About Honeywell Versatilis Configurator
Honeywell Versatilis Configurator is a next-generation handheld solution for
configuring, calibrating, and troubleshooting field instruments. The solution
consists of an intuitive smart app supported on Android and Windows mobility
platforms providing flexible and reliable communications to universal HART
(Highway Addressable Remote Transducer), Modbus, and Honeywell Digitally
Enhanced (DE) devices through Bluetooth® and USB.

- Enables configuring, calibrating, monitoring, and diagnosing any HART, Honeywell Digitally Enhanced (DE), and Modbus field devices.
- Uses the latest registered DD files from the FieldComm Group.
- Smart features such as Quick Configuration, Advance Configuration, Diagnostics, Parameter Search, Offline Configuration, and Device History.

Honeywell Versatilis Configurator R100
- Support Online Configuration & Diagnostics to configure, calibrate and diagnose the field devices for HART and Honeywell Digitally Enhanced (DE) protocols.
- Create and save HART and Honeywell DE devices offline configuration templates for easy configuration and cloning of devices. The easy import and export feature can also share offline configuration with other tablet users.
- Provides easy addition, deletion of DD file and FDI package, and filter option gives quick navigation based on manufacture and device type.
- Easy way to access and execute the available methods for the device.
- Introduced in-built App tutorials for highly effective user help.
- Provided easy parameter search for quick navigation of device menu structures.
- Support quick configuration to configure basic parameters of the device quickly.
- Enable easy communication between the operator and instrument engineer using message notification without internet connectivity.
- Save the current device configuration as history and export for future reference and auditing.

configure write-only parameters; app shows an error message “ The access
level does not allow reading or subscribing to the node ”.
UIMFDM-736| When conditional parameters changed then updated conditional
parameter values are not getting saved in history.
UIMFDM-744| In Honeywell Versatilis Configurator App, user added conditional
parameters to ‘My View’ and when these parameters are updated in the
‘Advanced’ configuration, these changes are not reflected in ‘My View’.
UIMFDM-784| In Honeywell Versatilis Configurator App, the’ Local Display’
parameters show error messages when the user changes the communication mode
from Analog to DE.
UIMFDM-910| Methods like Display Screen, User Defined & Configure screen are
not listed in the ‘Methods’ feature for SMV800 Modbus.
Work Around: Users can execute these Methods from the ‘Advanced’ screen.
UIMFDM-911| While executing some of the methods, the user might see a success
message even though the write operation is failed for SMV800 Modbus.
UIMFDM-968| Save history is looping indefinitely for SMV800 Modbus devices,
intermittently.
Work Around : Users must navigate to different menu(s) before saving history.
