Installation Steps
- Unscrew all 4 screws and remove the top cover.
- Insert the M.2 SSD, lock the screw to fixate the M.2 SSD, then attach the thermal pad by removing its protective films and pasting it on the M.2 SSD.
- Close the top cover and lock it up with the screws. Ensure the pins touch the contact surface.
- Connect the enclosure and the computer using a USB cable.
Setting Up USB 4.0 Speed
- Click on Settings.
- Type Device Manager.
- Click Disk drives and choose your SSD.
- Click Properties.
- Select Better performance.
