Strap installation
Get Notifications
Go to the Fit Cloud Pro app–>Device- ->Push Notifications–Turn on the switch of the app you need to receive notifications. Please don’t forget to allow the notification permission of the phone.
Smartwatch firmware upgrade
The APP will prompt that there is a new watch firmware version. You can enter the APP”Device” interface to upgrade it.
Smartwatch Upgrade notes
- The watch’s battery should be above 60%
- During the upgrade process. The mobile phone interface will show an upgrade progress bar. Please do not do any operations.
Set Set Time
Once the device is successfully connected to the APP, the time and date will be synchronized with your phone.
Change Watch Face
Open the Fit Cloud Pro App–>Device- ->Watch face (1OS)/Dial Library Android)–>Select the FIRST picture to edit picture in your own gallery as the watch face.
Switch Units
Open the FitCloud Pro App–> Me–> Unit Prefer – Set units for lengths, weight or temperature.
Auto Auto Monitoring
Please go to your APP–>Device–>Turn on the switch of the Automatic Health Monitor and Elevated Heart Rate Measurement.
Waterproof instructions
Waterproof rating:1P68
The watch is waterproof which you can wear it to swing or do water a activities. But it cannot be taken to hot bath, diving.
Supplement
It is not recommended to wear it in a hot bath. Water vapor produced when wash in hot water. Its molecular radius is small and it is easy to seep into the gap of the watch case. When the temperature drops.it will gradually condense into water droplets. Which will damage the circuit board of the watch and damage the watch.
Unbind or add device
Open the FitCloudPro app and tap “Device” Unbinding Bracelet” or “Add Peripheral”
NOTE
- The app can only connect to one watch. To connect to another watch. please unbind the connected watch first.
- To successfully connect the watch and mobile phone. You need to turn on the Bluetooth connection device of the mobile phone.
- If you use an Android phone. It needs to turn on the location information funk ion of the mobile phone system, otherwise. The device may not be searched.

The wrong charger was shipped, do i return the watch or will the correct charger be sent asap?
I would contact the company on their website. I had an issue with the first tracker I bought from them about a month after the return date expired. They were very nice to me, and extremely fast about fixing the problem I had. Even though they weren’t required to.

It tracks walking, climbing, basketball, cycling, running, elliptical and yoga. Those are the defaults. You may be able to set it for rowing or set it to elliptical.

I believe that watch will fit because Can adjust it by just moving the magnet

How do I charge my Fitbit model hmo8?
The HM08 smartwatch is the magnetic suction charging mode so that you can charge it more easily and quickly. You just need put the charger on the chip behind the watch, and connect the charger to the USB port on the computer or the mobile power supply for charging.
I can’t receive notifications, at all, I already talked with Amazon support, but we couldn’t find the reason. The app isn’t showing under notification
Not happy with my purchase. Step counter way off, which makes me think blood pressure, pulse and blood ox is way off too
Will this HM08 smart watch display text messages from your phone?
Yes, once it’s synced to your phone it will receive text message’s. The setup once a little tricky, but once completed it works very well.!
How do you change the program into feet and lbs?
keep searching, it’s in there I changed mine by searching.
Can the watch bands be changed out? what size are the bands? is it compatible w iphones? is it waterproof?
Yes to watch fans can be changed out. They fit just about any risk because they do have lots of holes in them and have a tendency to runeed to run maybe just a little big. They are compatible with Iphones and I’m not sure about the waterproof but I know they are what at least water resistant
Does this watch track calories?
Calories burned, yes. Consumed, no.
Does morepro fitness tracker track active minutes like fitbit?
Yes, go to the walk icon on your watch. Scroll down to the activity you want to time. It will do a 3 second count down and will record till you stop it. Swipe left on the screen to stop the time and save the info.
Is this watch compatible with weight watchers app?
I think it’s compatible with anything that’s on an Apple I-phone.
Does it have a gps contact alert like an sos?
I have not seen that feature on this watch.
Can i pair it with my iphone 11 pro max?
The “FitCloudPro app for the pro max to work which I did for my Android phone.
Does it have a timer or stop watch?
Yes, it has a stop watch and a workout timer.
How do you turn on bluetooth?
There’s no off/on switch for Bluetooth on your watch, its on already and always on. You have to make sure your phone blue tooth is on.
