Product Usage Instructions
Safety
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed when using the locker:
- Locate the locker in a suitable work area with proper lighting.
- Use a locker on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
- Keep the locker clean and tidy.
- Avoid using the locker for purposes other than intended.
- Avoid outdoor use, getting the locker wet, or using it in damp locations.
- Avoid cleaning the locker with solvents that may damage surfaces.
Introduction
This double locker system is suitable for various commercial applications
and includes a clothes hanger bar. The doors are ventilated and fitted with a
cylinder lock.
Assembly
- Lay out the back panel and side panels. Fit the panels together using screws.
- Stand the unit up carefully, ensuring the panels are aligned.
- Attach the door frame panel and locker top from the inside.
- Place the bottom shelf into the locker with cut-outs facing toward the door.
- Secure the bottom shelf to the back panel using screws.
- Install additional shelves if needed and place hanging bars in position.

- Locate the locker in a suitable work area.
- Keep the work area clean, and uncluttered, and ensure there is adequate lighting.

- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- DO NOT use the locker for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
- DO NOT use the locker outdoors.
- DO NOT get the locker wet or use in damp locations or areas where there is condensation.
- DO NOT clean the locker with any solvents which may damage the surfaces or the protective coating.
INTRODUCTION
Double locker system suitable for a wide variety of commercial applications with clothes hanger bars. Doors are ventilated and fitted with a cylinder lock.

ASSEMBLY
Lay out the back panel and the two side panels (fig.1). The side panels have a cut-out at the front (fig.2). Fit the left-hand side panel to the back panel, secure using the bottom and two middle screws only.
- Fit the right-hand side panel to the back panel, using the three lower screws only to secure (fig.3).
- Carefully stand the unit up, ensuring that the panels are not twisted.
- Fit the door frame panel into the unit from the inside locating the frame with the side panels at the top and bottom.
- Fit the locker top from the inside with the two holes at the back lined up with the two holes in the back panel.
- Bend the tabs in at the front of the top, making sure that they locate into the locking holes in the door frame (figs.4 & 5).
- Place the bottom shelf into the locker with the two cut outs facing towards the door (fig.6), push it down into place. 4.8. Carefully tip locker over backwards and lower to the floor. Secure the bottom shelf to the back panel using two screws (fig.7). Stand locker up.
- All shelves are the same design as the bottom shelf with two cut-outs that face toward the door. Locate each one and push it down into place. If required, drill holes and fix shelves in position with a retaining screw (fig.8).
- Place hanging bars in position (fig.9
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and
disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.
