floor, lean forward. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 3).
  4. Quadriceps Stretch:  Lean against the wall or a table for balance, extend the right hand backward, grabbing the right ankle and pulling gently until you feel tension in the front of the thigh. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 4).
  5. Adductor Stretch:  Sit facing the wall, knees outward. Lean forward, grabbing both feet and pulling gently towards the groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times (see Figure 5).

Usage Instructions

Screen

The screen shows a countdown when starting, displaying “3”, “2”, “1”. During use, the screen automatically changes every 5 seconds to different sections (in sequence: “SPEED”, “TIME”, “DIST” and “CAL”).

During use, the LED screen automatically changes to show these metrics every 5 seconds.

Screen Value Ranges

Parameter Initial Value Value Range
Time (min:sec) 0:00 0:00–99:59
Speed (km/h) 1.0 1.0–6.0
Distance (km) 0.00 0.00–99.99
Calories (kcal) 0.0 0.0–9999

Remote Control Synchronization Method

During the first 5 seconds of turning on the treadmill, press and hold the “||” button on the remote control. When you hear continuous beeps from the speaker on the treadmill, it indicates successful synchronization. You can then start using the remote control to operate the treadmill. Once synchronized, subsequent uses do not require synchronization.

Remote Control Functions

  1. Start/Stop:  In standby mode, press the “Start/Stop” button on the remote control. The treadmill will start moving at an initial speed of 1.0 km/h. During exercise, you can press the “Start/Stop” button at any time to stop the treadmill.
  2. Speed +:  While the treadmill is running, a short press of the “+” button on the remote control will gradually increase the speed. A prolonged press will rapidly increase the speed. The speed will increase in increments of 0.5 km/h.
  3. Speed -:  While the treadmill is running, a short press of the “-” button on the remote control will gradually decrease the speed. A prolonged press will rapidly decrease the speed. The speed will decrease in increments of 0.5 km/h.
