How To Recharge

How To Use LED

1. Press and hold for 3s to start
2. Press to switch brightness and SOS mode
3. Press and hold for 3S to close

How To Charge Device

1. Press and hold the AC button for 3 seconds to start AC output, and the AC output icon on the display will light up.

2. Plug the power cord of the device into the AC port. (Note Super Base does not support electrical equipment with a rated power higher than 600W, please test to confirm before use)

3. When the AC power port is not used to charge the device, press and hold the AC button again for 3 seconds to turn off the AC power output to save power.

How to Fix The Error

1. When the protection is activated during charging, the screen flashes  C/DC/USB Err. At this time, unplug the device and stop using it, and check whether the power of the device is in the use range.
2. Press the AC/DC button to eliminate the Err flicker on the screen, and then you can keep on use.

When the battery temperature is too high during use, the product will activate temperature protection. At this time, the screen flashes the OTP symbol, and all inputs and outputs need to be unplugged. When the temperature is lower than the protection, the protection will be stopped.

How to Change the Frequency of AC supply

1. Press and hold for 3 seconds to start AC output
2. Keep pressing the AC button and DC button for 3 seconds to switch the frequency

Safe Operating Guidelines

• After pressing the AC or DC button, the corresponding symbol on the LCD screen will light up, and the output port will be turned on to supply power to the device.
• Turn off each output by pressing its power button as it does not turn off automatically or it will drain the battery out.
• The Super Base 500 can power your devices at temperatures ranging from -10°C-25°C. If your working temperature is outside this range, the Super Base 500 may stop working.
• If battery is at a low level, charge first.
• If the AC output power is too low, the system will automatically turn off the AC output.
• If the Super Base 500’s total output exceeds 600W, it will automatically shut off and the LCD screen flicker “err”. Please ensure the power consumption is less than 600W,then press the power button.

• Do not operate your battery in an enclosed or unventilated environment, such as a carrying bag, pocket or purse, to prevent overheating.
• Be cautious of drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts.
• Avoid strenuous vibration, impact, extrusion on transportation, and keep the product away from intense sunlight and rain.
• Keep it away from children under 3 years old for safety.
• Please dispose of discarded products properly according to local regulations.
• Do not operate the unit above the specified input voltage.
• Do not charge the unit via power supply systems that operate outside of 100-240V.
• Please do not keep it in the car, trunk, loading platform or other hot place under direct sunlight. let may cause the product failure, degradation or thermal problem.

   Super Base 500 contains a battery pack which consists of an array of cylindrical 2500 lithium-ion battery cells with high energy density.

2. How do I know if my device will work with the Super Base 500
   You will need to check the amount of power your device requires. To be compatible with the Super Base 500 you should use devices that require less than 600W

3. Can I charge the Super Base 500 while supplying power at the same time?
   The Super Base 500 could power other devices through DC output while recharging itself.

4. Can I bring my Super Base 500 to an international flight?
   No, the battery carried on the plane cannot exceed 100Wh,and the rated power of the Super Base 500 is 518Wh.

5. Why does Super Base 500 consume power without charging the device?
   It is recommended to press the AC and DC buttons to turn off the output when not in use, otherwise there will be power consumption when the device is not charged.

6. Can two Super Base 500 be used in parallel?
   No, Super Base 500 is parallel incapable and you can not parallel two Super Base 500.

7. Can Super Base 500 be used inline as an UPS for uninterrupted power?
   No, Super Base 500 can not be used as UPS.
