Usage
- Read all up-to-date documents carefully before installing, using or servicing the product. Documentation is subject to change over time.
- Please check whether Ace 1500 is damaged, cracked, leaking liquids, becoming hot, or exhibiting other abnormalities, and check any cables for damage before operating. If there are any problems, please stop using the product immediately and contact our customer service.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the Ace 1500.
- Make sure all cords and plugs are intact and dry before connecting to avoid electric shock.
- Do not install or operate the system under extreme climatic conditions such as lightning. snow, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.
- To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
- Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
- For safety purposes, please use only the original charger and cables designed for the equipment. We are not liable for damage caused by third party equipment, and this may render your warranty invalid.
- Keep a distance of 50mm between Ace 1500 and other objects.
- During the operation of the energy system, avoid direct sunlight to prevent the Ace 1500 from overheating. Do not place the Ace 1500 near any heat source.
- Please install the product according to our user manual to avoid damage to the product or injury to other people.
- Do not use this product near strong static electricity or strong magnetic fields.
- Do not place the equipment in an environment with flammable or explosive compounds, gas, or smoke.
- To reduce risk of damage to the electric cords and connectors, pull the connectors rather than the cord when disconnecting the product.
- Do not use the product in excess of its output rating. Overloads may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not use any products or accessories that are damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
- Do not operate the product with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.
- Do not disassemble the product. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
- Do not expose the product to fire or high temperatures.
- Do not attempt to replace the internal components of the equipment by any unauthorized personnel. Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- Ace 1500 has a protection level of IP31, so the product cannot be immersed in liquids. If the product accidentally falls into water during use, please place it in a safe and open area and stay away from it until it is completely dry. The dried product should not be used again and should be properly disposed of according to the disposal guidelines in this manual.
- To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
- When charging a device, the product may feel warm. This is a normal operating condition and should not be a cause for concern.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack from the outlet before attempting any instructed servicing.
- When charging the external battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way, as inadequate ventilation may cause permanent damage to the equipment.
- Ensure before finishing installation that the solar cable and Microinverter cable to home grid are disconnected.
- Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents. Only clean the ports with a dry cloth.
- Do not move or shake the unit while operating as vibrations and sudden impacts may lead to poor connections to the hardware inside.
- Ensure that Ace 1500 and the battery (AB1000 or AB2000) are installed securely to avoid accidents and product damage caused by falling.
- In case of a fire, only a dry powder fire extinguisher is suitable for this product.
- Servicing of batteries should be performed or supervised by personnel knowledgeable about batteries and the required precautions.
- When the power supply is connected in normal mode to a refrigerator, power fluctuations may cause the power supply to shut down automatically. When connecting the power supply to a refrigerator that stores medicine, vaccines or other valuable items, it is recommended to set the AC output to “Always on” in the app. This helps support a continuous power supply and ensures a safe and efficient power consumption state.

Disposal and Recycling

- To download the Zendure app, scan the QR code or search “Zendure” in the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store.
- Open the Zendure app. Log In or sign Up.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your Ace 1500.
- Please update the firmware to the latest version in the settings before using.

Product Details
Overview
LED Light Display
Ace 1500 used in conjunction with AB1000 or AB2000
After stacking the Ace 1500 on top of the AB1000 or AB2000, secure the Ace
1500 in place using fastening fittings.
- Up to a maximum of four Add-on batteries can be stacked.
- The power output of the AC varies depending on the number of Add-on batteries used, as it is influenced by the output current of the Add-on batteries.
- If you need to remove the Ace 1500 from the Add-on batteries, please confirm that the power of the Ace 1500 is switched off before proceeding with the removal.
Power On/Off
Press the main power button once to turn on the product, then the LED lights
up; press and hold the main power button for at least 6 seconds to turn off
the product, meanwhile, the LED lights go off.
- The product defaults to 10 minutes of standby time. With the output power buttons turned off and no other load for 10 minutes, the product will shut off automatically. You can set the standby duration in the app.
Charge Your Devices
- After the product is turned on, press “AC power button” once to turn on their corresponding AC sockets; press again to turn off.
- The USB ports will activate upon detecting the insertion of a USB cable, requiring no additional switches.
- The output of XT-60 (13V/10A) needs to be activated on the Zendure APP. You can power your DC devices using the XT-60 to cigarette lighter adapter (this product does not include this accessory).
- When not using XT-60 for output, please switch the status of XT-60 to input on the Zendure APP.
*Make sure that the total power of all loaded devices is lower than that of the rated power.
Charge Your AB1000 or AB2000
AC Charging
After connecting the AC Charging Cable to the AC input port of Ace 1500, plug it into a household socket to charge AB1000 or AB2000. The maximum charging power is 900W.
- Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge.
- Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 7A. Zendure takes no responsibilities for any consequences caused by failures to follow instructions, including but not limited to charging with other AC charging cables.
Solar Charging
- Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge.
- Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 7A. Zendure takes no responsibilities for any consequences caused by failures to follow instructions, including but not limited to charging with other AC charging cables.
Car Charging
To avoid failure to start due to insufficient car battery, use the car charger after the vehicle is started, in addition, please make sure that the cigarette lighter of the Car Outlet and the Car Charger input Cable are in good condition. Zendure takes no responsibilities for any losses or damages caused by failures to follow instructions
The car charging cable need to be purchased separately.
Ace 1500 integrated into the SolarFlow system
Tips : Before disconnecting, please turn off SolarFlow (Press and hold
the IoT button 6 seconds to turn off)
- First turn off the battery and Hub (Press and hold the IoT button 6 seconds)
- Disconnection of home grid, unplug the cables of Microinverter and home socket.
- Disconnection of solar panels, unplug the cables of the two solar panels and Hub.
- Disconnection of battery, unplug the cables of Hub and battery.
- After stacking the Ace 1500 on top of the battery, secure the Ace 1500 in place using fastening fittings.
- Connect the battery cable to the Hub connection port on the side of the Ace 1500.
- Connect the Microinverter to the home socket with your original cable.
- Connect the solar panels to Hub.
- Ace 1500 does not possess an IP65 dust and water resistance rating. If you intend to integrate Ace 1500 into the SolarFlow system, please ensure that Ace 1500 is not exposed to water.
- Upon integration into the SolarFlow system, the AC input function of Ace 1500 is disabled by default but can be enabled through the Zendure APP.
- Once integrated into the SolarFlow system, the Ace 1500’s total output power must not exceed 1500W, including the power delivered to the Hub. If you need to connect the Ace 1500 to other loads, ensure that the operational power of the Hub and any additional loads does not surpass 1500W.
- Following the completion of setup for the Ace 1500 and SolarFlow systems, the system boot-up time is approximately 20 seconds. During this period, the buzzer will sound at regular intervals. Once the connection is established, the buzzer will alert to indicate a successful connection.
