1. In case of any abnormality, be sure to turn off the dehumidifier, disconnect the plug, and make contact with the seller/seller’s service of your appliance. (Abnormal operation may fail the unit, electric shock, fire, or similar.)
2. Never attempt to turn off the dehumidifier by disconnecting the plug.
3. Never modify the dehumidifier. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit by yourself.
4. Keep your hands dry while plugging into or pulling off the plug to avoid electric shock!
5. AC 220-240 V of alternating current is applied to this equipment.
   • Do not connect the dehumidifier to an outlet having different electrical ratings than the dehumidifier’s rating.
6. To avoid the risk of fire or explosion, use any spray next to the dehumidifier. Do not put any inflammables or chemicals near the unit!
7. To prevent resin parts from melting or catching on fire, do not place the dehumidifier near heating appliances!
8. The power cord must not be damaged or modified. Do not put any hot or heavy things on the cord. Do not pull it out, or bundle it during operation!
9. Accidentally drinking the water from the tank or using it for another purpose may cause illness and /or unforeseen accidents!
10. Do not operate the appliance without a water tank or back cover.
11. Refrigerant gas in the appliance may be odorless!
12. This appliance contains approx. 60g of refrigerant gas R290.
13. R290 is a refrigerant gas that meets European environmental protection directives.
14. Do not make holes or drill into any part of the cooling circuit!
15. The dehumidifier must be used on a level and stable surface!
16. Do not use the dehumidifier at ambient temperature below 0°C.
17. Do not use the dehumidifier outside. Exposure to direct sunlight or rain may result in overheating, electric shock, and fire!
18. Do not put a water vessel on the top of the dehumidifier. (In case of any spill of water, water gets into the unit and deteriorates the insulation).
19. Never attempt to use the dehumidifier for special uses, such as drying food or preservation of art objects, etc.
20. Do not use the dehumidifier where any leakage of oil or flammable gas may take place.
21. Do not use the unit in places subject to chemicals!
22. For continuous draining, make sure that the drain hose is set properly!
23. Do not use the dehumidifier as a chair or a footstool!
24. In case of using the dehumidifier in a closet, be sure to prevent people from getting in the closet.
25. Do not remove the float lever from the water tank!
26. Do not block up the air intakes and the air outlets. Do not cover the unit with washed clothes or with any other objects!
27. Before continuous operation for a long duration, periodical checking is required, especially for the air clean filter, the drain hose, and frequent emptying of the water tank.
28. Turn off the unit and disconnect the power plug before starting any cleaning or other routine maintenance.
29. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
30. Do not leave stagnant water in the water tank. If you do not use the appliance for a long time, always empty the water tank and let it dry!
31. Store the appliance in a standing position! It is recommended to keep the original packaging for later usage.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION REGARDING R290 REFRIGERANT GAS

• The appliance must be installed, stored, and used in an area that is bigger than 4 m2.
• This appliance contains R290 refrigerant gas.
• Be aware that the R290 refrigerant is odorless and does not have the odor normally associated with natural gas and propane tanks.
• The appliance must be placed in an area without any continuous sources of ignition such as open flames, gas, or electrical appliances in operation.
• Do not puncture and do not burn.
• If the appliance is installed, stored, or operated in a non-ventilated area, the room must be designed to prevent the accumulation of refrigerant leaks resulting in a risk of fire or explosion due to ignition of the refrigerant caused by electric heaters, stoves, or other sources of ignition.
• The appliance must be stored in such a way as to prevent mechanical failure.
• Individuals who operate or work on the refrigerant circuit must have the appropriate certification issued by an accredited organization that ensures competence in handling refrigerants according to a specific evaluation recognized by associations in the industry.

SPECIFICATION

HOW TO PLACE THE APPLIANCE

• The following space must be maintained to ensure the operating efficiency of the dehumidifier.
• If the dehumidifier gets interference from household appliances, such as television and radio player, please keep the equipment away from the dehumidifier for over 70 cm.

USING THE APPLIANCE

1. The dehumidifier can’t operate if the water in the tank is full or isn’t installed well. (See below fig. how to move the water tank out and how to insert).
2. This dehumidifier doesn’t have a cooling function. It will produce heat during the operation and may increase the room temperature by 1 to 4 °C.
3. This appliance’s best working environment is at 30C° and 80% humidity: 20 liter/day. At different temperatures and relative humidity, it may have different dehumidifying capacities.

• Power button: This button can control the machine on and off
• Dehumidification mode: Press to enter the mode selection State and you can select from the below 4 dehumidification modes.
• normal desiccant: adjustable wind speed and humidity
• continuous dehumidification: low wind, humidity is not adjustable
• strong desiccant: high dehumidification
• drying mode: default high wind mode, wind speed, and humidity are not adjustable
• Humidity settings: Only in normal mode, does the indicator light show the current air humidity.
• Blue: below 50%; Green. 50-70%; Red: more than 70%.
• Humidity can be set between 30% – 80% (5% adjustment factor) Humidity setting is only valid under normal dehumidification.
• Timing: Buttons can be set into the timing of the state, the time is 1-25 hours “Hr” sign is bright.
• Wind speed: The speed key is valid only in normal mode and Fan mode.
• Sleep mode: Press the sleep button to enter sleep mode except for the sleep light when it enters sleep, the rest of the light is off.
• Fan: When pressing the button, the indicator lights are on, the compressor is off, and fan speed can be set.
• Defrosting: The evaporator in the dehumidifier may defrost automatically if it is operated at room temperature less than 18 °C. The defrosting device may start up and operate for some time (about 5 minutes) automatically every 25 minutes or even longer.
• Wi-Fi: Download the “Tuya Smart” application to your mobile device.
• Under the standby mode, press the dehumidification mode button on the appliance and hold for 5 sec until the Wi-Fi light blinks and add the appliance to “your devices” in the Tuya Smart application.

CONTINUOUS CONDENSATE DRAINING VIA THE DRAIN HOSE

• For continuous draining of condensate, pull off the plastic plug from the back of the appliance. (Keep it for future use.)
• Properly fix the end of the drain hose. Locate the free end of the hose so that the condensate can flow out freely. The container or place where the condensate is drained must be lower than the outlet. Do not bend or twist the hose.
• When not using the drain hose for continuous draining of condensate disconnect the hose and close the outlet by using the plug.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning the unit, turn off the dehumidifier and unplug the plug from the main socket first. Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the unit.
• Don’t clean the control unit with a wet cloth. Don’t clean the machine unit with gasoline, thinner, or liquid detergent to avoid deformation and fission of the machine unit.
• Do not leave stagnant water in the water tank. If you do not use the appliance for a long time, always empty the water tank and let it dry!
• To clean the water tank, carefully remove the handle of the tank, it can be easily snapped out of place and re-installed in the same position by adjusting the handle to the correct angle. After removing the handle, the tank lid can be removed.
• After cleaning the inside of the tank, replace the lid and replace the handle.
• Do not stretch the plastic handle!
• Clean filter net frequently. (Maintain it every two weeks.) The deposited dust may reduce the performance of the device.
