Safety Guidelines

  • ZenY Pro Cable is only compatible with SuperBase V models (SBV6400&SBV4600); usage with other power sources, such as a wall outlet, power station, generator, or grid, is strictly prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to place the ZenY Pro Cable near water, heat sources, and flammable or explosive environments.
  • Do not replace any internal or external component of the equipment.
  • Do not operate ZenY Pro Cable in wet conditions. If the equipment gets wet, dry it thoroughly before use. Ensure proper ventilation during use to avoid permanent damage.
  • ZenY Pro Cable generates the same potentially lethal AC power as a household wall outlet. Please use it carefully and keep children away from it.
  • In case of a fire, use only a dry powder fire extinguisher.
  • Turn off the output when not in use by pressing the button or unplugging the load to avoid active internal circuits in the DC and AC parts.
  • When using inverters, it is important to use certified electronic equipment.
  • Under no circumstances should non-technical professionals attempt to disassemble the product.
  • Do not connect the device’s AC output socket to a mains power socket using a wire as it can damage the device.

Getting Started

  • The LED indicator has three colors to represent different states. Green indicates that the device is working, blue indicates standby mode, and red indicates errors.
  • (ZDSZY30)The NEMA TT-30 has a unique configuration with two flat parallel pins and a rounded grounding pin, available in ratings to 30A, allowing for 240V.
  • (ZDSZY15)NEMA 5-15 plugs have 3 pins: 2 flat blades in a vertical T-shape and a grounding pin at the bottom, allowing for 120V AC devices.
  • NEMA L14-30R has an L-shaped neutral blade, available in ratings to 30A, allowing for 240V.
  • Power Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to start the outlets; long press 5 seconds to standby.

Step 1
Turn off the AC outlets by pressing the AC button on two SBVs.

Step 2
Connect the communication cable to the communication ports of two SBVS .ZENDURE-ZDSZY30-ZenY-Pro-Cable-FIG-7

Step 5
Connect ZenY Pro Cable AC input ends to two SBVs’ TT-30 receptacles. When two SBVs are successfully connected via a communication cable, the LED display of the SBV will show a Y-shaped icon.ZENDURE-ZDSZY30-ZenY-Pro-Cable-

Step 4
Connect the ZenY Pro Cable’s AC output to an L14-30 receptacle in a regular transfer switch.ZENDURE-ZDSZY30-ZenY-Pro-Cable-FIG-9

Step 5
Turn on the AC outlets of either SBV; once connected, Zeny Pro Cable’s LED should be blue.

Step 6
Long press the button on ZenY Pro Cable for 2 seconds, the indicator of the ZenY Pro cable will turn green.ZENDURE-ZDSZY30-ZenY-Pro-Cable-

Step 1
Turn off the AC outlets by pressing the AC button on two SBVs.

Step 2
Connect the two 5-15 ends of the ZenY Pro Cable to the 5-20 receptacles on SBV. There are four receptacles: two on phase A (upper) and two on phase B (lower). Make sure each end goes into sockets from different phases.

Step 3
Connect the ZenY Pro Cable’s AC output to an L14-30 receptacle in a regular transfer switch.ZENDURE-ZDSZY30-ZenY-Pro-Cable-FIG-13

Step 4
Turn on the SBV and AC output; once connected, ZenY Pro Cable’s LED should be blue.

Step 5
Press and hold the button on the ZenY Pro Cable for two seconds. The cable will begin supplying power to a transfer switch and the indicator should be green.

  • It is only available for the US version of SBV
  • If the ZenY Pro Cable’s LED indicator turns red, please turn off the SBVs and then reconnect the cable as above step by step.
  • Turn off the RV mode when using the ZenY Pro Cable (ZDSZY15). To switch the AC output mode, long press the AC button on the SBV for one second.

Warranty periods for products ordered through Zendure’s crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc.) may differ. Please review your product’s documentation for more information.

NOTE: THIS WARRANTY POLICY IS LIMITED TO ZENDURE PRODUCTS ONLY. IN THE CASE OF ANCILLARY PARTS OR ADD-ON DEVICES SUPPLIED BY ZENDURE, PLEASE REFER TO THE WARRANTY TERMS PROVIDED BY THE RELEVANT MANUFACTURER. The effective warranty period starts from the date of the product’s purchase, as indicated on the appropriate invoice, receipt, or billing statement. To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (the sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer), your warranty card, and when applicable, your product’s serial number.

Warranty Exclusions

In the event of damage related to the causes listed below, no warranty claims will be acknowledged or accepted. Claims that relate to defects that are caused by the following factors are not covered by Zendure’s warranty obligations.

  1. Can not provide proof of purchase
  2. Force majeure (storm damage, lightning strike, overvoltage, fire, thunderstorm, flooding; social causes such as war, turmoil, government intervention, strikes, embargoes, market conditions, etc.)
  3. Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, non-compliant use, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, or confiscation
  4. Improper application of electrical supply voltage, current and/or frequency,
  5. Improper installation, commissioning, start-up, configuration, or operation (contrary to the guidance detailed in the installation manual supplied with each product)
  6. Inadequate ventilation and circulation resulting in insufficient cooling and natural airflow
  7. Modifications to any part of the product
  8. Unauthorized repair attempts
  9. Products whose serial number sticker or imprint has been removed, defaced or tampered with
  10. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers
  11. Free products/rewards/gifts
  12. Products used outside of the purchasing region, and products that are shipped to areas that are not easily accessible by courier or freight services, such as overseas or remote islands
  13. Cosmetic or superficial defects, dents, marks or scratches, which do not influence the proper functioning of the product
  14. This limited warranty does not cover any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless you charge the battery cell within sixty (60) days after receiving the product and subsequently charge it at least once every 3 months. Failure to do so will void the warranty for the battery cell and any associated damage or malfunctions.
  15. Our warranties are non-transferable from end user to end user.

Furthermore, this limited warranty and related service will not exceed the original cost of the Zendure product. Please note that these warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The Zendure Support Team reserves the right to make a final determination regarding warranty service eligibility and to determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at its sole discretion.

Please be prepared with documentation or a short video with the following information:

  4. Visual proof depicting the defect (include video or photo)

Step 3
The Zendure support team will make a final determination regarding warranty service with our RMA report. This may include options such as shipping the product for repair, on-site repair, or replacement.

Step 4
