Watch

Before using this product, please download the “H band” APP and connect the smart bracelet.

Scan the QR code below to download the “H band” APP.
Download the “H band” app from the APP Store or Google Play. Note: The bracelet can only use the H band app

Strap installation

Charging

Unplug the strap with the charging logo on the back, and plug the bracelet directly into a device with a USB interface to charge it, such as a power bank, computer, USB adapter, etc.

Wear

For daily wear, wear the bracelet to a distance of about 1.5cm from the wrist bone. When wearing, make sure that the bottom of the bracelet is close to the skin, so as not to affect the accuracy of data measurement.

On/Off

Power on: In the off state, long press the touch button to power on. Power off: Switch the bracelet to the shutdown interface, and then long press the touch button to power off (the bracelet will vibrate and the screen will turn off when the shutdown is complete).

Connect

Turn on GPS and Bluetooth on your phone – go to the “H band” app – scan the device-MlO- Click to connect; After the pairing is completed, the APP will automatically synchronize all the data of the bracelet, such as steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. Note: The bracelet can store the data of the last 7 days at most. To avoid data loss, please pair and synchronize with the APP in time.

Main interface
Switching method: Click My Device “MlO” in the APP➔Dial Settings➔Select your favorite main interface.

Main function pages

Multi-sport mode
Switch to the “Sports” interface on the bracelet side, select the corresponding sports mode, and you can start training.

Other function settings

Message notification
Please go to APP➔Mine➔MlO➔Message Reminder➔Set the corresponding reminder function.
Note: This function needs to open the access permission of the APP

Time Setting
you can set the time without APP. Long press to set the time.

Weather
Go to the app➔Mine➔Ml0➔Weather setting➔turn on the ‘weather push’ and set the unit.

Alarm clock
Please go to APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔Alarm setting➔click the “+” in the upper right corner to set the corresponding alarm. You can set 21 scene alarm clocks including timing, sleep, exercise, drinking water, etc.

Sedentary settings
Please go to APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔Sedentary Settings; click the switch to turn on the sedentary reminder, you can set the reminder time period, the sedentary reminder duration, and click Save.

Heart rate alarm
Please go to “APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔Heart Rate Alarm” to set; set the switch to on, you can set the upper limit of resting heart rate, and click Save.

Turn wrist Detection
Please go to “APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔Wrist Turn to Brighten Screen” to set; set the switch to ON, you can set the screen bright time period and the wrist turning sensitivity, the default sensitivity is “5”.

Blood Pressure Private Mode
Set your private blood pressure mode to get more accurate data. If necessary, please go to “APP➔Mine➔MlO➔Blood Pressure Private Mode” and turn on the switch.

Bright screen time
This setting is used to adjust the time that the bracelet keeps the screen on, which can be adjusted in “APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔ Bright Screen Duration”.

Switch settings
The settings include: wear detection, automatic heart rate monitoring, automatic blood pressure monitoring, mobile phone search, seconds. Table function and disconnection ➔Mine➔Ml0➔Countdown” to open and set the usual time. reminder, etc. It can be turned on in “APP➔Mine➔MlO➔Switch Settings”.
Note: The functions of finding a mobile phone and stopwatch need to be turned on in app first, then it will show on the bracelet.

Photograph
Please go to “APP➔Mine➔Ml0➔Photo” to open it. The function interface is hidden by default. After opening it on the APP, shake the bracelet to take pictures.

stopwatch
This function interface is hidden by default, please go to “APP ➔Mine➔Ml0➔Switch Setting➔Stopwatch Function” to open and set the common time.

Countdown
This function interface is hidden by default, please go to “APP

Sports target
To set the number of steps for a day’s exercise goal, please go to “APP➔Mine➔MlO➔Sports Goal” to set, the goal is 7000 steps by default.

Sleep goals
To set a sleep target duration for a day, please go to “APP➔Mine MlO➔Sleep Goal” to set it. This goal can be used to evaluate your sleep quality.

Precautions and FAQs

Do not use aggressive cleaners to clean this product.
Store this product in a dry environment and charge it at least once a month.
Do not use this product in wet or near magnetic fields, so as to avoid malfunction of theinternalcircuitof thedevice.
Use of unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may result in a fire, explosion, or other hazard.
This product is equipped with a non-removable built-in battery. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble, impact, and set fire without permission.
The waterproof rating of the bracelet is IP68, but the waterproof function is not permanent and may weaken over time.
When charging the watch, please keep the charger and bracelet in a dry state and environment, and do not touch the charger with wet hands. And make sure that the charger and bracelet are not immersed in rain or liquid.
Please use the bracelet within the temperature range of -10°~45°. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause the watch to malfunction.
