Specified Conditions of Use
The radio-controlled socket is used to switch on/switch off vacuum cleaners in
connection with the VCE CSensor remote control. Any other use is not
considered as intended. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility
for any damage caused by unspecified use.
Operating instructions
The operating instructions of the VCE CSensor remote control must be observed.
Read these operating instructions in their entirety before using the devices.
Keep the operating instructions. If you pass on the devices include the
operating instructions.
Basic safety instructions
- Do not connect loads when unattended switching on of which can cause fires (e.g. Irons) or other damage.
- Do not switch the radio-controlled socket in an uncontrolled manner and not without supervision.
- Observe the maximum switching power.
- Do not connect in line.
- Voltage-free only when the plug is pulled.
- Radio-controlled sockets suitable for outdoor use.
- Protection against splashing water is only guaranteed if the device is connected to a socket with protection class IPX4.
- Protection against splashing water is only guaranteed if a connector of protection class IPX4 is connected.
- Ensure that the socket is installed near the connected product, is easily accessible and the product is not operated when covered.
- After finishing work: Switch off the vacuum cleaner and unplug the radio-controlled socket to protect against unintentional switching on.
Battery instructions. Batteries must be handled with special care.
- CAUTION! Do not ingest the battery, danger of burns due to hazardous substances.
- This product contains button batteries. Swallowing of a button battery can lead to severe internal burns within just 2 hours that can lead to death.
- Keep new and used batteries out of the reach of children.
- If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep out of the reach of children.
- Immediately consult a doctor if a battery is swallowed or is inside a body part.
- Danger of explosion! Do not try to charge batteries that cannot be recharged.
- Do not throw battery packs into fire or expose to high temperatures.
- Battery acid leaking from a battery may cause skin irritation. If contact occurs rinse with plenty of water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, do not rub the eyes, but immediately rinse them thoroughly with water and seek medical attention without delay.

socket.

Caution! Ensure the correct polarity of the battery. An incorrectly
inserted battery can cause damage.

CLEANING
Caution! Risk of fatal electric shock.
Ensure the device is disconnected from power supply before cleaning. Clean the
device with a soft, slightly moist cloth and mild detergent. Ensure that the
device is completely dry before using it again.

Regularly check the battery for damage.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of power tools in an environmentally-friendly manner!
Power tools do not belong in the household rubbish. In accordance with
European Guideline 2012/19/EC on electronic and electric equipment, used power
tools must be collected separately and handed in for environmentally
compatible recycling. Contact your local council for information on disposal
of the used tool.
Environmental damage due to incorrect disposal of the batteries!
Batteries do not belong in the household rubbish. They may contain toxic heavy
metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment. Therefore, please take
used batteries to a municipal collection point.

Original instructions. Universal use: Radio socket for switching on and off
all mains-operated vacuum cleaners from Flex and other manufacturers in
connection with VCE CConnect . The transmitter is attached to the suction hose
or power tool and uses a vibration sensor to detect the operating status (on /
off) of the power tool (regardless of the manufacturer) and automatically
switches the vacuum cleaner on and off via radio via the radio-controlled
socket – optionally also manually by pressing the button on transmitter.
