Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Connect Devices
Connect the ONT to the router’s WAN port using a LAN cable.
Step 2: Connect to Router
Connect to the router via WIFI or LAN cable. WIFI name and
password are on the bottom label. Use the provided LAN cable if
needed.
Step 3: Access Router Settings
Open a Web Browser and go to http://10.0.0.2/
Step 4: Start Setup
Press the START button.
Step 5: Language Selection
Select “English? YES.”
Step 6: Setup Options
Choose “Continue” for quick setup. Avoid skipping setup for
initial configuration.
Step 7: Connection Settings
Select Wired connection as the connection method and Router as
the work mode.
Step 8: PPPoE Configuration
Enter the Access username and password provided by your ISP.
Press scan if unsure about connection type.
Step 9: Network Configuration
Change Network (WIFI) name or Password if desired. Click next if
no changes needed.
Step 10 & 11: Proceed to Next Steps
Skip these steps by clicking next.
Step 12: Admin Password
Set a secure password for Admin login (not ‘admin’).
Step 13: Finalize Setup
Review settings, apply changes, and reconnect to WIFI if needed.
The router will test internet connection. Setup complete.

This guide will show how to setup the router using PPPoE fibre connection.
IMPORTANT NOTE Do not use a 12V power supply. The recommended power supply
is a 5V 1A
Step 1
Connect the ONT via LAN cable to the router on its WAN port.
Step 2
Connect to the router via WIFI or LAN cable. The WIFI name and password can be
found on the bottom label of the router. There is also a LAN cable provided in
the packaging.
Step 3
Open a Web Browser and go to http://10.0.0.2/
Step 4
Press the “START” button.
Step 5
“English?” YES.
Step 6
We press “Continue” to proceed with the quick setup. “Advanced Settings” takes
you straight to the routers Main Interface and settings, skipping the quick
setup. We do not want to skip the setup

Connection method: Wired connection Work mode: Router

The connection type is PPPoE.
Note: You can press the scan button to auto detect if the user should be using
DHCP or PPPoE for their Fibre setup.
Enter the Access username and password given to the user from Telkom. Example
shown below.
Do not change any other settings on the page.

The end user can change the Network name which means the WIFI name. The end
user can change the Password for the WIFI. If they do not want to change any
details they can simply click next.
Step 10
You do not need to do anything on this step other than going next.

Here the user must set a password for Admin login. The password cannot be
admin.
Step 13
This will be the summary of the quick setup. Users can review all the
settings, take pictures and double check if they want the shown settings.
Click on apply.
The router will load the settings and after the user will need to reconnect to
the WIFI if they changed any details. The router will test the internet
connection. Setup complete.
