To assemble your YESOUL BIKE V5, follow these steps:

Routine Maintenance
1. Keep the cycling bike on a dry, ventilated and flat floor. If not used in a long time, the bike should be covered to keep its body clean and tidy. 2. Wipe off sweat on the frame with cloth after exercise. Do not wipe the bike with wet cloth, in order to avoid rusting. 3. Check the belt pulley for cracking and deviation, and adjust or replace the belt in time. Regularly clean the belt groove to prevent the belt from jumping out of the groove. 4. Always check the screws of all body parts for loosening or falling, and tighten or replace them in time. 5. Always check the resistance adjustment knob for loosening or falling. Check whether the resistance is reasonable, so as to calibrate resistance in time. 6. Always check the screws of pedals and cranks for loosening, and tighten them in time. 7. Always check whether the saddle is loose and tighten it in time. Wipe the saddle with cotton cloth to keep it dry.

1. Make sure that the saddle height adjustment knob is secured correctly, and will not affect motion during exercise. 2. Keep children and pets away from this product. This product is for those over 16 years old only. 3. Never stretch any object or body part into the openings of the bike. 4. The weight of the user must not exceed the maximum load. 5. Get off the bike until flywheel/inertial wheel and pedals stop rotating. Otherwise, severe injuries may be caused due to control failure. 6. If you feel any discomfort, such as dizziness or breathing difficulty, stop riding the bike and carefully get off. 7. Never turn pedals by hand. or touch any rotating mechanical part; otherwise, personal injury may be caused. 8. Keep the body hydrated as needed during riding. 9. Use this product according to the instructions in this manual. Warm up fully before exercise. 10. Without the preliminary determination of baseline fitness level and medical certificate signed by a doctor, never be engaged in high-speed or high-intensity sports. Before attempting any high-intensity short sprints, pay attention to the body state and posture, and apply a controllable speed. 11. Wear professional cycling clothes or tight-fitting sportswear and sports shoes, and tighten foot straps to avoid injury caused by pulling or entanglement by this product. 12. Never use this product with inappropriate shoes or barefoot. 13. Incorrect or excessive training may cause injury. 14. Check whether the bike for loosening or damage before each use. 15. Never refit this bike or use non-original accessories without permission. The casing must be opened by professionals, in order to avoid damage. 16. Those pregnant or with high blood pressure, heart disease, lumbar spondylosis or reduced mobility must not use this product without the permission of doctors. 17. In case of any discomfort such as dizziness or chest pain during exercise, stop exercising immediately and go to a hospital for examination. 18. If the product fails,stop using it immediately. 19. This product must not be used for medical rehabilitation. 20. Use this product on a flat and clean ground. 21. Carry out preventive maintenance regularly. 22. Never expose this product in a humid place. This product must not be used outdoor or in any humid place. 23. This product is for household use (Class H) and not medical fitness equipment. 24. Get off the bike or enable the emergency brake until inertia wheel and pedals stop rotating. Otherwise, severe injuries may be caused due to control failure. 25. Instructions for using the emergency brake: When you want to stop movement, press down on the emergency brake until it stops. 26.When using the screen bracket, need to place the device in the center to prevent it from falling. 27.The product should have at least 0.6 meters of free space all around it. 28.Lift the rear tube and the roller on the front tube can move the product freely or be placed in a suitable position.

STEP 2: Installation of bottom tube 1. Take L-type cross head hex wrench 6# (A) out of the ziplock bag. 2. Remove four umbrella head hexagon socket screws (M8×60L) and arc gaskets of the front tube and rear tube via the L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A).

3. Align the holes of the front and rear front tube and rear tube with the bottom holes of the frame , manually screw the arc gaskets and umbrella head hexagon socket screws (M8×60L), and tighten then via the L-type cross head hex wrench 6# (A).

STEP 3: Install the slide seat 1. Use your hands to remove the carriage screws (M8×45L)flat pad and round flower knob pre-installed on the sliding seat ; 2. Place the sliding seat on the sliding tube and align it with the hole; 3. Tighten the carriage screw (M8×45L)flat washer and round flower knob (as shown in the picture) in sequence by hand.
STEP 4Installation of dumbbell rack 1. Use L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A) and socket wrench (C) to remove the umbrella head hexagonal screws (M8×35L) and bag cap nut pre-installed on the dumbbell rack respectively; 2. Place the dumbbell rack on the sliding tube and align it with the hole; 3. Install the umbrella head hexagonal screws (M8×35L) in the umbrella head into the hole by hand, then screw in the bag cap nut, and tighten it with L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A)and socket wrench (C) respectively;

STEP 5Install cushion 1. Take out the seat cushion from the ziplock bag; 2. Align the seat cushion with the hole of the sliding seat and insert it, use a socket wrench (C) to lock it in the direction of the arrow.

STEP 6: Installation of handlebar assembly 1. Use L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A) to remove the four cylindrical head hexagon socket screws (M8x12L) and spring washers pre-installed in the handrail assembly . 2. Connect the wire in the front tube to the wire inside the front (as shown in the figure), be careful to untie the tie after connection and then insert the wire into the tube without pressing the wire;

Align the port to connect to the screen connection cable * Please make sure that the connection direction is correct. Please do not connect it with violence.

3. First, raise the head tube to the direction of the arrow for a certain distance, handrail assembly from the top to the bottom of the alignment of the hole with the hand to screw cylindrical head hexagon socket screw (M8x12L) and spring washer into the hole in turn; 4. Lock the screws with the L-type cross head hex wrench 6# (A).
Note: The handlebar assembly should be aligned with the head tube holes!
STEP 7: Installation of water bottle cage 1. Take out the water bottle cage and open it with a little force. Then insert it along the bracket tube at the front of the armrest assembly and install it to the appropriate position.

STEP 8: Installation of tablet (mobile phone) holder 1. Remove two semi round head phillipsscrews (M6×12) pre-installed on the handle assembly via the L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A). 2. Insert the tablet (mobile phone) holder into the slot of the handlebar assembly , manually fasten the semi round head phillipsscrews (M6×12) into holes, and lock them via the L-type cross head hex wrench 6#(A).

STEP 9: Pedal installation 1. Take the pedals from the package. 2. Distinguish left and right pedals. The right pedal is marked blue “R”, and the left pedal is marked red “L” (Pay attention to distinguish left and right pedals. If they are not installed correctly, crank threads will be damaged!) 3. Stand behind the seat and face the handlebar. Install the right pedal on the right crank, and ensure that the pedal is vertical to the crank mounting hole. Use an open- ended wrench (B) to lock it toward the head direction. Install the left pedal to the left crank, and ensure that the pedal is vertical to the crank mounting hole. Use an open-ended wrench (B) to lock it toward the head direction. Note: During installation, correspond the red mark on the crank to the red mark on the pedal, and the blue mark on the crank to the blue mark on the pedal. Do not mix up them!

Screw the pedal into the crank manually first, and then tighten the pedal assemblies L/R with the open-ended wrench (B). (Note: The tightening directions for both the left pedal and the right pedal are towards the head direction.)

Note: Check whether the pedal straps are tightened before riding. Tighten them by pulling them down.

Safety tips: Reverse riding is not recommended, as it is likely to loosen pedals. After reverse riding, check whether the pedals are locked, in order to avoid safety issues arising from loose pedals.

First Use
Instructions for Use of grease lamp ring:
Each color matches with the current exercise status: Course not connected or warm-up – the lamp ring is white; Fat burning – the lamp ring is blue; Fat burn light ring Aerobic exercise – the lamp ring is green; Anaerobic exercise – the lamp ring is yellow; Maximal exercise – the lamp ring is red.
Self-generating instructions: 1. When the user peddles the bike to power on it, the spontaneous electric lamp start working, and the lamp ring enables the courtesy lamp mode; 2. When the lamp ring is solid white, the bluetooth starts broadcasting and enters the course. Connect to the cycling bike, and start fat burning and fitting; 3. About the self-generation part, when the cadence is 50, power generation starts; when the cadence is <50, there is no self- generation; 4. Bluetooth will automatically disconnect when there is no cadence for 10 minutes.
APP installation and registration 1. Scan the QR code on the bike to download the APP and register the APP account; 2. Upon registration, open the bike course in the APP. Please connect the bike according to the interface prompts in the course for the first use. Then, once you ride the bike, the exercise mode of the APP will be enabled or the course will be automatically accessible; 3. Before connecting the APP with bike, make sure that the Bluetooth of your mobile phone/tablet PC has been enabled and no other devices are connected.
cAfter the first connection, the APP will automatically match the bike. Directly ride the bike when it is used for the second time. cThe bike does not support the simultaneous connection of multiple mobile phones. Before using this product, make sure that other users are not connected to the bike. cThe bike will be disconnected 10 min after riding. cIn addition to connection with YESOUL APP, the Bluetooth can also be connected with kinomap and zwift software.
*Due to software upgrades, the actual product will prevail.

How to Adjust Bike
1 .Handlebar height adjustment: Rotate the front column knob in the left direction for 4-5 turns using one hand, pull it out and hold it, hold and lift up (or press down) the handlebar using another hand to the desired position, then release the knob, gently pull the column up and down, so that the spring can automatically reset (the “click” sound indicates that the knob has slipped into the column slot hole), and then turn the knob to the right direction to the tightest position.

How to Adjust Bike
3.Horizontal adjustment of saddle: Loosen the handle under the saddle, slide the saddle back and forth to the desired position, and tighten the knob as much as possible.

4.Bike level adjustment:
There are four adjustment pads at the bottom of the front and rear pedal tubes. Screw these pads until they are tightly secured on the floor and the bike does not shake.

5.Emergency brake adjustment: When braking in an emergency or stopping movement, press the knob all the way down until it stops.

How to Determine Correct Riding Posture
1. Setup of correct saddle position
Saddle height Put the feet together, stand on one side of the saddle and adjust the saddle to the hip height (Fig. 1). Then site on the saddle, and step on the pedals forcibly until they are stopped at 6 o’clock and the leg can be fully stretched (Fig. 2).

Horizontal position of saddle Put the right foot into the clamp, and step on the pedals, until the right pedal is at 3 o’clock and the front side of the knee joint is on the same vertical line as the pedal, that is, the saddle is in the correct position (Fig. 3).

How to Determine Correct Riding Posture
2. Setup of appropriate handlebar height
Each user can set up the appropriate handlebar height based on his or her body height and riding experience. Recommendation: The handlebar should be slightly higher than the saddle for new users (Fig. 1) and flush with or slightly lower than the saddle for experienced users (Fig. 2). Users subject to lumbar muscle strain and lumbar spondylosis may ride the bike with the consent of doctors. It is recommended to adjust the handlebar into a higher position. Press down the armrest to raise the foot tube by more than 25 °, and use the moving pulley to drag the dynamic bicycle(Fig. 3).

3. Handle position layout of bike
During riding, coaches will show the corresponding hand positions, i.e. the corresponding parts of the handlebar, as shown below.

Seat cushion angle adjustment
1.Seat cushion angle adjustment Slightly loosen two nuts (fig. 1) on the left and right at the bottom of the seat cushion via the open-ended wrench (B), and press the front part of the seat cushion to a comfortable angle(it is recommended to adjust the seat cushion until its front part is one division lower), Then tighten the two nuts at the bottom.
