Common Issues
-
Q: The model does not stick to the print bed?
A: If the model does not stick to the print bed, it is recommended to evenly apply solid glue on the bed surface and print in an indoor environment with a temperature of 20-25°C. Warping of the model’s edges is a normal occurrence due to the physical properties of the plastic. Applying glue can help alleviate warping at the bottom. -
Q: If there is a sudden power outage during printing, can I resume the previous print after power is restored?
A: Yes. The printer supports the function of resuming printing after power failure. After power is restored, the system will prompt whether to resume the previous print. -
Q: Can I turn off the safety alarm for the safety door?
A: Yes. The safety alarm is designed to prevent accidents involving children during use. Turn off Child Mode to turn off the security alarm. -
Q: What is a heating error?
A: A heating error occurs when there is an abnormality in the operation of the print nozzle during the printing process, leading to a disruption in the print process. If this error occurs, check if the original adapter is in use, and contact official customer service for guidance on maintenance.
