Product Usage Instructions
Installation Instructions:
- Draw the punching position:
- Confirm the position of the railing clips through measurement and ensure alignment.
- Draw punching positions for each railing, ensuring proper hole positions and line alignment.
- Punching holes:
- Drill a hole with a diameter of 12mm and a depth greater than 80mm at the drawn position.
- For different surfaces, use appropriate tools for drilling.
- Install expansion bolts and railing clips:
- Knock the expansion bolt into the drilled hole, install the railing clip, and tighten it with a hex wrench.
- Install glass:
- Insert the glass into the glass clamp groove gasket.
- Ensure proper positioning and tighten the bolt using a hexagonal wrench.

Draw the punching position
Confirm the position of the railing clips through measurement, ensuring that each railing is aligned in a straight line. Draw the punching positions for each railing,

Punching holes
Drill a hole with a diameter of 12mm and a depth greater than 80mm in the drawn position (for cement floors, use an impact drill to drill holes, and for tile surfaces, first use a dedicated tile opener to drill holes and then use an impact drill to deepen the hole position).

Install expansion bolts and railing clips
Knock the expansion bolt into the drilled hole, remove the bolt, install the railing clip, install the bolt, and tighten it with a hex wrench

Install glass
Insert the glass into the glass clamp groove gasket, which has been installed before the product leaves the factory. Before use, confirm whether the tightening bolt is on the same side as the embedded stainless-steel sheet in the gasket. After adjusting the position of the glass, use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the bolt and press the glass tightly.

Installation Instructions
As shown in the above figure, install in the order of B1-C/D/E-glass-C/D/E-B2-screw, with Rubber pad (C/D/E) selected for use according to different thicknesses of glass.

- Determine the installation position of the glass clip through measurement and fix the A1 part of the glass with screws.
- Glass installation 8mm thick glass: Use B and D rubber pad. Install in the following order. A1-D-B- glass-F-G-B-D-A2- screw
10mm thick glass: Use D rubber pad. Install in the following order. A1-D-
glass-F-G-D-A2- screw

Installation Instructions
When using this glass clamp, the glass needs to be drilled in advance with a hole diameter greater than 12mm.
- Draw the punching position by measuring.
- Install screw G or expansion bolt E
Wood installation surface:
Drill a hole with a diameter of 8mm at the drawn position. Use a hex wrench to screw screw G into the drilled hole, leaving a length of L (The corresponding values for installing glass of different thicknesses are as follows) between the screw head and the installation surface.
- For 8mm thick glass: L= 10-13mm
- For 10mm thick glass: L= 10-15mm
- For 12mm thick glass: L= 12-17mm
- For 16mm thick glass: L=16-21mm
Cement wall installation:
Drill a hole with a diameter of 14mm on the drawn position using an impact drill (if it is a ceramic tile surface, first use a ceramic tile-specific hole opener to drill the hole, and then use an impact drill to deepen it). Knock the expansion bolt E into the hole, use a wrench to tighten the nut, then loosen and remove the nut and washer (nuts and washers are not required for installing glass). Leaving a length L(The corresponding values for installing glass of different thicknesses are as follows) between the screw head and the installation surface.
- For 8mm thick glass: L= 10-13mm
- For 10mm thick glass: L= 10-15mm
- For 12mm thick glass: L= 12-17mm
- For 16mm thick glass: L=16-21mm
Tighten B (Screw) onto F (Clamp block) using an Allen wrench.
Complete the installation in the following order, and finally use an Allen
wrench to insert the small hole on the B cylindrical surface and tighten it.

Sponge Strip Installation Tear off the adhesive on the back of the sponge strip E and stick it in the groove of the railing column as shown in the picture. Leave a little longer sponge on the head, moisten the surface of the sponge strip with water, and install the glass from the top downwards.

Support Installation
The support is installed according to the method shown in the diagram. The support comes with a flat support and a curved support, and users can choose to use it according to their needs. -
Handguard railing installation
The handguard railing is welded and connected to G notification, and after welding, it is polished flat. The polished area is sprayed with anti-rust paint
