The display will turn off after 45 seconds. Press the power button again to reactivate it.

Charging Your Devices Using a Charging Cable

Charging the iPhone 12 Series or Later To activate wireless charging, press the power button or place your device on the charger (pictured above) and the magnetic mechanism will hold the device in place.

Low Power Mode

Connect a low-power device with a charging/data cable and press the power button twice. You can charge any low-power devices, such as smart watches, Bluetooth headsets, fitness wristbands, etc. Double-press the power button again to turn off the low current mode.

Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons. i) Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 100°C may cause an explosion. The temperature of 100°C can be replaced by a temperature of 212°F.
j) Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
k) Switch off the power bank when not in use.

  • This wireless charger is not compatible with non-MagSafe phone cases, such as the Otterbox Defender case.
  • Do not use an adapter with an output of 5V/1A (5W) or less.
  • Wireless chargers are convenient, but charging with a cable is usually faster.
  • Wireless chargers deliver less power in warm or hot settings.
  • It is recommended to charge the device in an environment where the temperature is below 25″C / 77″F.
  • Both the phone case and the position of the device on the wireless charger can affect the charging speed. The farther from the center of the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed: including the following:

  1. Please fully charge the Zendure power bank before using it for the first time.
  2. Store this product in a cool, dry place.
  3. Do not store this product in a high temperature or humid environment
  4. Use original or certified cables and chargers.
  5. Do not put any metal objects on top of the magnetic wireless charger.
  6. The operating temperature should be between 0.0 to 40°C (32°F to 104°F).
  7. Do not disassemble, reassemble or modify this product. For service or repair of this product, please seek a qualified repair technician. Incorrect reassembly may result in fire or personal injury.
  8. If the product is not used for a long time. it should be charged and discharged every three months.
  9. This product may become hot when charging. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
  10. To avoid overheating. do not use this power bank in (fined spaces, such as handbags, pockets, or wallets. etc.
  11. Under normal usage battery performance will gradually degrade over several years.
  12. Do not expose this product to high temperatures or fires.
  13. Do not use harmful chemicals or cleaning agents to clean this product.
  14. Improper use, dropping or excessive force may cause damage to this product.
  15. When disposing of used batteries, please separate batteries with different electrochemical systems from each other. Please follow local laws and regulations for waste disposal.
  16. Please note that a discharged battery may cause fire or smoke. Please cover the positive and negative poles with tape to achieve insulation. In case of overheating, odor, deformation, or other abnormal conditions, please stop using this product immediately and contact the dealer.
  17. Avoid dropping, bumping, friction, and other behaviors that are easy to damage the product.
  18. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old.
