  • The product should be used with caution by the following groups/ under the following circumstances

  • People who have metal, silicone or plastic materials injected into their bodies as a result of bone fractures or plastic surgery

  • People who have ever had skin trauma

  • People whose body temperature is above 38 degrees Celsius

  • People who are easy to suffer from numbness of body

  • People who have difficulty with respirators

  • People suffering from hypertension

  • People having acute symptoms such as visceral diseases (gastritis, hepatitis, gastroenteritis)

  • The product is not allowed to be used by the following groups/ under the following circumstances

  • People who are unable to express their will or who cannot operate the  machine themselves to use the product

  • This product is not suitable for people who have physical, sensory or mental capacity decline and lack experience and knowledge (including children) . Please stop using immediately when you feel lower back pain, dizziness,  vomiting, palpitation and other abnormal body reactions during use .

  • This product is set for 15-minute timing at a time. Do not use it for no more than 30 minutes each time. After each use, stop the device for 15 minutes to
    ensure the extension of its service life.

  • Do not use the product under the following circumstances:

    • When you are severely tired
    • Within one hour before and after meals
    • When you are drunk

Precautions for Use

  • The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

  • This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.

  • Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

  • Check whether the product is intact before use. If any damage is found, regardless of its extent, stop using the product immediately.

  • Remove the dust on the charger on a regular basis. The accumulated dust on the plug is likely to cause poor insulation due to humidity, and eventually lead to Xre.

  • If you cannot use it or feel abnormal, stop using it immediately

  • In case of power cut, please unplug the USB charging cable.

  • When the product is not in use, the USB charging cable must be unplugged. (S) Do not disassemble, modify or repair the product by yourself, nor unzip the
    product by yourself.

  • Do not use the device when your body is wet, otherwise it is easy to get an electric shock.

  • Do not pull the product with force, nor stab it with a knife or a sharp object.

Precautions for Maintenance

  • Be sure to unplug the charging cable during maintenance.
  • Please properly dispose of the packaging bag of the product and keep it away from the infants.
  • The product has built-in lithium batteries. Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself, immerse the product (controller) in water or toss it into the  Xre, otherwise the product is likely to be damaged.
  • Do not damage, modify, bend or pull the power cord with force. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or squeeze the power cord.
  • Do not use volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, strong alkaline detergent, bleach or other cleaning agents for maintenance.
  • Keep the product out of reach of children and infants. Do not let them touch or operate the product, otherwise it is likely to lead to burns, electric shocks or personal injuries.
  • Make the device cool down before storing.

How to Use

Preparations Before Use

  1. Check whether the device and its accessories are complete.
  2. Wear the massager on the knees and adjust it to a comfortable state.
    As each person has different sensitivity to temperature, it is recommended to use the massager with clothes on for fear of scalding if choosing 45°C and above.

Operation

Power Function Button

  1. Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the massager. After power-on, the massager will enter the wakeup mode by default, enabling the warm compress at 40°C with a voice prompt “Massage On”.
  2. Double click the power function button to lock/unlock the screen with the voice prompts “Lock screen” and “Turn on screen”. After the screen is locked, the status indicator is in the state of the orange breathing lamp, the screen displays the current warm compress temperature (it displays 00 when the warm compress is off), and the mode lamp turns on to indicate the current mode. Press and hold the power function button to turn off the massager.
  3. The default timing of the product is 15 minutes. It is set to shut down automatically after 15 minutes of operation and enter the standby state with the voice prompt: “Turn off massage”.

Mode Button
Press the mode button to switch the massage mode (Wakeup Mode – Relaxing Mode – Energizing Mode – Powerful Mode -Turn off air pressure) circularly. During adjustment, the mode level indicator turns blue progressively, the corresponding mode indicator lights on, and there is a voice prompt of the corresponding mode for each adjustment.

Temperature Level Button
Press the temperature level button to switch the temperature (40°(, 45°(, 50°(, heating off) circularly, and the display screen in the middle will display the current selected temperature. When adjusting, the corresponding temperature indicator is illuminated progressively (orange), and there is a voice prompt (40°C, 45°C, 50°C) of the corresponding temperature for each adjustment.

Low Battery Reminder
When the battery remaining capacity is less than 10%, the indicator lamp ring 181ashes orange for 5 seconds to prompt, and then the massager shuts down. At the same time, there is a voice prompt “The battery power is low, please charge it in time”.

Charging State
When charging, the indicator lamp ring 181ashes blue like breathing until the massager is fully charged, then the blue lamp remains on.

Charging

  1. Insert the charging plug into the charging port on the side of the battery holder;
  2. Plug the charger plug into a 100-240V~, 50/60Hz power socket;
  3. 3.When charging, the indicator lamp ring Xashes blue slowly until the massager is fully charged, then the blue lamp remains on;
  4. It takes about 5 hours to fully charge the product.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  1. Remove the dust from the cloth cover of the product with a vacuum cleaner rather than by patting.
  2. Wipe off the dirt on the surface with a clean rag.
  3. For the heavy dirt, dampen a rag with the neutral detergent and then gently wipe it. Prevent the water from entering the product. Let it air dry.

During maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord, but do not unplug the cord with wet hands.

Storage

  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not put it in places with direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity. Keep it in a dry and ventilated place.

Disposal
The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

  1. Do not replace the battery by yourself during normal use.
  2. The battery must be removed from the appliance before the it is discarded.
  3. The appliance must be powered off before the battery is removed.
  4. The battery must be disposed of in a safe manner.

Steps:

  1. Pry open the cover with a tool and then unscrew with a screwdriver;
  2. Take out the PCB screws on the lamp board support and main control board, and remove all the corresponding terminals;
  3. Remove the screws on the cover with a screwdriver, and take out the cover;
  4. Remove the battery from the lower case for safe disposal.
