Introduction
An HDMI extender over CAT5E/6 (100m) is a device used to extend HDMI signals over long distances using CAT5E or CAT6 Ethernet cables. This technology allows you to transmit high-definition audio and video signals from a source device, such as a computer or Blu-ray player, to a display device, such as a TV or projector, located up to 100 meters away. The extender typically consists of two main components: a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is connected to the source device via a standard HDMI cable, while the receiver is connected to the display device using another HDMI cable. The transmitter and receiver are then linked together using CAT5E or CAT6 Ethernet cables, which carry the HDMI signals over longer distances without signal degradation.
